Went in to see if they took my insurance and sure enough they did. Amber the store manager was amazing!! She asked if I wanted to do an Eye exam right there and then, told me I could virtually talk to the Dr. She did all the eye images her self and was very friendly and patient since I kept moving in one of the eye images. Then sure enough I spoke to the Dr over video call and received my prescription, cool experience. Great selection of glasses and no pressure to buy. But couldn’t leave without picking a pair of glasses, can’t emphasize how great and friendly Amber was through the whole process. Overall great experience. Will definitely come back and recommend.!

Had a wonderful experience at this store! Keny helped me, and went way above and beyond to provide me with the best possible customer service. He was very patient with me while I tried on just about every pair of frames of in the store, and after Id made my choice he let me know about an upcoming sale so that I got the best possible deal on my purchase. If I ever need new glasses frames, I will definitely return to this store. Thank you so much Keny!

Mistakes were made but staff was very helpful and was able to resolve the matter to my please. All staff is very nice but keny was really awesome in adjusting my glasses. What he did made a huge difference. Thank you.

Excellent friendly staff!Came in to ask if they could replace the nose guards on my sunnies that the company BLENDERS would not do for me, without hesitation they took them in and replaced them and cleaned up the shades too.If my eyes were bad which they probably are going to be soon, this will scratch that is my place of care!!!Thanks Keny with the one n and the rest of the For Eyes team!

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at an optical ! Everyone was very helpful as soon as I walked in . Robert provided phenomenal service when it came to explaining my prescription and my insurance benefits . Great experience overall, definitely recommend you come here for ALL of you optical needs .

A good experience from start to finish, including making the appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor had a pleasant demeanor, explained things well, listened well and asked if I had questions. The space and equipment seemed squeaky clean and current. There were a wide range of frames (price and style) to choose from. The staff helped me understand what my insurance covered and take advantage of the in-store discount they offered. They showed me add-on options without making me feel pressured to purchase.

I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Great customer service, Robert and Dalenna were both friendly and professional. The eye tests were all preformed in store and then I met with Dr. Bradley virtually. It was easy. He reviewed my results with me and I selected my glasses. The frame selection was awesome, I selected 3 pairs, I even got a pair of sunglasses. I will be bringing the rest of family in for their annual eye check-ups.

I was a customer here 2 years ago, and the service was very good then, so naturally I chose to return when it was time for my new prescription. I’m glad I had and here’s why: Not only were the floor personnel friendly, they were very knowledgeable about their products. Jorge got me in to the examining room right away where I was once again very pleased with the quality of service I received from the Dr, and best of all, I was able to find the exact lenses for my eyes and frames. Unfortunately my insurance coverage was not as generous as it was before Covid, so I had to settle on the lenses that were included in my plan. But when Leslie had presented me with the final invoice, I couldn’t keep my tears back. She was so sneaky the way she worked her magic that enabled me to get the lenses I couldn’t afford. + it was the first time I was glad to be a senior citizen!

I was super impressed, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a smile. The optometrist was very professional. She had a lot of patience with me and my daughter and answered all of our questions. Leslie and the gentleman ( I forgot his name) we’re both very friendly. Leslie was super helpful in finding the right pair of glasses for my daughter.

I broke the frame of my favorite eyeglasses. When I went to the local For Eyes to purchase the same frame it was not in stock. Leslie went above and beyond the call of duty to get the frame for me. She called multiple stores to locate the frame and had the frame shipped to the local store. Throughout the process Leslie kept me informed. I was elated when I received the final call that my frame had arrived in the store. I am so happy that I have my beloved Marc Jacobs frame. Thank you, Leslie, for your stellar customer service.

In literally 30 minutes, I called them for a small eyeglasses repair and they were fixed immediately. Super nice staff and the prices dont look bad as I was looking around when they were getting fixed. Also, my repair and cleaning was FREE and they threw in a microfiber cloth to clean my glasses

I made a same day appointment and got in with an eye exam and ordered my glasses. Was a little reluctant about video exam but it was perfect. Shout out to Lisa for running the store by her self. She did not skip a beat except for a break. But she was professional and very helpful.

I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day, got there and the young lady greeted me right away and started my eye exam fast and easy. Great selection of glasses, I was expecting to pay a lot out of pocket since I don’t have insurance but she was able to get me all the discounts. I will definitely be returning for my future eye exam.

Well first off I just love the name of the store so that is what enticed me to come the first time and secondly since I have had such bad experiences in other big name corporate chains I was looking for a new place to give my business. And they couldn’t have been greater the Dr. who conducted my exam was super awesome and I’ve never seen better. But the staff inside are so patient and so honest I’ve never had a better experience. Leslie is so knowledgeable and so kind that I can’t SEE myself going anywhere else!

Great service! The repair was totally free. I took some glasses that needed a small screw and not only they fix the screws they fix the nose pads. I’m glad I make the decision to go there, I’ll be coming back for a replacement soon. Thank you!

First off the staff here is INCREDIBLE. They are patient and knowledgable about the different lenses, how glasses fit, and how to work with your insurance. I never felt any pressure to upgrade or purchase any protection plans. They laid out all the options to help make a proper decision. The Optometrist conducted a thorough eye exam, made suggestions about contacts and fitting.But I must say, the star of this place is Delana (spelling?)! She was sooo kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and helped with choosing the lens I wanted, with the frames I loved. Her customer service is above and beyond and Im happy to have found this place because of her. Do not go to this place. After a cold and indifferent interaction with optometrist, receptionist told me i only had to pay 10 dollars for sunglasses for my co pay. I never received my glasses or a phone call, only to find out that I had to pay 70 dollars as she has made a mistake on co pay calculation, is been three weeks and i have not receive a refund either. Go to a place where people know what they are doing, do not go to this office as the experience will be extremely irritating and most likely you will waste time and money.
