Ive been a patient of Dr Riad’s for the past six years, and every visit has been a positive experience. The office is always clean, creating a welcoming environment. The staff is exceptionally friendly, with Susie standing out for her warm and helpful demeanor. Adele, my hygienist, is amazing—shes thorough, gentle, and explains things before she does them. I highly recommend Foothill Family Dental to anyone looking for fantastic care. .

I spent a long time looking for a clinic that my insurance works with. It was important for me that my diagnosis was correct and that I was not prescribed unnecessary treatment. I checked my diagnosis, my daughter and my husband with my friend who works as a dentist in Australia, he looked at the x-ray and confirmed that the diagnosis was correct. After that, I no longer doubted it and they gave me fillings. I am very pleased with the work of the staff.

I always have a good experience here. The staff is polite, positive and friendly. I had 2 infected teeth one on each side that needed sorting and was told previously they wouldnt be saved. I came here and Dr reassured me he’ll do everything he can to save them as they booth had 3 roots (normal people have 1 or 2 max). He did one root canal in the morning and another in the afternoon same day and hes a magician because he may have saved both teeth somehow :) really cares about their patients and will be my go to dentist from now on

I am not the type to leave reviews but I always have a positive, comfortable visit at Foothill Family Dental and highly recommend their services so it’s hard not to take the time to share some appreciation and gratitude for them. I appreciate the minor details such as if you call the office o it side of business hours and don’t have the time to leave a message a text will reach out to follow up and they are sure to get back to you ASAP. The ladies are lovely at the front desk and the dental hygienists are amazing! I had the most fulfilling cleaning with Adele, she is so knowledgeable, professional, and thorough I walked out smiling bright and motivated. Dr. Raid is excellent and truly cares about his patients. I have never found a dental office that I love more. I’m 62 been to plenty of dentists, and I have to say this office is amazing! I’ve had a couple painful emergencies, and they fit me in immediately, in a busy schedule. Every single person in the office is so respectful and friendly and warm. They’re very efficient in the way that they work while they are making friendly conversation and keeping me calm and feeling taken care of. It feels as if the office works as a team and no one is better than anyone else on that team. I feel like the doctor respects everyone on the team, it seems he treats them well and interacts with everyone as though they add just as much value as he does And in my experience they do!! I love to see a team of people work together, respect each other’s skills, treat each other well and provide collectively, the best experience possible for the patient. the doctor’s bedside manner is excellent, he talks to you in a very grounded, warm and friendly, knowledgeable, calming, informative way. Everyone feels so trustworthy. Never recommend more than needed and it feels, in my gut, like they always have my best interest at heart. I will always go to this dentist. Even if I move, I’ll make the drive. It seems to me that it’s so incredibly difficult to find a dentist or doctor with a high caliber of friendly, efficient, professional customer service. I found it! And I’m staying!

I’ve been to plenty of dental offices in my time. I don’t think I’m ever switching again. This was by the far the best experience I’ve had in a long time! From Adelle the hygienist who explains everything thoroughly and you can just tell she enjoys what she does, to doctor Riad who happily gives you a detailed analysis of whatever is of concern, all the way to Theresa in the front who will gracefully salute you both as you arrive and leave. This dental office really saved me from having to cancel my trip to families for Thanksgiving!! My front crown came loose and i knew would fall out over the holidays while on vacation. I called hoping to get in before i went out of town, and they got me in that very day!! I am lucky to have such a great dentist. Hes very thorough and goes out of his way for his patients! Had my crown repaired within an hour!!

I want to thank Dr. Riad and the entire team at Foothill Family Dental for fitting me into their schedule for an emergency visit! I was experiencing the most intense nerve pain due to 2 deep cavities and was only in the area for the holiday weekend. Susie at the front desk was so understanding and tried her best to get me an appointment time regardless of the full patient schedule. Dr. Riad understood the pain I was experiencing and performed 2 root canals and offered that he would come in on Friday even though he would not be in office for the holiday if I had any further symptoms. I am deeply grateful for their willingness to fit me as I was under in an extreme amount of pain. I already set up a follow up appointment to take care of a cavity to prevent any such issues in the future :)

The team at Foothill Family Dental are my heroes, they saved my life, and two of my teeth. I’m typically petrified of dentist’s office- the judgement, sales pitches, obscene prices- the not caring about me as a human. But at FFD I was treated like a human, with warmth, kindness, and consideration. Prices were on the more affordable side, it was clean, and organized. I’ll be trusting them with my mouth as much as possible. Definitely recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by the receptionist. She was nice, pleasant and helpful. The technician who cleaned my teeth and did the X-rays was very nice and very professional. The Dr was really informative and I felt that he was looking out for my best interest. The lady who gave me the quotes was great as well. I went to Foothill Family Dental for a second opinion on a considerable amount of dental work that I needed to get done. I made my appointment, but a few days before my appointment a crown came off of a tooth and I had to move the appointment up sooner. The staff at the office were extremely helpful and managed to get me in a timely manner. Doctor Riad greeted me and went over my xrays and discussed all the work that needed to be done. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and offered two options and explained the pros and cons of each. I was very impressed and decided I wanted him to do the work. I had three root canals done (in one visit) with minimal discomfort and very minor discomfort when the anesthetic wore off that day and nothing the following day. I have had lots of dental work done over the years and never had that experience. I would highly recommend Doctor Riad and the staff at Foothill Family Dental.

Been bring my kids here for over a decade and they are always happy. The staff is very attentive and warm and the doctors are always conservative with pediatric procedures. I drive 1.5 hrs from where I live now because my kids are so comfortable with the treatment they receive here. Great prices for cash patients too!

I cant say enough amazing things about Foothill Family Dental and the wonderful team that they have. I had my wisdom teeth removed and was extremely anxious because who likes going to the dentist..Once I arrived the team ensured I felt comfortable from start to finish and helped me through the entire process. The dentistry is immaculate and so warm and comfortable to be in. I love that they play calming music, light candles in their waiting room and everyone greets you with a smile. Dr. Riadd and his team are some of the best youll find in the area. Period. Ive struggled finding a dentist who is focused on honestly diagnosing and assisting their patients. Most of the offices Ive been to are concerned only with penny pinching by prescribing unnecessary and excessive operations. The dentist I had visited previous to Dr. Riadd had said that I would need an expensive operation for a cavity and refused to work with my insurance. Dr. Riadd managed to fix the issue with a simple filling, saving me a hefty amount of time and money. His team made sure that my appointment for said filling was set up at the soonest date possible, and made sure I was receiving the best coverage from my insurance. If you want a reliable dentist, and an even more helpful office, go to Foothill Family Dental.

This is one of the best dental clinics I’ve been to. The staff members are so nice and cooperative and they work you in when you need an appointment. Dr. Riad is professional, skilled and caring. I’ve always had a pain-free experience even when I expected to have some pain. The clinic is about 20-25 mins away from me but I wouldn’t consider charging because the staff makes me feel like family.

Dr Riad has been my dentist now for many years. Of the many dentists I’ve had throughout my life, Dr Riad is by far the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a good dentist. His work is exceptional. He is a very nice person and easy to talk to. He provides honest information about my options and I am convinced he is putting my best interest above all else. Foothill Family Dental continues to provide a warm, supportive environment for my dental needs. Texted reminders and flexible fees and scheduling are always available, and the staff is top-of-the-line. I particularly like how everything procedure is fully explained before and even during the process, so nothing takes you by surprise. Dr. Riad is a specialist who truly cares. I really feel lucky to have this place do my dental care. The dentist really took such care to specifically verify the health of several of my teeth, conducting specific tests to do so, and then finally, to clearly answer the questions I had about them. The teeth cleaning I have done here is fabulous as well, and my questions are similarly well-answered. This is NOT the kind of dentistry where you will be convinced to have unnecessary fillings in order for the dentist to make a profit, etc. I 10/10 recommend Family Foothill Dentistry.

I went to Dr.Riad for two extractions of my wisdom teeth. I don’t know about everyone else, but I myself am terrified of needles. When he told me my wisdom teeth are out and I should extract them, I thought man is that something I don’t want to do. So I postponed it until my teeth felt tight and I knew I had to get them out. During my appointment I was not happy. Tears were coming down, I started mumbling to my mother. It wasn’t fun, but Dr.Riad really talked me through it. He really talked me through it and pinpointed what my problem was with the procedure when he asked the questions what am I afraid of; Is it the not knowing what kind of pain it is? He was dead on. He said it was not a lot of pain; I’ll feel a pinch. I still was iffy so he said I can come back another time or we can do one tooth, and if I don’t want to move forward I can do it another time. So I agreed. During the process he was extremely kind and explained everything. And extremely patient. If I was him, I don’t know what I would’ve said to a patient like me, but man did he do a spectacular job. They healed up nicely, and now I no longer have to think man I gotta get them out. I recommend Dr.Riad, and his team. I went in for a cleaning recently and let me tell you I am once again extremely happy with how everything went. The hygienist, Adele, is so kind and explains everything in detail and I love it. Flossing and I aren’t friends we’re more like neighbors who talk once in a while, and she cleaned my teeth so well I’m motivated to start flossing. Once again the staff is just spectacular, from the assistants to the doctor. The environment they boast is just something else. You can feel the friendly atmosphere. Stop me at ur local grocery store, and I just might give you a business card.

Just got my cleaning done with Adele, and I had by far the best cleaning experience ever, she was kind and gentle yet through and efficient. Everything about this office is great, little wait time and Suzie makes sure everything is run smooth and efficient, they truly value their patients. This was truly the best dental experience we have ever had. I never met a dentist that genuinely felt as caring as Dr. Riad. We were both new patients but he took the time to understand our previous history and carefully advise all what he found during our initial exam in moving forward. For our cleaning our dental hygienist was very thorough yet gentle and we were very impressed with how clean our teeth was after. I have been to the dentist since I was a kid but I have never and I mean NEVER been treated with such care and professionalism . I feel like I’m at a fancy resort catered to with such respect and kindness. My teeth were in such bad condition because I chose to not take care of them :( I was embarrassed and scared of facing it all. No one made me feel ashamed of my poor choices/habits, they spoke to me with understanding and education instead. They were concerned for me not lecturing me ! And the doctor ? Let me tell you this man is medical artist ! You can clearly tell he has a passion for what he does . He is so patient so sweet, so gentle like the entire staff. U was in so much pain and they got me in for a consultation appointment first thing in the morning! Not because they weren’t busy but because they really wanted to help me and made a way to make it happen regardless of the extra stress it may have brought them. I had to hold back tears when I saw my teeth after my appointment . He made me beautiful again . He and the team are the reason I can smile bigger and confidently. I felt relaxed and in safe hands even before meeting my dentist. I was seated and Dr Riad came in on time. He listened to all my concerns and gave me all the time I needed to list all my needs and expectations. He did not rush me at all and took from his time to explain to me all procedures and steps we will be doing. I am working on my veneers with him. Best dentist Ive ever been to. Initially came in here for my wisdom tooth to be removed back in March where I felt no pain the process was as smooth as it could be. There are not enough good things to say about Dr. Riad and staff. This is the most honest, skillful, and professional group I have ever been to. I am 78 years old a with a history of issues including implants, gum work and crowns. I found Dr. Riad after recieving exorbitant estimates from two other dentists for a procedure for a tooth that was completely unnecessary that would have only led to complications and more expense.
