I had a terrible experience at this food 4 less. I was trying to purchase a lottery ticket and the machine stole the $10. When I asked for help, the staff was rude saying “I didn’t see her putting the money into the machine” and very unhelpful. Nancy stated “I’m not even back from my break yet” very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was at this store.

Sometimes they have the greatest prices. You wouldnt believe II stalk up on juice. I love the cashiers and its a nice atmosphere. Keep it up food for less you rock.

This supermarket should close its trash management must be a 10 year old kid running this place no one is around the people leaving 5 star reviews about this supermarket being clean must be the workers them self’s leaving them cause I’ve never in my life seen a more drity supermarket then this one I mean Jesus Christ skid row almost looks cleaner. Also don’t get me started on the manager name alba I think if I remember correctly the most rude person you will meet she thinks everyone is below her as she speaks to you In condescending way these people wouldn’t no what customers service is if it hit them in the face food4less what a shame this location has become fix the problem or close down already taking up space where another business can operate property

My son and me got poison from the Especial price from your Salmon. I almost had to take my son to the hospital he throw up Saturday from 1 am to 6am . And I started been sick Sunday all day until now Monday 5:54 and I havent be able to ate, and mis my job today.

Very clean and organized. The employees are very polite and helping. Love this location it always empty, rarely packed. They also added locks to the restrooms (not unisex) both separate. Still a great location to shop at.

Miserable people. Had cashiers close turn off their registers on me even after I waited with their open light on 3 times now. Managers dont care as they want to leave the place as much as the cashiers themselves so wont they do step in to help or open more than 1 or 2 registers theyll just tell you to get back in another line.

Hello everyone. So today was a hell of a daySo I went to go rent a rug doctor from this food 4 less everything was cool till I got home plugged up the rug doctor only to find out it does not work keep in mind I was at work had to get time off so I can do this. my friend was helping me clean as I was at work I had to get a second break just to come back in traffic to return the rug doctor as I got to store had to wait 25 mins waiting for someone to help so after someone showed up a female her name alba telling me sorry sir you have to come tomorrow and that there is Notting she can do she has no one above her I asked to speak to the manager after I asked for a manager she states she is the manager also I called in talked to a manager named Johnny which he had said sorry like 5 times and to bring it back no problem we will refund your money after talking to this so called manager she approached me with her eyes wide open I really think she was on drugs telling me to shut up I got shocked never did I think a big store like food 4 less would hire unprofessional people to represent their business also she was rude to my mother I almost had to call the cops on her as she kept coming up to my face engaging me on to do something the whole time I’m confused thinking I came here to return the rug doctor she needs to be fired I will also write A complaint to the BBB Better Business Bureau as this is unacceptable as customer service corporate needs to take another look at her I’m sure I’m not the only complaint she has I will not return to this food 4 less again

[EDIT:!!!!!This is the second time I go to this Food4Less for the past couple of months AND I see water dripping ON the fresh meat. I dont doubt the meat is fresh BUT when you see droplets of water dripping on the meat constantly, where is that water going? Their freezing system must be broken but its been months now. The first time was back in May, and I remember it dripping on the beef. You could see the discoloration of the meat turning gray where the water was landing. Now it is everywhere, I took a video of it because it was not sanitary AT ALL. You can see that the water comes from the freezer itself not running properly.That being said, this was the last time I buy fresh meat here. Management really needs to do something about that. Meat develop bacteria quickly, and I dont doubt a samonella outbreak could perfectly start here....The neighborhood is not the greatest, but Ive been coming to this Food 4 Less for a few years and never had a problem. The meats are always fresh and fairly priced which is the reason I come. The workers there are very nice, they recognize me and ask about my kids every time and I literally come about once a month. The carts are new, the parking lot is big.
