I recently bought a condo through FlyHomes, and my agent was Vivian Zhou. She’s professional and very responsive to all questions or concerns I had. I was under a lot of pressure to quickly find the right property to buy because my lease is up for renewal but I don’t want to keep renting. With her help I was able to buy my dream home in less than 2 months! There were some unexpected issues during the process, but she kept following up and got them all resolved in a timely manner. My entire buying experience is much less stressful thanks to Vivian. I’m so blessed to have her as my agent. Highly recommend!

After 20 years in San Diego, we finally have a place we can call home. Its a big milestone for immigrants like us. And we owed it all to the company and team at Flyhomes.I had never heard of Flyhomes until one day when I was on Facebook. I was greeted by their team over email once I signed up.Then I was assigned to Wynn as our agent. She turned out to be our lucky charm in landing the home we love. She throughly explained the Flyhomes process and options. She was very well organized. I was so delighted to learn that she left being an attorney to be in real estate! What a find!, I thought to myself.Finding a home with Wynn was meant to be. She went to the same graduate school as me: we were Buckeyes!! I learnt that on our first showing. I recently relocated to San Diego, CA, as a first time buyer, the challenge is big. I feel so fortunate to have Nina as my real estate agent. Shes patient and responsive, always try to meet my schedule and walk me through showings even on rainy days! ( she event brought shoe cover so sweet). For example, their analyzing team provided me reports on houses I was interested in within a few hours so I can get a good sense of the house and the projected selling price.2. He then negotiated ferociously to get us the best terms, identified potential risks that almost jeopardised the deal, and provided useful resources to help us close.He is reliable, professional, persistent, and great in negotiation and communication. Multiple teams reached out at different time, I even got contacted to help me get an agent after I bought the house, and they have my final inspection scheduled at a wrong time. Nina Hong was our listing agent and she was extremely helpful during my home selling process. She took great care of everything when I was not even in area during the transaction. She vetted carefully with each buyer, weighted in the pros and cons. Although We lost the first buyer due to appraisal during the process. However she immediately picked up another buyer to avoid another open house.The buyer agent was not nice during the entire process. Nina dealt with the agent with patient and professionalism. Lead us through the entire process hassle free. Her team also maintained weekly cadence status update. Keep us on track on all major milestones. At final inspection the buyer was happy and we were pleased to sold our home to them.Since we were moving out of state, she took care of all the post sale work. Since we left in a hurry, there were stuff got left behind. Nina packed it well and mailed it to us.All around great work Nina. The market conditions in Seattle and most of King County during the Winter/Spring of 2022 were absolutely crazy. With very low inventory, every house had multiple competing offers. This made it very challenging to buy a house. We didn’t have the best of luck getting a loan going through the traditional route. Thats when we discovered the Buy Before You Sell (BBYS) program at Flyhomes. We were paired up with a Real Estate agent by the name of Shane Xiang. After our initial meeting with Shane, we understood that the BBYS program would give us a much needed competitive advantage because we now became cash buyers. Shane lead us through and explained every detail in the Home Purchasing & Home Selling process. Shane was very knowledgeable, a good listener and gave great advice. My wife found Flyhomes services while we were struggling to compete in Bay Area hot market and decided to move to Orange County which was also a competitive market especially for first time home buyers like us. After she convinced me to try to talk with a Flyhomes agent, I made an appointment which was readily available for the same day for quick 15 minute consultation. So I made one for the next day and the agent who called me was a different agent then what was listed on our appointment details. But we couldn’t be happier that it’s this agent who was assigned to us and her name is YuXin (Christy) Cheng. She’s exceptionally responsive, quick with her research and extremely knowledgeable about Orange County markets and if you are looking for a reliable and dependable agent, Christy is the person to work with. Since we were in the Bay Area and couldn’t come visit and tour the houses in OC (we have an infant and a toddler), she helped us scheduled a tour and send representative to each house we liked to take a video so we could check it out like we were there. My wife & I recently bought a new house in Carlsbad, CA. Generally speaking, to buy a house in CA these days requires an all-cash offer; consequently, we worked with FlyHomes and Wynn (Yawen) Chen.
