Amazing tastes of New Orleans in Long Beach! Fluffys sno-balls is definitely a place to stop in and try! Owner is very nice and the southern hospitality goes above and beyond. All of the flavors are homemade and are soo amazing! The Li Hing Mui was really good and also the dill pickle! Definitely stop by and give them a try! You won’t be disappointed! In addition to sno-balls they also have some New Orleans classics such as beignet mix, cheewee’s, zapps chips, and more. Check them out!

Full disclosure: Sno cone free courtesy of YelpIts a really fun shop with lots of fun flavors. The spoons even change color while youre eating your cone so that was a neat touch. Snow cones arent my most favorite thing in the world but this was very enjoyable.Parking wasnt that clear but a block up the street theres metered street parking I stopped at really quick. The store definitely had a fun jazzy new Orleans vibe to it and all the servers seemed really friendly. Kinda felt like some great old fashioned southern hospitality. It wasnt too busy but people were definitely trickling in and out during this weekday afternoon.Id recommend it on a hot day and youre in the mood for a treat other than ice cream.Food: 6/10Service: 8/10Atmosphere: 7/10Value: 6/10

Amazing customer service! My husband and I walked in with our twins and he immediately greeted us and even gave our girls lollipops.He introduced us to the menu and told us a few things about his menu. He was amazing and so kind. We ordered a few things he recommended and couldn’t of been happier. We will definitely be back. The cookies and cream (b-rocka) snowball that my husband got was AMAZING! It’s ice but also tastes just like a creamy ice cream. We also got a classic strawberry that was great! And finally we got a puebla-snow ball that has a great little spice to it that I loved. I hope you can open more shops especially one in oc closer to us!!! You are doing an amazing job!! Thank you so much for the amazing treats and the even more amazing customer service!

An experience to remember! If youre from New Orleans and missing home or if youve never been to New Orleans and want to go-stop by Fluffys sno-balls for a sweet treat! They have beignets, pralines, chee-wheez, and an extensive variety of sno-ball flavors including dill pickle. Now, if youre like me youre probably thinking that wont taste good🥴. To my surprise they pulled it off! They offer multiple flavors at no additional cost...heck, theyve even named some flavors after some customer favorites. You walk in as a customer and leave as family!

Came here with my daughter and fell in love with the place! I had the privilege of meeting the owner and he is super sweet I felt bad ordering such a simple order after he gave a whole spiel about the different flavors he has to offer. The shaved ice was amazing! Between the customer service and all the yummy flavors I will definitely be back for more. A little pricey compared to other stores but it’s definitely worth it.

Love the flavour I got which is the Puebla sno-ball. Has the perfect tanginess, sweetness and spiciness I like. The place is clean and has a good vibe. And best of all, the customer service is on point! Owners were very accommodating and made sure that we enjoyed our visit. We had fun tasting some of their special flavours. The only thing is that most of the flavours I tasted are too sweet for me... maybe the more reason to come back to check out if they have more tangy offerings like the one I ordered.

This is not the exact location I came to but this place is absolutely wonderful and the New Orleans coolness is absolutely beautiful the first time I came in here the man Kevin Lee is so kind and he’s reallly cool, he showed me and my brother some cool flavors. We tried Dill pickle and it was amazing it’s taste like real dill pickle so if your a fan of pickles you should definitely try it, he has hot pickle too I think. But it’s so cool I can not wait till I’m able to work there the b-rocka is so good and the hurricane but I really really love the tutti fruitti it comes with yummy gummy’s too! I can’t wait to try more flavors😝😜😋😁

I was visiting Long Beach and missing my shave ice I get at home. I found Fluffys and Im so very happy I did! Kevyn and his staff are amazing! WOW, just nothing like this place. The various flavors are amazing. The ice they use is perfect, it really is fluffy. The syrup is perfect you never end up with a cup of ice and no flavor/syrup at the end.The service is impeccable, the smiles are amazing and they remember your last order. They are like snow cone bartenders inquiring about what you like and don’t and then blending up your snow cone. They also let you sample as much as you like.Oh and for all of those people part of the divine nine they have a signature snow cone just for your organization.

Welcome to Downtown Long Beach.So these Snow-Balls remind me of the Mexican Raspados. If you ever had a raspado it’s shaved ice with flavored syrups and these NoLa Snow-balls took me right back to my childhood.Location:Right off Long Beach Blvd. It’s a Main Street with lots of traffic and public transportation (Bus Line) right out front.There is street meter parking but they also have a huge parking lot right next to the store.Service:Ahhhh-Amazing!I was immediately greeted by Owner Darren and Employee Michelle. The snoballs are delicious and authentic! You have options of toppings and generous cheesecake stuffing, which makes Fluffy’s unique. I can always count on a nice conversation, great music, and excellent service. They also have a parking lot! I requested a special Rams snoball for game day and was not disappointed. Five stars! firstly, the owner is the nicest person ever and is happy to let you try samples of the flavors before you commit to one, as there are something like 60 different flavors, and I liked hearing and trying his recommendations. Secondly, the cheesecake that they put in the snowcones really sets this place above all the other snowcone establishments I’ve ever been to. Very decadent. Always a good idea to save room for dessert when in the area!

This is by far one of the best sno places near long beach. Not only are the flavors super flavorful, but the texture of the ice is great. I decided to get the 17oz NAwlins lifetime unlimited sno ball cup (because Im addicted to snow balls obviously) and theyre just $5 to refill (so I will be keeping this cup in my car. Me, my husband and son visited this place last Saturday just before they closed. We received VIP service which was amazing! The owner has great and positive e energy and that’s important. We were able to try as many samples as we liked. He even had us try some of his newest flavors which were extremely delicious. Fluffy Snowballs flavors are concentrated and made with love. They’re not watered down like a like of others I’ve tried. You taste nothing but flavor from the first to the last bite. Here you won’t get chunks of ice, only Fluffy shaved ice. You have to stop by and try them. The establishment was super clean, just an overall unforgettable experience you won’t regret.

So I hate leaving reviews but no way could I not with this! This was unlike anything we have ever experienced before. It felt like a cloud and shaved ice smashed together in my mouth. Never experienced that texture. Also the dill pickle flavor is my favorite. Get this and some Jameson and the best ever pickle back shots. Gotta try it out!!! You wont regret it.The owner is so nice! I loved this place! We drove from a half hour away to get authentic sno balls and king cakes and they did not disappoint. I got half watermelon and half peach in the copper cup. After a delightful afternoon on the water, we decided to check out Fluffy’s. To say Kevin went above and beyond for our group is an understatement. He let us try every flavor and indulged us in taking all of our photos. My favorite, obviously, was the flavor developed inspired by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Walking into Fluffys Son-Balls for the first time was an experience I will never forget. The sounds of New Orleans rang through store as I entered. Sounds from a Second Line, that was playing on a television to show visual representations of the culture of New Orleans for all that are not familiar with what a Second Line is or looks like. The sounds paired with the visuals, magically took me back to New Orleans. The customer service was the next thing that stood out to me as I began to take in the essence of this experience I was engulfed in. The smile that met me from behind the counter was one to remember. I was greeted by one of the happiest people. I was asked if this was my first time in the establishment and if I had an item in mind I wanted to try before purchasing. I was then given a complete run down of all the flavors I mentioned interest in the most delightful way one could imagine. The next step was the taste. Could the taste of this Sno-Ball match all of the greatness I had experienced up until now? Well, it did! I was pleasantly surprised with the rich flavors of my Sno-Ball, that was literally in every bite. I was so pleased with my overall visit to Fluffys Sno-Ball. The only sad moment in this story is the fact that I dont live in California, so I dont have access to Fluffs everyday.. I flew from Washington DC to experience all that I did. I must say that it was worth every mile traveled.

This was the best sno-anything I have ever experienced. From the absolutely incredible customer service to the quality of the treats, I can’t rave about it enough. There are -so many- flavors and you’re encouraged to try whatever you want! All are made in house and there is an option to have sugar free too. You can even get it stuffed with vanilla ice cream or cheesecake!! This is one of my absolute favorite spots I have ever come cross and I will absolutely be back for more flavor combinations and just the all around joy that being at Fluffy’s brought me.

A couple of weeks ago I stopped by on a Saturday. Met the owner Kevyn and a couple of employees. Super friendly and helpful. And Kevyns enthusiasm is a joy to be around! The decor is fun, all New Orleans and they carry a few treats from Louisiana too, like traditional pralines and Zapps New Orleans kettle style potato chips in several flavors.Now onto the Son Balls. Theyve got sooooo many flavors and theyre all created in-house. I tried a number of them and they were all delicious: mango, guava, passion fruit, Pina colada, li hing mui, and watermelon. Next time Im going to try wedding cake, mojito, creamsicle, candy apple... and maybe dill pickle. :)Anyway, highly recommend. THIS is a small business we need to support! The owner, Kevyn Lee was the one that helped me and my wife. Hes super nice and has amazing customer service. The second we went in, he greeted us and told us about the 70 flavors they offer. If I had more stars to leave I would. Fluffys is not the average shaved ice company. It stands out not only from their New Orleans style of stuffed snow cones but also their customer centric attitude. A greeting followed by a smile the moment you walk in the door makes a difference. The first person you encounter on entering into Fluffys is the founder, Kevyn Lee. He is extremely personable and makes you feel at home immediately. His staff is friendly as are his guests. What a nice change. The selection is just amazing! Whatever you can imagine in a Sno-Ball, its going to be there. My mom and I went simple on this first visit (I guarantee it wont be our last). I got the peach and my mom got the chocolate. They were delicious. We will be more adventurous on our next visit and cant wait.

Great place! The very friendly staff will help you find your perfectly refreshing and delicious sno ball, which was exactly what I was craving. There are many flavors to choose from and you can even try them before you buy. Next time, I think I’ll mix the yummy Li Hing Mui with Coconut and top it with some gummy bears. There are some pleasant indoor and outdoor tables for a sno ball break or there is also parking so you can grab your sno ball and go.

He creates all the flavors in house or ingredients imported from Louisiana (with sugar free flavor available in all 60+ options for those who are diabetic or on a diet).We went into the store and he offered us so many samples and told us that we could add ice cream, or energy shots, or toppings to anything! I finally decided on a spicy pickle snow cone topped with tajin that was out of this world. Sounds crazy but was absolutely delish.Highly recommend supporting this guy!

Coming in, I was greeted by Darren, the owner I believe, and was given an amazing rundown of all the awesome treats they had. They had an awesome New Orleans cup as well where you could get unlimited refills for a small amount of money that sounded amazing.For the sno-cone, we got the ice cream and strawberry cheesecake with a nice gummy on top and luckily, coming on a fairly warm day, it was the perfect treat to cool off from. Not overly sweet and icy enough for some good bites, I loved the sno-cone. It smartly comes too with a straw already in the sno-cone and a spoon. So many more flavors to return to and try as well!Parking as a heads-up can be tough much like with Extraordinary Banana Pudding. There is a small and narrow parking lot right next door, but I think parking on the street a little before this spot might be the better way to go personally.Cant wait to come back!

Delicious Sno-Balls (thats what they call them in Louisiana, aka Shave Ice in Hawaiia) with that excellent soft snow texture. Huge variety of syrup flavors to choose from and they are very generous with it. I got Blue Hawaiian and Candy Apple flavors along with vanilla ice cream and condensed milk topping. It was delicious!
