Im delighted to have such a great medical aesthetic clinic in the Bay Area. Its different from the regular beauty salons I used to go to. This clinic is highly professional and can help everyone address various skin issues. The front desk staff are incredibly patient and friendly. Helen, who assisted me with the medical aesthetics, was very professional and patient in explaining the important aspects of the procedure. I underwent the PicoSure treatment, and after two sessions, my friends around me all feel that I exude more confidence. I highly recommend everyone to come in for a free consultation.

After having going to FlowMD for about two years, its finally time for me to hop on here to leave a review. Two years is enough time to have seen the results of the treatment and come to a conclusion. I love this place so much. I have been coming to Jean this whole time. Jean gives the most reliable and realistic advice. Shes never tried to push or press any treatments on to me if she didnt they were the right ones for me. Shes so professional and honest and super attentive too. I have had pico laser treatments for about 5 sessions so far during the past two years, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I had very big and visible dark pigments on my face that eventually made me feel insecure about my looks. Now 5 laser treatments later, its safe to say that my pigmentation problem is so much better and under control. I would highly recommend this place!

Doctor Helen is the best doctor I never met. She is sooo professional and patient. I did the Picsure and Botox and scar removal with her. The Picsure is amazing, all my freckles are all gone and even chloasma are barely to see, my skin color is bright and shiny. Botox is for controlling wrinkles, I did on my forehead and the outer corner of the eyes. It was really good, looks very natural and not affect any face expression. I was very impressive of that. I’m still doing scar removal currently, and so far so good. I will keep updated the review and highly recommend this place and the amazing doctor. The most thing I like this place is they are very professional and honest, they will depend on your situation and willing to suggest the best treatment for you instead of recommending random or expensive treatment.

What an amazing experience! I went in not liking my skin, due to pregnancy and now my face is glowing and I can’t stop looking in the mirror.I had treatment with Chiho and I love how my skin looks and feels. I know Chiho for many years, and I follow her just like many other girls. She is AMAZING. You look at her skin and know you can trust her. I had facial at the best spas in Bay Area, Hong Kong, Seoul, LA and so on, Ive been getting regular facial since I was 15 yrs old, and she is the best esthetician so far. My acne is gone thank to her regular Hydrafacial and “Vitamin A, C and E” -her fav words-I also love how she makes everything so clean and neat unlike other Chinese spas. whenever you see her, she’s wiping everywhere with alcohol wipes lol. You will never see single finger print in her room. She helped me to change the Environ products to ZO Skin and transforming was very smooth!

I did 3 Picosure laser resurfacing treatments here at flowMD, and the result is very satisfying. I have many freckles ever since I was a kid, its my childhood dream to remove all of my freckles and have clean skin. I did a very expensive Fraxel elsewhere, all of my freckles disappeared for like a week, and they all slowly came back. During my initial consultation, Helen mentioned I need Pico laser treatment, and after 3 treatments, my freckles should be all gone. Actually, after the 2nd treatment back in October 2022, 90% of my freckles are gone, only a few freckles are left on my nose and they are very light colored. Today, I just finished my last treatment.Another thing I really like about flowMD is that they dont force products on you. They would recommend some products, if you dont take it, theyd be ok. All the products I bought from them are very effective and they gave you discount. I was introduced with ZO skin Obaji retinol, it helps my skin to be stable. I finished one bottle, I just bought another bottle from FlowMD.

The best RF microneedling treatment ever.I have had multiple RF microneedling treatments in different clinics, FlowMD Medical Spa beat my expectation by a mile.Helen is super professional, experienced, knowledgeable and easy-to-communicate, and answer any questions I have, from prep to post-treatment care. I have had four sessions of microneedling with stemcell at FlowMD. The first two sessions were performed quite gently, my face recovered within 2-3 days, while I observed only minor improvement over my skin texture. The last two sessions were performed by Jean NP, who is experienced 👍 She obviously understands my skin type and used the right power/depth/coverage over my face. My face recovered in 5 days, with GREAT result - my skin glows, even my minor melasma is much lighter and smaller!
