Their selection is vast, with high-quality options for every budget.Unlike other stores, they provide you with large sample panels to take home, allowing you to see and feel your options in your own space. This was incredibly helpful and made it much easier for us to choose the perfect flooring color for our home.What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. Floor & More truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Mo from Floor and More saved the day! I had a flooring installer (from a different company) bail on me a few days before install. This lousy dude (from the other company) already demoed the old flooring and we were supposed to move into the home one week later… it also happened to be a week after we had a baby. I called every flooring store in North County and Mo at Floor and More was so incredibly helpful and understanding. He moved mountains to get that floor installed before our move in date and his crew did the most fantastic job. Do not go to any other flooring installer or showroom in north county. The guys at Floor and More are a joy to work with and also have fantastic prices. I’ll be recommending everyone to these guys.

Floor and More have provided us with the best customer service and experience anyone can expect. Mo was extremely nice and helpful in assisting us with our flooring selection. Additionally, he was thoughtful and attentive to details throughout the installation. The installation crew was exceptional! They installed over 1500 sq.ft of laminate in less than 4 days. This included moving heavy furniture and preparing the slab for the installation. Not only were they efficient, they did an excellent job. Alfonso and his crew worked very hard and well. I cant say enough good things about them. I strongly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting new flooring.

We had a great experience with Floor & More and I have already recommended them to friends. First, the shopping experience was far superior to other flooring stores. The store is clean, well organized and there is plenty of space and light to really look at each sample. The owners let me look around and then gave helpful suggestions of similar looks. They let me take home a few samples and suggested I look at them over the course of a few days, in different lighting. Zero pressure. The buying process was equally pleasant, and prices can not be beat. We ordered a small amount for a DIY closet project and we are so happy with the outcome. We recently had our floors and baseboards done by Floor & More and cannot say enough good things. We worked with Amir in the showroom and he had such a good eye for what we wanted. He was more than generous with his time and told us to take home the samples we liked to see how they worked with our house. We were able to set up installation quickly and they had a large team to get the job done quickly. Mo was so helpful throughout the entire installation process and updated us the whole way. We had the carpet taken out of our front room and dining room and replaced with wood flooring. We also had our existing wood flooring in the other downstairs rooms, sanded and refinished. Floor & More did a great job, matching the stain color on the refinished floor to the new flooring. Mo was very helpful in the sales and estimates and helping us to decide what to do. Alonso and crew worked hard and did a great job on our new floors. He kept us apprised of the schedule and progress for each day.

Great team, It was an amazing experience working with Mo and Amir the owners. I went to floor and more a few times while I was trying to find a new floor for my house (after visiting many stores trying to find what I wanted) and the owners couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. I ended up buying a vynil floor called Atlantis in Vintage oak and its absolutely beautiful! It always shipped very fast. They also have some tiles and countertops. I would definitely recommend this store, specially if you like a more personalised experience.

Mo and his staff did a wonderful repair/replacement of several damaged hardwood floor boards in our formal dining room and in our family room. From start to finish, they did excellent, detailed work. The repair and replaced boards blend perfectly with the old boards that were installed ten years ago. The entire areas looked wonderful! Mo is a kind, honest man who kept me in the loop and even adjusted his busy schedule for me when I was ill. It was so nice not to have to chase down a contractor and be kept informed. We are very happy with the carpets and installation recently completed by Floor & More for us. The entire process from design choice to final quality check and minor touch-up went smoothly, professionally, and entirely to our satisfaction.Our project involved replacement of carpets throughout our home, including carpeting in eight rooms, a hallway, and our stairway. While we had upgraded carpets in our initial build for the house...and had worked with a designer back then, we are more pleased with the new carpets than the original. The original had worn well, and were planned to match well with the tile flooring on the main floor and bathrooms. However, the new carpet from Floor & More is both a more updated style and actually integrates with the tile even better than the original did.We highly recommend Floor &. More.

We purchased wood flooring from Mo at Floor & More after he was recommended to me by the supplier of the produce we chose. Mo was responsive, friendly, helpful and always easy to get a hold of when we had questions. They also had no problem holding our product for us at their warehouse when our project was delayed. Additionally, we miscalculated the amount we needed for the stairs and Mo had it in his possession for us in 3 days and even delivered it to our home when we couldnt find anyone available to pick it up.
