Dr Jacome is simply the best, he truly cares for his patients, hes helped me like no other Dr Ive ever had. Martha is super sweet she practically runs everything for everyone and the same with her shes beyond compassionate, sweet and so helpful. Most of the staff in this office are nice .

I chose this facility to make sure I had a care team close to home since there are no Kaiser OBGYN in the CV. I have attended multiple appointments here and each time I check in early, and then I end up waiting either in the lobby or in a patient room for 45min to 1hr. I have spent about 2-3 hours at this facility just to receive less than 10 minutes of care from the doctor. They also dont allow your birth partner (my husband in this case) to be in the room during appointments due to covid which obviously the CDC has already deemed no longer a pandemic. This is disappointing that they encourage an exclusion of support and having both parents present during whats meant to be a beautiful journey together.Dr Nahar is polite, but her bedside manner is very disassociated. She asks the exact questions as the M.A. And then just reads you your lab results that youve already gotten in your patient portal. When asked about the wait times, you are met with excuses about how the Drs have to tend to hospital patients and office patients. Thats what NPs & midwives are for!! Dont put people on your schedule if youre going to be backed up and have an average wait time of 45min++, this is such a sad way to make money and literally not value peoples time. Its a huge display of disrespect to have an expecting mother wait almost an hour for 2 minutes of Face Time with their OBGYN, alone without their partner too. We have jobs and schedules. . . This place needs more staff ASAP, the only reason they stay afloat is because its one of the only places you can go for care as a pregnant woman in the Coachella valley with decent reviews.Ill now be driving to Moreno Valley moving forward because I somehow go and come back in less time than I spend at this place and Im seen with more care and detail. P.S. Any facility that separates parents during appointments needs to rethink their intentions.

Dr Garza is the best OB/ gynecologist I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing him for over 18 years, He delivered my 2 daughters & I recommend him to all my family, friends & coworkers. He’s professional, he truly cares about his patients & his bedside manner is top tier!! Everyone I’ve referred to him has had great experience having him as their doctor.

Dr GARZA SEPARATED ME FROM MY HUSBAND WHEN I NEEDED HIM MOST. Everyone should know husbands arent allowed. My biggest regret is not leaving the practice in that instant.I dont think Dr Garza explained anything to me to where i understood it my whole pregnancy. He was the worst part of my pregnancy.When I asked him about possibly having an elective cesarean he was literally oh some Drs dont do elective cesarean. Why say that??!? like Im supposed to be grateful to be his patient.During delivery he only spoke to the nurses and not me.They want to induce at 39 weeks. I was asked to sign a form that I was going against medical advice to not be induced. They never gave me a medical reason for the induction.All the 1 star reviews say the same thing. Im convinced the 5 stars are all fake. So obvious with no 2 or 3 star. Find another practice.Expect to wait an hour to even get called for each appointment.

I really like Dr. Garza and the time he spends explaining things to me. He is also kind. I also really like Alice, the surgery coordinator who goes above and beyond making surgery coordination a better experience. Dr. Garza’s entire staff does a great job. The only thing that can be a bit frustrating is the long in office wait to see the doctor. However, Dr. Garza spends time with each patient and I’m sure this has something to do with it. I would highly recommend Dr. Garza.

I had a great experience here. A little bit of a wait but that is to be expected at a doctors office. Front desk and nurse were very kind and answered all of my questions. Dr. Garza is very sweet, he listens and answers questions. You can tell he cares about his patients and gives them his full attention. I’m so glad I found him!

I had an IUD swapped out here recently and overall, the experience left me pretty frustrated. TLDR; long wait times, not great bedside manner or care.I live over an hour away, so I made an appointment and booked a hotel room, anticipating not feeling up to driving back after the procedure. The day before my appointment, it was canceled without a reason. I wasn’t able to get a refund on my hotel room. Then it was rescheduled for the soonest possible date which wasn’t for another month. Then a week before my new appointment, it was rescheduled to be moved up two hours.The day of my appointment, I arrived 15 min before my new appointment time and ended up waiting for two hours, despite them rescheduling to move my appointment up.The procedure was quick, but I was not given a chance to ask any questions about my new IUD before being ushered out. I was told I would have no periods once inserted which is just false. I have had a two week long period after insertion and more painful cramps than before. I have called to try to ask questions and have not gotten a call back. I was not given any info about follow up care for after the procedure. I have resorted to googling “is this normal?” Because of this unresponsive office.Overall, I feel like the care and consideration for my health and time could be better.

Experiencing a loss and having to be seen by multiple doctors was hard. The entire office treated me kindly and with grace. Staff was extremely kind and offered their condolences. Doctor Nahar was knowledgeable and offered additional testing post procedures.

I waited 2 hours and was early to my appointment only to be rushed out and when I asked questions to double check my appointments or prescription, the nurse who does scheduling was very rude and acted as if I should already know information about the clinic, it was my first time there! I am not a nurse and I felt bad for even asking questions in which she had the answer to. She wouldnt even double check with the Dr. And wanted me to wait even longer, right after she asked her a question about my meds. To that nurse, I had enjoyed my day until speaking to you. I hope you take care of yourself so that youre not treating people with disregard and disrespect.

Reception staff is very friendly and efficient, as well as the support staff, ultrasonographer, nurses and schedulers. Timing is the only issue but not bad as most doctor offices run behind. Dr. Nahar is a delight and very conscientious and takes the time to explain everything. Glad I was referred here.

I came to the office because of all the positive reviews and today I left completely unsettled and anxious. First if you are pregnant and would like your partner to be part of the process and meet with the doctor this is not the place. I’ve met Dr. Jacome twice and both visits were less than 5 minutes. Today he told me I had placenta previa and told me is it was extremely dangerous and scared me. After speaking with another doctor I was told this shouldn’t even be diagnosed until 20 weeks. He had one foot out the door as he was telling me this and didn’t even give me time to process or ask questions. And he joked about me being “lucky one out of hundred.” He has terrible bed side manner. I was left alone waiting in the room crying while my husband was in the waiting room. I know everyone has different expectations and needs for health care. If you are looking for compassion and care this is not the place. And yes, the wait time is ridiculous.

I was referred here through my insurance and was assigned to Dr Jacome. At first it was a bit difficult since I was establishing a late relationship with the doctor at 34 weeks pregnant. Although the time was short, Dr Jacome did what he promised and that was to deliver my baby and make sure that both myself and baby were healthy! Overall Fleur Women’s Health is a great facility the only recommendation I would give is for staff to be a bit more approachable and friendly. More communication on everyone’s end would be a plus plus!

Doctor came in and didnt sit down, instead stood over me and talked down to me. Made me very uncomfortable. I ended up standing up to meet his eye level so I felt less awkward. When I stood up, he didnt move to give me space so we were very close and it was still weird.I also find it in very poor taste to have a pop up banner advertising that same doctors business that does fat suction, body sculpting, laser hair removal, etc. in the office. Is it really in the best interest of women to be reminded that their physical appearance is subject to scrutiny when they are at the office to deal with things like pregnancy, fertility, menopause, body changes, etc.? You literally have to fill out a mental health evaluation when you arrive that includes questions about low-self esteem while facing a banner that feeds into the unrealistic beauty standards that fuels that business. Is the purpose of the popup banner to prey upon the insecurities of the women that visit Fleur? Like, hey your whole body changed because of the completely natural processes of a womans life cycle. We at Fleur health think youre gross now, so come give our doctors side business your money so you can chase those insecurities that contribute to your low-self esteem!It made me weary to take medical advice from that doctor because how many of his recommendations would lead to upselling me vanity services?Overall, women in the valley deserve better. Medical professionals whose main focus is on womens health, not the superficial appearance of women.Updating to include a picture of the sign. Very obnoxious to exploit your womens health business and prey upon clients in need of quality healthcare in the name of the beauty industry and profit. Maybe the waiting times wouldnt be so long if the business was solely focused on womens health.

Dr Jacime is truly one of the best doctors I have encountered in my four years living in the desert area, or anywhere else. And he is the only doctor in my many years who really seems to know what he’s talking about when it comes to women’s hormones, and how they affect your daily life and health the office is packed with ladies in various stages of pregnancy and at times your appointment may get canceled or run late because, well he is an OB/GYN and has to deliver babies when they’re ready. His front desk staff is welcoming, and the place runs like clockwork. After your appointment with Dr Jacome you will feel “heard” and will know what comes next

Doctors are phenomenal. But they can’t manage an office and are always over booked. Last visit, after being on time for my appointment and waiting under a paper blanket for nearly an hour and half I was advised the doctor had to leave for an emergency and I needed to be rescheduled. Today I walked in 15 minutes early for my appointment and the very large waiting room was full (as always) with at least 10 people standing. I asked if they were running on time and was told they were behind and it would be at least 35-45 minutes before I would be seen. As I was speaking with them to reschedule because I didn’t have the time to wait, a patient came in and said she was there to see my doctor and was told she would be squeezed in. The lack of respect for a patients time is the worst I’ve seen. I get they are some of the best in the valley but this is unacceptable.

I really wanted to like this place, especially since there were so many great reviews but my experience here has been less than wonderful. I was seeing Dr. Nahar (who btw is a lovely person) but the front desk staff and operational processes at this practice need major improvements. I visited Dr. Nahar on November 28th to discuss removing my IUD and replacing it was a more temporary birth control. My appointment was scheduled for around 9:15am but it took about 1.5hrs past my appointment to actually be seen. My actual session with Dr. Nahar lasted about 15 mins (tops). As I was checking out we ordered a temporary birth control until I was ready to start trying for pregnancy (more on this in a second). The office has an in-house lab where Dr. Nahar sent me to get blood drawn for an anti-mullerian hormone test (fertility test). This lab was supposed to allow walk-ins but I ended up waiting 30 min for someone to come out and check me in. I kindly asked the staff if they could check on the team because I had already waited longer than expected and was late to return to work. They basically dismissed me and said they’ll come out when they’re ready. I never got to take the fertility test because I had to leave. About a week later, I received a phone call from their billing department. It turns out that they had my old insurance information so the billing person was having trouble collecting money. The fix was very easy, I have PPO insurance but it instead of understanding the mixup (which btw could have been prevented when I checked in by having someone ask me if my insurance had changed) the billing person was very aggressive and rude —making an assumption that I didn’t have insurance and demanding that I pay out of pocket. She reluctantly accepted my updated insurance information and made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them and not pay. I never received a follow up call but saw that my insurance billed the visit. Now, back to the birth control order… I was told from the office that they would call me to set up an appointment after my birth control had arrived. After waiting about a month, without any call from the office, I called back to check in. It turned out that the order has never been placed. They blamed it on the pharmacy and said they had a mixup and assured me that I would hear back soon. After another two weeks, I still hadn’t heard anything so gave them a call back. They then informed me that the pharmacy had my birth control and needed me to release the birth control so it could be delivered to the office. They told me that I would receive a call from the pharmacy. I never did. Today (about another 2 weeks later) I called the pharmacy and had them send the birth control to my home. So it has been almost TWO months since my last visit to just try and get birth control. I have had better service at a planned parenthood and never had to wait this long for birth control —even when I had my IUD inserted with Kaiser Permenente. I’m so disappointed with my experience here. I’ve lost two months to really know anything about my fertility and continue with my pregnancy paln. Needless to say I will be taking my and my PPO insurance company’s money and time elsewhere. If this is how much trouble this staff has to get birth control then I don’t want to imagine what the experience would be while being pregnant. Dr. Nahar, if you read this, please feel free to call me and I’d be more than happy to walk you through this experience.

He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and treat accordingly without rushing your visit. I truly trust him. The office is very clean and welcoming. Fleur Womens Health are absolutely amazing. Ive been with Dr. Jacome for over ten years. He delivered two of my children and has been assisting me with hormone issues for the last several years. The front office staff as well as all the providers are professional and are on point with patience care. I have been working with Beverly Blessing for weight loss and started treatments with Dr. Baker recently. I am amazed at the results Ive seen in just a month. Ive lost 13lbs, skin is tighter, energy has increased dramatically, daily headaches are no longer, and I feel better than I have in years. Literally, life-changing!

This is a great office. The doctors and back office staff are all wonderful. You may wait awhile for your appointment, but it is worth it. No other practice I would trust with my gyn and OB needs. Dr. Garza is great and so good at his job. He’s a wonderful doctor and a great surgeon. He has a great back office staff who are all very attentive and will help with anything you need. I was seen by Dr. Nahar throughout my pregnancy and she delivered our baby at Eisenhower. My experience with her was neutral. She is friendly and will answer any questions you have.My main issue is with the front office staff, scheduling, and wait times.I have had many appointments where I had to wait an hour to even be moved to an exam room. On one occasion, after waiting a long period to be called back, I was then sitting in a room for close to another hour before poking my head out to ask if I would be seen any time soon.If you are working, *do not* schedule an appointment on lunch break. The wait times alone will definitely run over your lunch hour.I’ve had multiple appointments be rescheduled which is a major inconvenience, again, especially for someone who is working. However, I had to call to reschedule one time due to my own schedule and the office staff member on the phone was pretty rude about it.Most recently, and the final reason to affirm my decision to transfer care to another provider’s office, they completely neglected to order my birth control. I had my 6 week postpartum checkup and told Dr. Nahar I wanted Nexplanon. She agreed and said they’d call when it came in. A month later, no word. When I called to ask for an update, they said it was never ordered. Once they figured that out, they scheduled me for the end of November. Today, I received a message that the doctor won’t be available that day. I gave birth over 3 months ago and would expect to be able to receive the contraception I would like by now.Additional key points to consider: Phone wait times are long, the office staff has an attitude 1/2 the time, and husbands aren’t allowed to be involved in the prenatal care other than the few ultrasounds.In summary, I left almost every appointment feeling like an inconvenience, a few times in tears (pregnancy hormones or not, your prenatal care team shouldn’t make you feel like that). I wish I had advocated for myself and spoke up or transferred care sooner.

Just left work to attend an ultrasound with my wife. After waiting over an hour was told my wife had been incorrectly scheduled and only had a doctors appointment. However she needed an ultrasound before that appointment so they would try to squeeze her in. That meant more waiting. Partners are still not allowed to the actual doctors appointment- reason never given. We have constant issues with this office

Drove 2 hours for an ultrasound to confirm a miscarriage. Brought my 2 homeschooled kids along, because I couldn’t leave them home alone that long. The plan was for them to sit in the lobby and read. Over an hour behind on appointment times. They also do not allow husbands so if that is important to you as it is to us, please look elsewhere. Takes two to create a baby so I dont understand why you do not allow the other half of the ratio join in the appointments. Should there be complications or God forbid a miscarriage, it is imperative that I be there for support of my wife..... unbelievable.Their suggestion is that the doctor will see me in the lobby after my wifes appointment.... where other patients are waiting. REALLY?? What a joke. They were already behind over an hour, maybe the reason is they meet the husbands separately in the lobby after the appointment.

Dr. Garza was amazing! He answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Garza made my delivery at Eisenhower hospital smooth and easy. The staff at Fleur and Eisenhower hospital are all great. Sarah McIntosh is the nurse practitioner and she saw me a couple times Dr. Garza was not able to. Sarah was also at the hospital while I was giving birth. Sarah helped me during my contractions and even hugged me to help me get through the hard contractions. I was so happy to have her. She made me feel so special and strong. Thank you Sarah and Dr. Garza! The only thing I wish I would have had my husband in my appointments to meet Garza before the birth. I’m glad my husband was at least able to attend the ultrasound. I just wish he would have also been at the doctors appointments as well.

I was very impressed by the quick response to set my appointment and accommodate me the office is beautiful however disappointed with the check out girl the one with bright red hair she had a rude attitude and felt like she wanted to argue then I tried the Biocorp lab next door the girl kept throwing my blood tubes and I ask if she was ok if there was something wrong she said thats the way she works it not a good way to represent the company5/29/24 I revisited the office really appreciate the staff this time but I rush to get my RX at the pharmacy only to find it was called in without instructions so I could not get my Rx until the Dr calls the pharmacy so its a waiting game

After a horrific experience with a kaiser gynecologist, I found out that fleur was covered by kaiser and could not have been happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the setting and tone was a completely different experience. A beautiful and calming waiting area, friendly receptionist, kind and caring nurse! And the doctor! Wow. She actually listened to me. She set up a plan and tests. She told me what to expect. She explained everything and went beyond. I did not experience exceedingly long wait times in their office during my first pregnancy, but have had to wait over an hour twice now during my second pregnancy. From all the positive reviews of this place I was expecting a better first experience but I was extremely disappointed, from waiting to over an hour in their waiting room for my appointment which I was in time for, I see Dr. Jacome, now I had a complicated first birth but this Dr didn’t read any of my file, was very dismissive had the nerve to ask if the baby was born alive when if he read my file he would’ve had all the information he needed, maybe spent 5 min talking to me as soon as I told him what my last Dr had me on he was just like ok we’re putting you on that and left. If it wasn’t for Dr Nahar and the birthing center I knew I wanted to deliver at, I would have found another office. Long wait times each visit, didn’t like the concept of prepaying for delivery 6 months before delivering based off an anticipated estimate of where I’d be towards my deductible…. In person nurses were great, over the phone nurses were not very helpful and on several occasions unprofessional, even provided medical advice on one occasion before confirming my name, DOB, and reviewing my chart/history. Front desk staff were never able to provide an answer regarding any balance owed despite asking for payment they had to call the billing lady up to the front each time. I’m not sure if that’s because charges aren’t input with a description or if the staff isn’t trained on how to review billing information, but I want to know what I am paying for and don’t think that is unreasonable. Birthing center was amazing and I had a good experience, Dr Nahar was amazing throughout my pregnancy, Dr Jacombe ended up delivering my baby as he was on call, this was my first experience with him and I was pleased with the delivery.

I was informed by my doctor & his nurse that I would receive a doctors note by the end of the day & I called towards the end of the day to give them the benefit of the doubt because I understand they were busy. Dr. Garza made me feel secure throughout my whole pregnancy, took my concerns seriously and knows how to speak to you to make you feel comfortable. During delivery I had some complications and Dr. Garza talked to me and the NICU nursing team in a way that I knew things were going on, but he still managed to ensure I was calm while keeping me informed and doing his job quickly as he needed to do to ensure my baby and I were safe. I contacted the office a few times to confirm if they received the fax and they seemed to be incredibly unorganized. The first thing that sets Dr. Garza apart is his genuine care for you as a person. He takes the time to have a conversation with you, and inquire about your life, changes since you have last visited, and things to look for in the future. She saw me when I was hospitalized at Eisenhower hospital. She saw I needed surgery and was able to get me the emergency surgery I needed within a few hours of being admitted. She is skilled in her practice, well versed on current literature in the field, has fantastic bedside manner, and truly cares about her patients.However, with many practices there is a disconnect between the office staff and the physicians skill level. Note that the Fleur’s receptionists and schedulers are wanting in terms of congenial and courteous customer service. Establishing care might be a bit cumbersome as it was for me, but once you can start seeing the physician things run smoothly at FWH.

Honestly worst place you can go to for a women with period issue (like Endometriosis or pcos). I came to see Doctor Deepti and let me tell you it was the worst experience of my life. I literally told her my pain is so severe that I could take a whole bottle of Tylenol in one week from the pain. That is about over 100 pills. She did blood test and a ultra sound. She showed I had fibroids but they weren’t that big and she said it was fine just keep taking Tylenol and I’ll be fine. But if things get worse come back and we’ll do more blood work. I went to the hospital and to two more doctors before the last doctor told me what I had was Endometriosis and I was already in the late stages. Due to being misdiagnosed I went through severe pain and more. Our doctors are suppose to be those who help us not just collect our money and just tell us our problems are nothing. Just by her not willing to really look at the problem as her “JOB”. I would NEVER return here or take my family here. How many women go untreated for issues that create more problems. The women body is so beautiful and should be cared for. She isn’t the only doctor out there who has done this to many women. But it is time us women speak up.

I had my first appointment with Fleurs today, and I have to say this place was amazing. Walking into the office, it feels very high end and very welcoming. The wait time was a little over my appointment time, but nothing insane like some reviews state. Dr. Nahar was amazing, seriously the best gynecologistIve seen. After reading the reviews, and finding out my insurance is in network with this provider, I called to make an appointment, I have been calling for a month strait to get an appointment and no been able to get one. They needed my medical records prior which I had faxed over, they told me they never received them via fax, I then brought in physical copies and was told after a doctor reviewed them they would call me. I have made multiple phone calls for over a week and half now and the person who answers the phone first sounded she wasnt even sure they has them, asked me who I gave them to, then told me the doctors are very busy and I just need to wait, then told me she would call me back that day or the next and still has not called me, its been 4 more days. This is my first pregnancy, Im 12 weeks pregnant and need to be seeing a doctor. Its frustrating and nerve racking being pregnant and being given a run around about something so simple. I of course understand the doctors being busy but its been weeks they have been given these records 2 different ways. I hope this situation gets fixed asap and I can amend my review because as a business owner myself I feel these doctors would want provide better service to there patients.

They answers all my questions and concerns in detail. I am sent to get necessary lab work/hormone panels to get an accurate summary of what treatment plan is best for me. Called me the day of my appointment to let me know they were canceling it due to me needing to take another lab test. My appointment was then scheduled 3 weeks out. I recently went in for an annual exam because my other physician retired. Ive been a patient with this practice before and felt confident that Id have a similar experience. All went well with the appointment. Doctor did a pap smear and pelvic exam and a quick rectal exam. Later I received my bill and listed on my bill was a charge for a fecal sample. This surprised me as I hadnt brought in a stool sample nor had I been informed that one was going to be taken somehow. Later I received a bill from a medical lab for $300 that wasnt covered by my insurance. I called and asked for an itemized bill so I could learn what wasnt covered by my insurance company. What was listed in the itemized bill was an HPV mRNA E6/E7 test and an interpretation. I was not informed that this test was being done as well. I called the office and spoke with a very nice woman in billing that stated that this test was normal procedure for a well woman exam. And that in the 20 years shed worked there no one had ever voiced an opinion about not being informed. I asked if it was posted somewhere (online, new patient packet, in the waiting area) what a well woman exam included. She said it was not. All of the test and procedures may all be good and necessary but not being informed of what is to happen or in happening is troubling. How is one to know what is normal procedure and what has crossed the boundary into inappropriate? When you go just be sure to ask what is being done and why so youre properly informed.

I loved that for the most part I had the same nurse through out my 3rd trimester because she always remembered me and it made me feel important. I don’t know her name but she wore a Raiders mask. Horrible patient care. Some of the nurses are nice and caring but not many. Had to wait in the waiting area for 30 mins- a hour for all 4 of my visits. The doctor I had was the worst. He was just one of those doctors that assign you antibiotics without knowing your diagnosis (which can make you immune to antibiotics). He also laughed in my face when I told him the severity of my pain. Understandable that one doctor does not determine the quality of a clinic but by hiring someone like this you are telling patients that who cares for them isnt important. I love Dr. Jacome and Bev. They have incredible front office and back office staff and they themselves, as practitioners, are kind, caring, and comprehensive in their care. Dr. Jacome has delivered all 3 of my girls. I first saw him almost 10 years ago after having 2 miscarriages and having a bad response from my previous obgyn. I saw him on reccomendations from some nurses in my husbands office at EMC. Dr. Jacome was kind and compassionate and took the time to run some bloodwork for me and quickly deduced the issue. 2 months later I was pregnant with my oldest. He and Bev saw me through difficult pregnancies and deliveries. When we decided to try for a third child we quickly became pregnant again. Linda found an ectopic on ultrasound and Dr. Jacome scheduled me for surgery the next day. It took me another year but we were able to get pregnant with our third daughter. When I was early in my pregnancy I had some significant bleeding. My husband called Dr. Jacome who arranged with his staff for me to come in the early morning for an ultrasound. Where we got to see our babys heartbeat and learned I had a subchronic hematoma. Later in my pregnancy about 10 days before my scheduled c-section, I started having contractions so my husband again called Dr. Jacome and he slept that night in his scrubs in case he needed to come in for my c-section, even though it wasnt his night for call. He knew I didnt want another doctor doing my C-section. Then this year my 18 month old stopped nursing on my left side and I found a lump. I assumed it was a clogged duct but made an appointment. I did have mastitis, but Dr. Jacome also sent me for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I found out that I have stage 3 breast cancer at age 35. So not only do I owe my 3 baby girls lives to Dr. Jacome, I owe mine. I owe him mine. I will forever be grateful for his thoroughness and level of care. He is incredible doctor and my family is so blessed to have been under his care.

UPDATE 2: RX prescribed by Jacome’s office turned me into a gorilla. So much testosterone that I can’t even wear short sleeves now because of the massive influx of black hair! So embarrassing. Quit ALL medication prescribed by this office as they have clearly have no idea what they are doing. They just want me to spend another $450 on blood tests and then another $200 on an office visit. Had they actually looked at my original $450 worth of blood test results on my first office visit, I may have been okay but he never looked at them. Just told me he assumed they were “low”.Update:His head nurse, Suzanne, is the rudest nurse Ive EVER had to deal with in my life. before she took my call. I waited two weeks and suddenly she decided to get answer the phone. Suzanne just wanted to hear herself talk and be condescending and bully a poor woman just trying to get help.

Dr Jacome is so kind, caring and most compassionate Dr Ive ever met. So grateful to have him as my Gyn. Went above and beyond to help me in every way . I totally recommend Dr. Jacome. This place is so clean and modern !

Dr. Jacome and all his staff are friendly and willing to answer all questions. Dr. Jacome has delivered our 2 boys and we had a great experience each time.

This place is consistently terrible in scheduling appointments. Doctor Garza is nice enough but for every hour of wait time you get maybe 1 minute of time with the doctor. Also, the receptionist are not helpful at all and I assume it’s commonplace for you to wait forever after your appointment time.
