Eric is amazing!!! Came in and got a foot scan (first of my life) and found out I’ve been wearing the wrong size shoe for years! Eric took his time and found a few options custom to my foot. Ive shopped here several times, as have family members. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and yesterday I was in and out in 18 minutes flat. That included measuring my feet with the excellent technology, trying on five different pair of shoes, and paying. I went in the morning, parked in front of the store (meter already had money in it--thats how I know I was only inside 18 minutes), and there was enough staff I got seen right away. Thanks, Lucas!

I have been going to Fleet Feet for years for my shoe needs. I love the process. They scan my feet, talk to me about what they see, and bring out many options for what would in theory would work well for my feet. Then you try them all on, talk with them, and pick one (if you want) that feels the best. I’ve gotten 3 amazing pairs of shoes there. I came in for a fitting and left with two pairs of awesome shoes that made me excited to start running again. Rhonda was so patient and kind while I explained the issues I’d had with previous shoes and what I was looking for in new ones. She took time to explain why she expected each shoe she picked for me to fit a certain way and what the benefits and drawbacks were of each one. I came here to get a pair of insole inserts for my new work shoes. The customer service here was the best customer service experience Ive ever had. The store rep (Moriah) was kind, knowledgeable, and very understandable. I’ve shopped here before when I was running pretty regularly. It turns out you don’t need to be a runner to need good shoes. Fleet Feet has shoes for running, walking, people with foot issues(like me) and after workout care. I knew what brand I wanted and just needed some options. It was a few days ago for some specific insoles because my doctor diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. So I arrived and the young woman who was there welcomed me and told me how she could help me. Ami, I forgot the name the doctor told me and I just told her my foot hurts a lot, I use insoles and I asked myself a series of questions and I asked myself to walk and she recommended comfortable insoles but then I remembered the name and I told her and she said yes I thought Thats why I brought you this one, its specific for plantar fasciitis. Went back into Fleet Feet to see about how best to either return or correct a shoe that was recently purchased less than two months ago in which the sole was already falling apart. The employee told me she had no record of my purchase nor could locate my store credit from my recent purchase as I also wanted to buy a pair of socks and apply the credit. The employee did not believe me that I purchased the shoes from the store and told me that I should go to a hardware store and glue the sole back together with super glue. I was a little shocked at how I was treated and believe they need to update their computer software program to maintain better record keeping in the future.

Tired of the lack of knowledge and service I got from big department stores, I finally wised up and went to Fleet Feet. Who knew an actual running store with staff whose’ sole focus is pairing you with the perfect shoe would be a world of difference? The staff there not only took the time to measure my feet properly and grab the type of shoe I needed for my workout habits and the shape of my foot, they were knowledgeable about the brand, and professional without being pushy or high-pressured. I was out of there in under 15 minutes with a pair of shoes that felt amazing and I never would have known to try on had it not been for Eric to suggest it. Trust me, you will spend the same amount of money there and get what you actually need. Stop buying the wrong shoes and save yourself the injury!

My daughter needed a new pair of running shoes for the up coming cross country season, so we went to Fleet Feet because they do a great job at finding the perfect fit for your feet. We walked in with a warm welcome from two employees there and they helped my daughter find the best fitting shoes for her walking style. First they had her walk back and forth with her shoes off to see how she walks, they then had her try on a few pair of running shoes to see what was the most comfortable for her. The Santa Rosa Fleet Feet on 3rd Street is the place to shop for and buy running shoes. The Owner and Staff are attentive, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s evident how much they care about their customers in their service. I started having plantar fasciitis in my left foot this past year with excruciating pain. None of my shoes were comfortable anymore. I tried Fleet Feet since I figured a store for runners would know more about my problems than trying to slog through reviews online. My rep was Siena, and although the store was short handed at the time, she found me exactly what I needed after trying all of the options--Brooks, OC, Asics and Hokas. She even cut the inserts for me right there and sent me on my way. It was such a relief to get this kind of customer service at a time when I really needed it. I wont be wasting my time at other bargain or outlet shoes stores ever again when I need these more specialized shoes.

If you are unsure of what type of running shoe to wear, they can map out your foot type and have you test pairs on their mini-track. They were very helpful. After Kaiser put me in inserts that were the wrong size I went to fleet feet and found I needed a wider insole, which they carried in a wider selection and of the same brand. They have the widest selection of Superfeet insoles Ive seen and a knowledgeable staff. I recommend giving them a visit if you are having foot pain after a long day of work.

We had waited over 20 minutes with shoes in our hands when we finally heard a sales person tell another couple that you had to sign in first! Classic example of a local specialty store where you get what you pay for.They have very knowledgeable staff that are friendly and willing to help, flexible exchange policies, and are well plugged in to the local running scene. Going here is head and shoulders above buying the same stuff at Foot Locker or over the internet in terms of service.If this sounds appealing to you, or you prefer local businesses, shopping here is a no-brainer, but just go in with the right expectations as far as money goes. For me, its always been worth the extra few dollars to get the excellent service, but if youre the type whod rather nickel and dime your way to a pair of shoes, stay home and just use Amazon.
