I love the that the sales reps love what they do and are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming/kind. sales rep were patient and answered all my questions. The foot scanning device was awesome as I’ve always just bought basic running shoes. Little did I know I needed something more specific for my foot type. I love that Fleet Feet puts on free runs to get people of all levels engaged. That’s how I ended up at the store purchasing shoes. I also found out they’re helping kids in the madera community which is another reason I made a pit stop and left with perfect fitting shoes and socks.

Best shoe fitting experience any athlete can have. Got my feet and gate pattern scanned and shoes were picked to suit my needs. My sales associate/shoe technician made an educated recommendation and I left with the perfect pair of running shoes!!!Also, in store there’s a ton of valuable stuff. Vests, water bottles, running clothes, socks, hats, and tons of other stuff to aid you in your running journey!!! Absolutely amazing

I never write reviews but because of the Excellent customer service, I had to! Amazing customer makes a huge difference and what makes stores stand out. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while where the staff was kind, helpful, and thoughtful. This was a great experience as I left the store feeling happy! Hector helped me find a great shoe that I love and even went out of his way to call a different fleet foot store in San Diego (where I live) to check to see if they had a different color that I wanted. You feel taken care of here as a customer!

Im no runner, and Im very glad I went to Fleet Feet. I walked in on a busy Saturday and had a fitting with Hector. He taught me a lot about running/ walking shoes in general, and my own biomechanics. He fitted me into a couple of pairs that were probably the most comfortable and stable shoes Ive ever worn. There was no pressure to buy, but I was very happy I did. Fleet Feet in general had a lot of great options, and matched or beat other retailers that I checked. Ill definitely be back.

Greatest serious shoe store around and it isn’t even close, genuine intelligent accommodating staff, they will sit down and pull 10 shoes from the best brands and you will walk out happy. I will be coming back to buy many more shoes here!

Highly recommend a visit here, they have a lot of great shoes and gear. I just started getting into running and had my fitID assessment, and my husband did too. Thanks so much to Evelyn who we had a nice time chatting with, and who provided great recommendations for shoes and inserts. Hunter also provided great options of shoes to try. If you are visiting on a Saturday, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, this shop gets busy.

I had a awesome experience. I walked in with no intention to purchase any shoes, just wanted to look around at them. I then was approached by Hunter who talked to about the shoes and asked me questions about what concerns I had and I was fitted and tried on a few brands and styles. I then purchased 2 pairs along with some comfortable socks. He was so patient and helpful and gave me knowledge about the shoes. Definitely will be returning to purchase more. Im highly satisfied with the assistance and customer service that was provided.

The absolute best customer service! They take their time with you when you are buying shoes and even socks! The foot analysis is great and it helps them offer you the best shoe for your foot! I have never looked back from the first time I shopped with Fleet Feet. Very kind and knowledgeable staff!

Had an appointment for 11:00am and arrived at 10:35am. Even though staff was busy, they still greeted me with a smile, asked what brought us by. I told him I was a little early for my 11am appointment and said staff would be around shortly to assist my wife and I. Took about 10 minutes for us to be seen, but they were very professional and courteous. They explained the entire process from measuring our feet to finding our low and high spots and pressure points. At the end of the day, we purchased very comfortable walking shoes and insoles. I highly recommend going there to purchase shoes. I will definitely be back in the future to make an additional purchase. Thank you all for helping us out.

The team Fleet Feet team was very helpful. I started doing pub runs hosted be the store and thats how I discovered it. I love that you get to try out different shoes at the events, so that you know you are making a good purchase, since they are a big investment. At the store, I got my feet scanned. My sister, friend, and I all had different scan results, so I am trusting that this is not just a sales gimmick. I got foot mapped at good feet store before and then they gave me the 1 arch system they have. Why map peoples feet and then give everyone the exact same thing? That definitely seemed like a scam to me. I am also happy with the return policy because I can test out the shoes and return within 60 days to exchange, if the shoes are too beat up, or get my money back if they are in good condition. Great experience.
