Visited this shoe store with my mom and had a delightful shopping experience, all thanks to the assistant, Grace. She was incredibly helpful, doing the detailed feet measurements and bringing out many pairs for us to try, ensuring we had plenty of options. Grace was very attentive and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. Although we didnt find the perfect fit this time, the service was top-notch.

My experience with Fleet Feet Elk Grove was a positive and exceptional one. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The recommendations for inserts to improve my knee alignment was spot on. My mobility has greatly improved and I have very little problem with pain especially when walking and climbing up stairs. Great job.

Fabulous customer service. They very much know what they are doing and were able to fit me with the best insoles needed for my problem feet. Already, they are helping with my pain. Wish I had come in much sooner. Scan results were emailed to me the same day. Very interesting to see!

Fleet Feet is my go-to store for sports shoes. Kudos to Isabella for her knowledge and enthusiasm in helping me. If it’s been a while since you’ve been to Fleet Feet you will be blown away by the technology used to enable the staff make the right selections for you.I bought a pair of walking/running shoes, a pair of socks so I could wear the shoes home, and ordered my orthotics. I came from my podiatry appointment with a 10% off coupon which helped nicely. Thank you Fleet Feet!

Prompt service. Jose asked what brought me in and listened. He explained the scanning process then my results as well. He was kind and patient as I tried on shoes. He knew the benefits of one shoe over the other. Fleet Feet’s return policy is great- I wasn’t aware of it until he told me. Hopefully I won’t be needing to use it but nice to know it’s available.

Nowadays, there are so many different types sizes and types of shoes. It is easy to buy shoes without knowing what is best your specific feet circumstances. The Fleet Feet experience was so personalized to my feet. The assitance of the associate, Jordan, was extremely valuable. After obtaining the results of my feets test, Jordan brought me some alternatives to try and all my questions were answered. I would try again Fleet Feet anytime

Smaller than other Fleet Feet stores, but they still do fittings and appointments. They have lots of recovery tools and clothing. Great selection of insoles, too. Lots of staff available and willing to help. There are training programs based out of this Fleet Feet. Coaches for these programs are great.

I have tried 2 other shoe stores who find a tailored shoe to your foot, and this has by far been my best experience. Thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, good selection, and they do what it takes to listen to your needs. I didnt even realize I kept them there 45 minutes after closing! They didnt try to rush me on my decision based on the clock, and I can tell they care more about delivering quality the first time around. Thank you to the awesome staff! (Side note: book an appointment ahead of time. They are worth the wait list!)

I’ve shopped at Fleet Feet for 20+ years and have never had a problem. Today I went to the Elk Grove store for a fitting where I purchased shoes, insoles, laces, etc. It was a completely pleasant experience, helpful staff, etc. Until I got home, checked my receipt to see I was overcharged for 4 of the 5 items purchased ($30 total overage). Store is closed now. I will call in the morning and speak with the manager. If I have to drive the 45 minutes to get it fixed I will be returning everything and will never shop FF again.

This was my first time getting fitted for running shoes. Jodi was very helpful and the other staff seemed very willing to help as well. I was there for an hour and tried 5 pairs on based off the data collected from my feet. I made an 11:00 am appointment, understanding that maybe there would be 5 minute wait give or take. I was punctual, arrived exactly at 11:00am. There appeared to be only 2 employees working, working with customers. I was told after a few minutes of wandering the store that I would be helped soon. Over the next 10 minutes a customer walked in with an exchange, she was helped and another 2 customers walked and they were provided assistance. At 11:15 I told the employee to cancel my appointment and I left.My appointment was on a Wednesday morning, not a weekend. I was helped faster at the J Street Store, on a weekend without an appointment. And it was busy, Go figure!!Suggestion to Fleet Feet if you are running late how about letting the customer know via text. Your appointment text reminder asks that we, the customer, let you know we are running late. I ask that you show us the same courtesy.

A week ago I went into Fleet Feet to have my feet remeasured since it had been a couple of years and I was dealing with plantar fasciitis in my left heel. Andrew remeasured my feet and then I mentioned I wanted to try the HOKA and had just tried them at another shoe store. Andrew was very polite, helpful and didn’t rush me through the appointment. I ended up purchasing the HOKA and after wearing them for a week, I realized they were not comfortable for me. I went back today and Andrew was helping another customer, so I was helped by Jordan. Jordan was also very polite, helpful and didn’t rush me through the appointment since I was trying to decide which pair of shoes I was comfortable in. I ended up exchanging the HOKA brand for ASICS ( which I have been wearing and felt most comfortable in). Even though Fleet Feet maybe a little pricey, the employees know the difference between the different brands of shoes they carry and what may be the best fit for your feet. I will be going back to buy my shoes here again.

This is my new go-to place for shoe shopping. The first time i went I actually went in on a whim and did the foot mapping just to see what it said. Everything they told me about my feet was matching up with stuff my physical therapist said and stuff my doctor said about my feet and how I walk. So I did decide to give their shoe recommendations a try. I used to get tendinitis in my ankles and feet so bad that I had trouble walking and had to go to physical therapy. Since wearing the shoes I bought here I havent had the tendinitis aggravated and I feel less physically tired when I have to do a lot of walking, such as when Im on vacation. (Im not saying the shoes replace physical therapy by the way, just that ill-fitting shoes were part of the reason I had to go to physical therapy at all). Yes theyre pricey but its worth it. Annie in particular was very sweet and patient with me even when I tried on a bunch of different shoes and couldnt find somwthing i liked style-wise. Kaitlyn is also a great associate and seems to be very knowledgeable. Both associates I worked with seem to be enthusiastic about what they sell which I really like. Highly recommend this store, especially if you have sensitive feet.

Absolute worst customer service. This location says it closes at 7pm. I walked in at 5pm. I already had the brand of shoe I wanted, since I was there for a simple replacement, and was planning to spend the least amount of time possible for it. However, my whole time here I was neither provided any service, nor any attempt to let me know that I would be attended to at some point in this store.There were 3 attendants who were serving only 3 customers and I was ready to patiently wait my turn. My patience was clearly taken for granted since none of the attendants looked my way once. They all worked very hard to avoid eye contact. One even clocked out while I was waiting and another literally walked right past me without even a quick glance. Someone else even appeared from the back to answer a call, but hastily disappeared as soon as she hung up.I do not expect to be treated like royalty everywhere I go, but to be completely ignored means that my business is not welcome here. Even then, what ever happened to basic customer service?

The whole service experience was high rate. We were able to make an appointment which helped with planning our day. I brought my teenage daughter in to get some shoes for her aching feet. As a parent of a young teenager who usually does not say more than 3 words at a time to adults, I appreciate the patience that was shown to her. The whole process made her feel like a respected individual. The technical details were well explained to both of us. We did not feel rushed the shoe selection was spot on. After searching two other stores this was by far the better experience since it was more than just looking for shoes that fit and look nice but being a consultation, assessment, fitting and shoe selection. We left with not only with a good pair of shoes but a good understanding of her feet in general.

I love that they have appointments for shoe fittings so I don’t have any anxiety about having to wait around and flag down someone to help me find a shoe. The digital foot scan and presentation is so cool. Xavier did a great job explaining everything, I really gained a better understanding of my feet and shoe sizing. The Elk Grove location has a smaller selection, but enough for me to try out different brands and find a shoe that fits well, and they can special order if the size or color isn’t in stock. Prices are comparable to manufacturers’ websites. I’ll definitely shop here again!

If they dont have it in stock, theyll order it and have it shipped where I need it.The staff is always on their game--they know their products and how to help customers pick out exactly what they need.Everything a runner/walker may need is either available to try out or Fleet Feet staff can get it quickly. I no longer get blisters because my shoes and socks fit perfectly. And, staff is considerate of my budget helping me care for my whole family. They 3D scanned of all of our feet (I dont need to remember everyones sizes) which is why my shoes fit so well.

The Laguna Fleet Feet location is where my podiatrist buys the Hoka brand shoes she wears to work every day shes on the clock at Sutter Health.During an office visit to resolve some foot health-related issues for my bride, our podiatrist suggested that new and improved footwear would be a good idea. I jumped into the conversation at that point and asked about the shoes the doctor was wearing.She replied they were Hoka brand purchased at Fleet Feet. Walked in knowing my wife needed another pair of Hoka Bondis as they are her preferred shoes to wear at work. She usually buys 3 pairs a year and we usually buy online. I walked into this beautiful new place, thinking I could grab a pair. Unfortunately, you have to sign up on a wait list (was told it would be about a half hour) and then meet with a sales person to find out if they had her size. Hard pass on ever going through that process...UPDATE... so, needed a last minute gift. I called in this time and asked if they could get the shoes ready as I didnt need or want a consultation appointment. Ariel had them ready, on the counter and was all smiles. So, the appointment thing isnt for everybody. But if you call in Ariel will get you taken care of.

Its top notch from the moment I walked into the door to Jeff measuring my foot and watching me walk. The best part was Jeff actually putting the shoes onto my feet like the old school days. He was very attentive and listened to me as I work on my feet a lot with 16 hour shifts and have plantar fasciitis. I loved his suggestions on orthotics too! Im in love! I have Plantar Faciatis and have been in horrible pain. I went to Fleet Feet to get Motion Control shoes that were recommended by my physician. The sales member Theresa was amazing and so knowledgeable about shoes, exercises and feet. She fit me into a perfect pair of shoes. The shoes feel so good on my feet! I also purchased Hidden Comfort socks. Theresa also showed me how to use the roller ball and the Addaday to help my calfs loosen up.
