I feel so lucky to have Miguel as our Palo Alto property manager. By far he is the best propery manager I’ve ever had. I sleep very well at night under his services in a nutshell☺️ His managing process very well defined, prompt, efficient, documented and professional for both landlord and tenant. And cream on top, his flat management fee is very reasonable and makes so sense especially in the bay area with pricy properties. Miguel is beyond and above my highest exceptions of managing my propery. Thank you, Miguel, for your superb service!

We have been working for over a year with Miguel. He has been managing our property and has been superb with his work. He is professional; he understands the needs and concerns that an owner may have, and he shows his support and work ethic at all times. In addition, he is highly responsive and manages all his tasks on time. He also exhibits his profound acquaintance in property management as a state broker and realtor. I wish I could give Miguel Portales 10 stars! Seriously, if you are reading this review, your search for a realtor is over - hire Miguel! I will recommend him to anyone needing to sell their home. Miguel is a real estate agent who is trustworthy, honest, transparent, hardworking, reliable, and personable. He is professional and passionate about his work and he is an excellent communicator and negotiator. I never had to wait on him for anything, which make the home selling process so much less stressful. His listing materials, website, brochure, etc are all high quality and well designed. Miguel Portales sold our property in a matter of days for well above asking price and saved us so much money in brokerage fees. When we offered him a tip for an additional thank you for all of his dedication and hard work, he did not take it and recommended donating the money to charity instead. He is such a stand-up guy with outstanding character who I am now lucky to be able to call a friend.

Originally my wife and I interviewed three leasing agents and decided to go with Mr. Portales from tenant planet because of his professionalism and integrity. My neighbor recommended him because Miguel was able to find him very good tenants in just a few days. We decided to downsize and needed to rent our home to good dependable tenants and Miguel found a group of engineers and tech workers with good backgrounds to rent our home to. We could not be any happier with our decision. Will work with him again and again for our next real estate purchase and rentals. - Pablo

Miguel is great to work with. He helped us understand the process of selling our home, and guided us every step of the way. He was always willing to answer any questions we had along the way. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market in general. Unlike some other agents that are out in the field, Miguel is very honest and realistic when approaching buying or selling a home. Miguel helped my wife and I in finding our first home. We didnt know a lot about the process of buying a home and what was required and he was helpful in explaining to us everything we needed to know i order to make a decision on our home. Miguel was very patient and very helpful because we were looking for several months in several cities in the east bay and he showed us a lot of places. He kept in mind what we wanted when giving us options to look at. Miguel was also available 24/7 and was always ready to help in putting in an offer and making sure that we were taken care of. Miguel also helped in making our offer look good when he took a 0.5% decrease on his commission. I would recommend Miguel to anyone who is looking at buying or selling a home.

I was connected with Miguel while searching through a number of properties for rent, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Upon expressing interest in renting a home, Miguel called me that very night to provide details of the house and schedule an appointment for the next day. Miguel was there to guide us through the entire tenant placement process, and we were able to sign a lease within a week of seeing the property! Even after move-in, when we had some issues with a power outage, I was able to call him and he responded on the first ring and we were able to resolve the issue without escalating to the owners of the house. With the quality of service Ive experienced as a tenant, I have no doubt he demonstrates the same level of efficiency and transparency with home owners looking for property management services.
