Would give a 10/10 if It gave the option but 5/5 definitely highly recommend! Wade is a honest guy! But most importantly he reasonable when it comes to pricing and is transparent on whether or not he can provide the service you need done. He was a bit out of my way but totally worth the commute, he’s definitely my tech guy when it comes to cellphones. If you’re looking for anything pertaining to phone issues and unlocking this is definitely your go to guy! Will definitely be returning in the near future !

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Zero stars. I got my phone screen replaced here for $175. Screen stopped working in less than a week. Never dropped or exposed to water and in a case the whole time. Went back for warranty and Wade found a microscopic scratch on the screen and denied warranty. Tried to charge an additional $50 to fix. Complete scam. These screens sell for $20 on Amazon with tools and instructions. Save yourself the money and do it yourself instead of the 1000% premium they charge for labor. It’s not that hard. I got lazy and was burned for $175 at Christmas time. Lesson learned. Never again. Buyer beware as there are cheaper and more reputable shops if you can’t do it yourself. Do your research.

Fast and professional service done. Although the phone was unlocked there was a software issue preventing it from.being used, after doing research I got came to get it fixed. Completed in about 30 minutes and got my new network up and running.Phone was the new galaxy s10 plus and this place usually works on high end phones from other customers that I saw.

My phone wouldn’t turn on. So I initially went to Best Buy and was seen by their geek squad. (Worst mistake ever) They told me they couldn’t do anything since my phone wasn’t turning on and they recommended me to get a new phone. However, I’ve read the great reviews for FLASH 2 UNLOCK. So, I took my phone and explained that i think it’s a battery issue and if there was any way that they could just open up my phone and take a look. He was extremely kind and understanding and didn’t push away my initial thoughts. Instead, he actually opened it up and looked at my phone. He immediately noticed that the battery was the issue and proceeded to do a test to double check. He is extremely knowledgeable about phones and then proceeded to change the battery and made sure everything else with the phone was good to go! I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Great service. Didn’t take a long time. Saved me from getting a new phone! Thank you so much! Honestly best phone repair person is WADE!

Unlike other places that would just do a quick screen replacement wade made sure that my screen sat on the frame correctly and even applied new adhesive to make sure over time my screen doesnt pop out. Shout out to flash2unlock for hooking and unlocking my iPhone XS Max up from sprint to metropcs under an hour. Went to some other shop that took my money and didn’t get the work done. Wade preceded his reputation and guaranteed his work and offered refund if it didn’t work. They even carry the stronger temper glass for my phone where it’s mucj sturdier than the regular temper glass other shops sell I got one of those for $50 installed by him with no bubbles. Grade A quality service and products and highly recommended.

I was in a rush on a Sunday to get a phone screen repaired and this store was one of the few open. I went in and he stated he could repair it. The phone was not fixed properly nor do I suspect he is an authorized repair person.The first major problem after the screen being replaced was that a message of the screen not being a proper screen popped up. When I inquired about this, Wade stated that the message would disappear after a few days. What was not mentioned was that the ability to trade the phone in and warranties also went away with the non-OEM screen replacement.The bottom of the screen was also not seated properly and a sharp edge was protruding that inclined from one corner to the other on the bottom of the phone.It turned out the phone was not as responsive as it was before the screen replacement. The phone was more responsive with the cracked screen. Not too noticeable unless you are the original owner of the phone and knew how it worked before hand.Also a warning, he is a cash only business in this regard.The repair person did offer to honor his warranty on his work but refused to give any refunds. My problem was that my trust in him is gone due to the totality of the circumstances. I am choosing not to go back to him and to chalk this up as an expensive lesson. It was expensive as I found out he charged about twice the going rate for this sort of repair and phone.Edit(to the response): I did acknowledge you stated you would honor your warranty. I stated due to the totality of the situation, I do not trust you to perform further work on the phone.I am only repeating what the Apple rep stated. You do not dispute the screen you replaced was non-OEM.Please retract the welcome as I never thanked you.Have a nice day

I went to this store an hour before they closed with a broken screen and LCD and they finished within a half an hour. Not only were they super fast but the people were amazing and very helpful. If all of that isnt enough, they were also inexpensive! I got the glass, LCD, and a new screen protector for less than just the glass at any other place. Ive been going here for about two years. Wade is a great guy. Hes helped me with purchasing two phones and change my plan a couple of times. He sends me messages updating me about any new offers or plans and I plan to go in soon to upgrade my Metro plan. The other workers are nice too. They accept cash and card, honor deals and if theres any confusion works with you to fix them. I would suggest them for any metro products.
