Although I wasn’t able to use their services since they don’t work on Nintendo Switches, the man on the phone was very helpful, kind, and generous with his time.. explaining what kind of work would go into what I need done, and suggesting other local repair spots. If i ever need my phone fixed I’d definitely go here. It’s very apparent they’re honest and knowledgeable.

I had my Ipad pro 11 with broken LCD dropped at the shop and picked it up the next day. The LCD was expertly replaced with the OEM part. Isai was professional and courteous. He even installed a screen protector for me at no charge. The price is the lowest compared to other shops. Thanks, Isai.

The top corner of my phone took an impact that broke from the front glass all the way through the back of the device. I had Tmobile, Apple, and the Best Buy Geek Squad all tell me that there was nothing that could be done for it, all of my data was gone for sure, and then just try to sell me on a new device. Then I went here, and not only did he save all of the data but even fixed the phone. Many thanks to Isai for his work, and I hope more people find this place before being convinced by retailers to give up on their current device and data and buy a new one.

The back of my iphone had shattered and I had been putting off getting it fixed because I was concerned about price quotes from other places and length of time it would take to fix. I found FixMe and walked in. Isai was so helpful from the beginning. He fixed it and replaced the back, added a new screen saver, and helped solve a year long issue that I was having with calling another family members phone . Oh man I went to 3 different phone replace businesses and they said they could not fix my $1000 plus phone because my screen was completely black from crack. I went to FixMe! he just said I have to order a part which came in a couple days. Boom and it was fixed!!! Thank you FixMe!

I love this place. The owner has the greatest personality. Best service. Once you come here, you’re not gonna want to go elsewhere to get something fixed. The first time I came here, he checked out my phone, did a quick test and let me know what was wrong with it. He wasn’t able to do anything, but he gave me great solutions and didn’t charge me anything for figuring out the problems. Came back another time to fix an iPad. Did a fantastic job.

Had to get my LCD screen replaced on my phone. I called around to several places but was not impressed with the quotes. Flatline gave me a quote that was $20- 40 cheaper than competitors, with a faster turn around time as well. I had a new screen on my phone in less than 24 hours. Mark is very knowledgeable, personable, and has great attention to detail! The screen looks just as great as the original. I highly recommend them for phone repairs, and will definitely return in the future.

I had an amazing service experience at Flatline Repair! I dropped my phone and the screen picture malfunctioned; however, the screen did not shatter. I reluctantly did not want to get my screen replaced since the screen did not shatter, so I called around places to see what prices and services they would provide me. Every other repair shop immediately wanted me to pay a large amount for a new screen. Then I came across Flatline Repair. Mark answered my call and stated that he would try to fix it without replacing the screen and then would replace the screen if necessary. I admired that he would at least try to fix it the most inexpensive way first before going with replacing the whole screen. I decided to visit Flatline Repair all because of his willingness to find the most inexpensive way to fix my phone. I brought it by the store and he fixed it within an hour at an AMAZING price! Im not from the area and I have paid $30 more for a screen replacement that was not as good of quality of a screen as Flatlines. I am so grateful for Flatline Repair! They did a fantastic job, great speedy customer service, for an OUTSTANDING PRICE!

My Samsung Galaxy 7 crashed out of nowhere two months ago. I was unable to start the phone back up and I learned that Verizon no longer offered technical support for the model. I got a new phone and started looking around to see if there was a way to save my data (including my photos and videos) and called FixMe! The price Isai quoted me was reasonable so I brought in my old phone and within three days, he was able to not only turn the old phone back on but retrieve all my data. He also transferred the data (and photos and videos) from my old phone to my new phone. It was a pretty seamless process! He also did a great job with calling me and communicating with updates while I was waiting.

I had to get a Pixel 2s battery replaced, FixMe! Was local and was very honest/professional. The gentleman who assisted me mentioned that he didnt happen to have the specific battery in stock at the time, and was ready to send me somewhere else so I could get it fixed faster (albeit at a slightly higher price). I was pretty surprised at this, but wasnt in a hurry and also appreciated the honesty. I was told I would be able to pick it up the following Tuesday, however unfortunately there was a delay in the ordering process, but I was notified of this. They called me back that evening and told me that even though they were closed the following day, I could still stop by and pick it up, as the repair was completed and there was a holiday the following day. Thats super cool. The whole experience was painless, simple, professional and the overall cost was very very competitive and perfectly reasonable. I really appreciate it! Definitely recommended.

Thank you so much to the guys at Flatline! While on vacation I managed to break my LCD on my S4! I got to the store to have it fixed and they were able to finish the job within a few hours so Id have my phone to take pictures of my family! My Galaxy 6S screen was shattered so bad the screen went black. This is the first time Ive ever had a cracked screen, yes Im anal and take care of my devices. I was there when they open and was told my screen needed to be replaced too...hey go big or go home. I asked them if there was a way to change out my battery because I couldnt keep a charge. Mark looked at the charge port and showed me how it was damaged and said it could be that or the battery. I weighed the cost of fixing the port and battery aling with my screen or buying a whole new phone. Obviously fixing was cheaper. They didnt have my screen, but said they would get 1 in that day. Gave me an ETA of about 4 hours and gave me a loaner phone to use in the meantime. I was stoked for the loaner phone.I would 100% recommend anyone to them. Super nice, welcoming, and didnt talk over my head (Im so not tech savvy).

I was able to get the cracked glass screen on my iPhone fixed in about an hour. Called ahead thinking I might need an appointment, but they told me just to come in same day. Parking and store hours were very convenient, service was friendly and professional, price was lower than I anticipated, and my phone looks good as new. Would definitely recommend!

I just want to say WOW! I just called to inquire about IPhone 7 screen repair and Mark advised me that if I do repair my phone with them I would lose my warranty from Apple. I went to the Apple Store yesterday and when I told them Ill shop around for a cheaper price they never told me about the warranty. My Iphone had water damage and the screen dimmed out when the environment was bright. Apple Store quoted me a few hundred dollars to fix with no warranty. I called and talked to Isai who was super nice and patient - not like some other repair store people wouldnt tell me anything over the phone. He trouble-shot the problem and the solution was not just a screen replacement, it was very tricky and involved.Knowing I needed my phone by the end of the day (Saturday), he worked super hard to get it repaired and stayed late for me to go pick it up. Not only did he fix the dimming problem, he also checked potential problems that might be caused by water damage. He not only charged me only a fraction of the price that Apple Store was going to charge, he gave me 12 month warranty. I definitely gave him a 5 star rating!!! I was so very pleased with his service and price! Im glad I saved so much money and am still able to use my old phone Thank you so much, Isai!!!

Great customer service. I came in the first day as they opened and he replaced my shadderred (from the corner) screen in 25 minutes for $75. Well worth it. Then, only a couple days later, something strange happened to create a crack dead center on the screen even with the tempered glass. Because it was rare, they again came through with a quick 30 minute turnaround. I now have it in an otter box and fingers crossed. Thanks for the quick and expert service.

Isai was very good and knew exactly what was wrong with my Galaxy-S8 when I called and spoke to him on the phone. The battery had bloated and expanded, popping the back cover off. I thought I had sat on it and broken it. I brought it in and within 30 minutes it was repaired, like brand new. I couldnt believe how easy that was and shouldnt have bought a new Galaxy S-10. Lol. I had video and pictures of my son when he was 4 years old and next month my son is going to be 20.This meant the world to .me and was the highlight of the month or even year when. I got the call of him telling me my phone was ready. I actually did the troubleshooting that the connector for charging was defective, but they knew exactly how to fix it. The repairman was going to be off the next day, so they made a special effort to retrieve the part which was not in the shop at the time and finish the welding before the end of the business day, so I would not be without my phone for 2 days. I super appreciated it and my phone is now charging perfectly.

I can not say enough good things about Parker and his crew. I dropped my LG G2 on New Year Day, and it would not work. My carrier was not helpful, so I searched on Google for local repair shops. Flatline came up with the highest rating. I can tell you why! Parker originally fixed my phone by the next day, but it would go black whenever I made a call. A little frustrating when calling doctor offices and needing to press 5. I brought it back, and Parker tried several different attempts, but never gave up, and never charged me for the extra time. I think he has decided LG phones are the devil, but my phone is like brand new. His crew saved me hundreds of dollars, and seriously deep frustration with my phone company. My phone is now safely encased in an Otter Box (thanks Parker). I would go back to work with these guys in a heartbeat (if they dont lock the door when they see me :-).

This guy really knows his stuff! If you have a broken phone take it to him. He knows how to fix it. He also has some used things there, I got a used tablet for a fair price and I am enjoying my tablet. I definitely will go back to this fellow when I am ready to purchase another cell phone. I drive a cab and my cell phone is my lifeline. The phone for calls along with a square insert, allows me to process credit cards quickly making my business operate more efficiently. Unfortunately, sometimes I need my clients to sign for the credit purchase. On Halloween the phone was dropped while the square insert was still inserted into the head phone jack. Processing cards was impossible. I searched the net looking for a business that worked on Samsung Galaxy 3 phones. Few showed that skill set, Flatline Repair did. I visited them and discussed if it could be fixed. Without hesitancy I was told about half an hour. The same problem happened with a previous but less expensive phone and it could not be fixed. No other companies advertised repair on phones other than Apple. It was fixed the same night in less than an hour even though others clients were ahead of me.Richard

My IPad was forgotten on top of my car, it flew off cracking the case and screen. I was told that since it was still functional, the rest could be repaired. I went to Yelp, found Flatline Repair to have many satisfied customers and they were in my local city. I took my IPad in first thing on Saturday morning and had it good as new by 3:00pm! I managed to crack the gorilla glass screen on my Ipad. After looking up repair sights I went to one very close to home. Their price jumped form the initial quote and the new screen turned out to be out of stock. Found Flatline on the internet, called them and was told to come on in. The did an excellent screen replacement in a couple hours for both less money and a longer warranty than the other guys. I would highly recommend these folks!

I took my wifes 6s in because it jumped into the toilet and got wet. The phone wasnt working properly so I took it to Flatline. Flatline gave me an estimate and the final bill was exactly what he quoted. The phone is as good as new. Great customer service and knowledgeable. My touchscreen had a deadspot preventing me from typing a, r and c. Annoying doesnt come close. I brought my phone to my mobile carrier and since Im on a family plan they basically told me my mommy would need to approve me doing anything to fix my phone. Thanks but no help. So I got back in my car and found the closest cell repair store. LO AND BEHOLD, Flatline Repair was close, and they had a few 5 star reviews on Google.I am SO glad I found them!!! I will be bringing whatever I can to them in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who has any technical issues with any phone or iPod. There was a collective groan with some laughter when I told them I had an LG G2 because apparently those phones are tricky to fix, but they fixed mine quickly and didnt make me feel like I was creating a burden for them. They were charming, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I gave my iPhone 6 Plus to them because my screen was flashing so they took it in and when they “fixed” it and gave it back, the front camera was broken. The next day, we brought it back and they offered to fix it for us for free, because they reinstalled the phone incorrectly. A few days later, they called back saying that they completely broke the phone, that it was not turning on, and that they would get a new one from the Apple store. I agreed, but I had many apps and photos in it. Another few days passed, and they called, saying that they somehow “fixed” it and that the phone was ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up and brought it home, but then I found out that both of the cameras were very unclear and showed a lot of static and random lines. If you don’t want that to happen, don’t trust this store to fix your phone. Otherwise, if you want them to wreck your phone for $50, go ahead and waste your money.

Mark was great. Honest and skilled, he said the problem with your phone is either a battery problem or a software problem, and, if its software, I can probably fix it and I will charge you $35. I was elated when it turned out to be software and he fixed it immediately - for $35, as promised. I am planning to take my computer to him soon.
