Although ultimately unable to retrieve my files off of my corrupted SD card, Dennis went the extra mile to ensure it was entirely impossible and even threw in a 4TB drive to soften the bad news. Quick communication and a much more reasonable price compared to other PC repair shops.

Honestly Dennis offered far more then just a repair service for my pc.he is incredibly friendly somone who cares more about you then the work or the money. He offered me advice not only on my pc we talked about our kids life etc in a short time it seemed more of a friendship was being built then a customer relationship. When you find a guy like this, you remember him. Ill be back.I thought I had a quick problem. Our laptop was overheating and running extremely slowly. Dennis found that the hard disk was on its last legs. He replaced it with a modern solid state drive, and started to clone the old drive. The old drive was in such bad shape that cloning failed. He resorted to installing Windows and copying files with lots and lots of retries. It took hours.Dennis got it done. He also added more RAM and cleaned out years of dirt. It runs very nicely now. With more RAM, video resolution is improved.Dennis put a ton of effort into a job that didnt pay him that much. He delivered more than was expected. He clearly values customer satisfaction. While this job was mostly just tedious, it is clear that he is capable of more challenging jobs than your typical repair tech.
I had a problem with my pc but I don’t not know that much about them so I came here and he made many tests, during these tests he explained to me what he was doing informing about things I need to know. After a while he found out the issue and solved my problem. worth the price and would recommend you to come here if you have an issue with your pc!

Amazing work, PC would get power but wouldn’t boot and I couldn’t get it to boot even with all the troubleshooting I did. I needed it up and operational to do billing, and 3D modeling and rendering work for my clients. He was super efficient and not only got me in the next day, but he walked me through everything he did and really helped me out.He replaced my PSU in mere minutes, but he also helped my PC run better than new. He helped reinstall Windows and fixed a plethora of issues that were making my computer run slowly. Thanks to him, my PC runs easily five times faster and smoother and he did it in 90 minutes. Being independent, he wanted to pick out all the new parts himself using a pc part picker website.We tried the whole “father/son” attempt and spent a lot of time with no success. I reached out to Best Buy where we initially bought the PC, and were given very little help without dishing out hundreds of dollars.I finally came across FIX FAST PC REPAIR and called.
