I gave the guy 40 dollars as a down payment to fix my computer screen he said he would order a part when I got pick it up here charges me 20 more and the computer screen isnt working and he didnt even put it in place he only put 6 screws in the back that I can take out with my finger and the part he was gonna order he never even put on and claimed that screen was a problem of the motherboard/graphics card and suggested me to another place..this place is a robbery and money!!!!! he didnt even give me my receipt back...and plus he never called me to tell me about the computer problem and he took about 2 weeks to put 6 screws unbelievable my computer is in the exact condition I brought in except for the 6 screws that he added!!!!!the owner is very dishonest.
Worst place ever. They steal your own parts from your phone and claim they dont work when they actually do so they can sell u defected parts from eBay. They did this to my note 20 ultra and left my phone worse from when I took it in and now Im looking into legal action. Dont recommend this place at all
I went in to get my phone screen fixed and he did it in under 20 minutes ! For 55$ and then put a screen protector for 10$ gold color and matched it with An otter box iPhone case . My phone looks new & screen works beautifully.

This guy replaced my IPhone 7 Plus screen And it broke within a week. The phone also was not working properly after I got the screen fixed and has not worked properly since. Huge waste of time and money. And I was told that there was no warranty on the work since the screen was cracked even after he charged me extra for the supposed screen protector.
I went to this place in April I was on vacation drop my phone and got it fixed here took 2 hours and looked good but my boyfriend notice that the bottom screen wasn’t on right yesterday it started glitching took it to a place where I’m from to get it fixed and they told me he used a a bad screen I was mad $140 for him to fix it and didn’t even put the screen on right and gave me a bad screen very disappointed
I wrote this review on yelp and felt I needed to write it here also. The owner of this place is dishonest and incompetent in my opinion. Here is my experience with FIxcell:I cracked the screen on my iphone 4s and took it in to FIxcell. They replaced the screen for $80. When I got my phone back it worked fine for about 2 hours. Then the button that turns the phone on and off became unresponsive and my phone would not turn off. I took it back and the man working (who I think is the owner) told me that the phone was like that when I brought it in. I insisted that this was not true and he said okay and took the phone in the back and fixed the problem. I leave the store and about an hour later my screen completely turns black rendering my phone completely useless. I take it back and he tells me that the screen needs to be replaced AGAIN. So he replaces the screen a second time.The screen on my phone freezes all the time now. The upper part of my screen is completely unresponsive. Instead of taking my phone back AGAIN, Im just going to buy a new phone.If you break the screen on your phone I would not recommend taking it to this place. Its a huge gamble. Ive learned the hard way.
Didnt repair my phone and kept my money, saying after 30 days you cant get back your money. When it was his fault he hadnt received the part.

Was on Disney vacation and broke my IPhone 7+ screen. I found this place on google. Went there and was told I needed a new digitizer all though it was working correctly. Paid $100 and less than a week later the screen went dark on the lower right corner the phone now has a battery drain as I type this. Its slow unresponsive at times like I have a Obama phone. The colors are dull and have no detail. Avoid this business at all cost or you will get cheap knockoff parts like I did. I was mislead by this nice sounding man on the phone when I called. And this was the upgraded screen with the digitizer built-in. I live 400 miles away or I would have taken it back and got my money back.
I call and I ask if they will be able to sell me an IPhone 7 screen by its self instead of having them to fix it for me, and they Said yes.After a week I call them again and I ask the same but they said no. I think they are not communicating the right way.If it wouldn’t be because of that “no” I would it give it a 5 starts.
I have a Moto X cell phone on which the microphone stopped working. I took it in and spoke with Sam. He told me that because is was a newer model hell first have to do some research to find out if parts are yet available or even if it can be fixed at all. This is because on some newer phones the microphone is part of the motherboard and only by replacing the motherboard can the problem be fixed (not cost effective). It turned out that it was part of the mother board. Sam was great to work with. Between himself and his technician Im sure they spent at least an hour on this issue yet he charged me less than minimum wage. Now that is considerate and great service.
The gentleman who assisted me was very genuine and spoke to me in a professional yet friendly manner :) Compared to the other phone repair stores, the prices were lower. He fixed my screen in twenty minutes, and suggested me a phone cover and screen protector. 10/10 would promote and go again.

Had a HTC inspire shattered screen fixed in a couple of hours. Nice people and a great repair. The more complex phones cost more but it was a great deal!
The charge me upfront $85 to fix lg g5 from alcohol damage.He though it was the screen but it wasnt.It was the motherboard and he was trying to charge me $35 more for some special machine to dry the motherboard.Nothing got fixed.It was a wasted of money.Im not taking my phones there ever again.I didnt get my money back either.Is a rip off.
Needing to have my laptop fixed and and back onto the internet, Sam is one of the most knowledgeable, and excellent worker that is in the computer/celler industry. Not only providing excellent customer service, but will troubleshoot any and all problems that is brought his way....
Went in and spoke to Sam. Was 15 minutes before close but still helped me out making him go overtime. Fixed my screen for me and was very nice and helpful

2024-01-21 22:02:37I took my phone here to get the screen fixed. It worked for a week until my phone started to overheat & the whole screen turned black. I took it to another shop, the repair guy (bubble screen repair) opened my phone only to find out Sam completely fixed It wrong. Sam messed up my phone really really bad. I was also informed that he swapped my parts & put aftermarket parts. My camera also stopped working due to Sams unprofessional work. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF LEGAL ACTION. DO NOT TRUST SAM. HE WILL STEAL YOUR PARTS AN MESS UP YOUR PHONE TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF YOU. This guy is untrustworthy do not believe this scammer!!

I almost get the impression they remove your factory parts and replace them with cheap ones as well. They replaced my battery without me even asking for it months later dull screen and battery drain issues. I do not recommend!

2022-09-06 03:58:30Buyer beware! Very dishonest business practice and a pathological liar. My husband found this guy on Offerup. My husband and I went to see him on a Sunday to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed. He said it would be $90, which we paid and added another $10 for the screen protector. He gave me a defective screen, because when I tried to email, it didnt work. I needed the phone for my business as I was visiting Orange County from San Diego. We found out later when I took it home that my phone was basically dysfunctional. We tried contacting him to inform him that I needed my phone fixed, because it was not working properly. We called both of the cell numbers for the cell phone repairs and the computer repairs that were posted in front of his store. He answered and said that he would meet us at 6:30 pm that same day. We came at 5:27 pm and waited until 6:50 pm. The guy never showed up. Next day, on Monday, Labor Day, we were able to contact him around 8 a.m., to see if the store would be open, and we were told it would be. We came and the same guy tried to explain that he was at the store at 6:30 pm the night before, but we never came. My husband said he was pacing back and forth in front of his store. He said he was in the back and asked us, Why didnt you knock on the door or push the door in? He then tried to sell us an Apple screen, which he said would normally run $200, to replace the defective screen he had placed on my cell phone the day before. However, he said he didnt have any to sell. Instead, he said I could buy the screen off of his cell phone for $120, rather than $200. We didnt have a choice, since we live in San Diego. He then asked me if I had dropped my phone. My response, I had not. He proceeded to tell me that there was a line on my screen, which usually means that I had dropped my phone. We then asked if he had any Otter Boxes and he said he did. We bought 2. However, they turned out not to be Otter Boxes. The guy seems to be genuine enough, but dont judge a book by its cover. I wouldnt trust him with my phone for the life of me. What more can I say? The situation got worse and worse.... Breana H.
