My experience with this place : I’ve not had a better experience at any phone store regardless of what I was there for. Mohammed and his wife and staff are really great !!! Always kind and knowledgeable and happy to help with whatever my phone related needs are at that moment.I recommend “fix my gadget” to anyone needing help with their gadget getting fixed. Their fees seem very reasonable too.

Mohammad is THE BEST and so are his employees! I went here to have my glitching phone fixed and Mohammad quickly found water damage. It needed a few hours to dry out but I was only in town for the day and unfortunately did not have transportation to come pick it up later. Mohammad amazingly offered to meet me anywhere. I needed to drop my phone off later. The shop is always really busy, but they get people through very fast. It’s clear he has a lot of loyal customers that know him by name every time I’ve been in there. Despite being very busy, he met me about 20 minutes away from the shop with my phone, which was amazing and told me he had ordered me a screen protector that was going to be delivered to the shop. Literally outstanding customer service. There’s a reason why this place is rated so high. Trust me. When I noticed one of my buttons that was not an issue before Started glitching afterwords, I brought my phone back to the shop and the female employee determined it was from rust damage and fixed it for free. Not only that, she then agreed to meet me at the same place 20 minutes from the shop when it was done, so I was not waiting around town. She also told me that Mohammad said my battery is starting to wear out and offered to replace it for free which is huge because I paid well over $70 to replace my last phones battery at Best Buy. Every time I’m in the store I hear Mohammad offering a free case or a screen protector to one of his customers. I have never seen a business go above and beyond like this willing to assist its customers even after the store closes. Thank you guys so much for all your help. You guys are awesome. -Tayler

This company is awesome. I called a local larger company and explained I’m a lawyer and I needed Internet service help and the soonest they could come see me was a week and a half.I called Mohammed, and he had a tech to my office the next day.. Tech even drove in the snow, I was amazed. The tech knew what he was doing fix the problem immediately was very professional and kind. I can’t recommend this company enough. Fix my gadget is highly professional, and realized the dilemma I was in promptly fix my problem. Thank you again fix my gadget.

I showed Fixed My Gadget my Macbook with a malfunctioning delete key. He repaired it in 2 minutes and now it is functioning as it should! And he did not even charge me because the repair was so quick and easy. 5 Stars! They will get my business again!

What a great experience and the staff is so friendly! Mohamed is the best! I am SO happy to have a local tech repair shop. My sons battery blew up like a balloon on his Iphone. I thought there was no hope. But, Mohamed was able to fix it, no problem, and the same day!We just went back a 2nd time because my son was given an Iphone 13 that was dropped multiple times and was told if he can get it fixed, he can have it. The screen was broken on the inside and you could basically just see a faint green light. And, the camera lens was broken. I believe his wife fixed the screen and the camera lens, it looks perfect now.When we went back the 2nd time to pick up the 2nd phone, Mohamed recognized us and was just so friendly and welcoming. We are so thankful!

Shoutout to Mohammed that’s my guy! My girlfriend and I went to get her phone screen replaced and initially had an issue after the replacement but Mohammed was super caring and invested time to solving the issue even while the store was busy and nearing closing time. He managed to fix the issue and gave us a screen protector and a new case for free for our troubles. He’s a very nice guy and obviously cares a lot about his customers. The store itself is an interesting place with a wide variety of different electronics ranging from video games to power tools among other things. It was fun looking at the variety of products while the phone was being worked on. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their gadget to be fixed. Super welcoming and cool little store. Thank you Mohammed!

What an exceptional experience! My phone had stopped charging after a unfortunate dip in the bathtub. It was late in the day and I was down to 10% charge. I barely made it into the shop one minute before closing. Two customers were there still. As I waited patiently while he helped those customers, I was delighted by Mohammad’s (owner) warm and generous personality and personalized care for his clients. I was also wooed and serenaded by his bright yellow [parakeet? Canary?] who demanded my attention with his songs and feather fluff. By the time Mohammad was ready for me, it was past closing. I explained my situation and hoped he could solve my problem and have my phone back to me in the next day or two. Instead he immediately started taking it apart on the spot. He was aware I was a single mother in need of communications with my children and insisted I had a fully working phone before I walked out that night. Seeing two other issues my phone was having, he also insisted on fixing those as well and also upgraded my crumbling phone case . Within ten min my phone was back in my hands in perfect working order looking like new. He charged me only for the problem I came with. He was so congenial and his kindness and care was a blessing. I am so pleased to have found this business in our community. I now know i have a competent and reliable friend to help me whenever any ever-so-confounding tech problem presents itself to me. Mohammad is a legend. So nice and friendly, the entire time I was there the phone was ringing off the hook and he was serving customers while fixing devices. He had my bfs phone camera screen repaired in a flash and when he saw the state of my protector/case he got me set up with a new one too. I’d come here for any of my gadget needs.

Took in my iphone 12 because it had a leak in the screen and I payed for warranty on work. My phone worked fine I didn’t like looking at the dark spot. That’s why I decided to have it fixed.They supposedly fixed my phone.When I tried using my phone it would not stay on for more than 2 min. So I took it back. They told me that the phone was not repairable and that it was an old phone. They did not honor their warranty. So I asked to get my money back.I took my phone to Smart Phone Fix in Auburn and they where able to repair the phone. ( I highly recommend them.)I do not recommend Fix My Gadget, they do lousy work, dishonest and do not honor their warranty.
