The battery in my six year old phone was shot, and Im too cheap to buy a new phone. Got a replacement battery from Amazon for $10. Replacement was fast. He called me as soon as the phone was back together. Did a GREAT job.

Stumbled upon this store and my brother and I were looking for a place to fix his Iphone 11 & Anar was very kind to offer to fix it in less than an hour ! which was shocking to me bc I thought I’d have to pick it up the following day or even get an appointment like other places but overall 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a place to fix phones.

5/4/24: I walked in to get my Pixel 6 Pro screen replaced. Took about 2 hours but he forgot to call me when it was ready, so I called him and he let me know if was good time for me to stop by to pick up my phone.When I picked it up, the screen looked amazing, no cracks and looked legit. However, in front him I stated the phone was slow and glitchy. He said maybe you need to do an update in which I replied, I already an update. But Ill factory reset just Incase. On my way home I noticed theres a blue dot on the screen and eventually another dot appeared. So I factory reset the phone Incase it needed to calibrate but its slow and glitchy and a few dots started flashing. The phone wont even read my fingerprint to unlock my phone anymore.I came here because of the reviews and 5 starts. I paid $180+ for my phone to work worse than what it was when it was cracked. Id have to wait until Monday to call him because theyre closed now and theyre not open on Sundays.5/5/24: I can assure you It is not storage issues. As I stated before I factory reset my phone shortly after I left your establishment and the issues got worse. The screen you provided completely gave out today on 5/5/24, I had no choice to purchase a new phone. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund and assistance because this is completely unacceptable. There is NO WAY Im paying the exact amount of $195.75 for this. Ridiculous.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Fix-It Now. I brought my Apple watch in for a new battery. When I picked up my watch the next day I asked specifically if the watch was still water proof as it was from the factory. I was told yes that the seals were replaced. I went on vacation and wore my watch in a pool as I did last summer and within 15 minutes my display went dark and the watch no longer functioned. Upon my return from vacation, I went back to Fix It Now and told him what happened. He told me that the watch was not water proof only water resistant. We went round and round debating water proof vs. water resistant until I finally got frustrated and told him my only recourse was to give him a bad review. He didn’t even offer to refund my money for the battery he installed. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to Fix It Now for any of my phone, watch, or tablet repairs.

This was the best repair shop ever! He factory reset my phone for a very good price, and helped transfer all my data from the old phone to the new one :) This was all done in a very short amount of time, as he was very quick, clear and, concise with all the work he did. I extremely recommend everyone to go here because the customer service was exceedingly beneficial for both of us !! You will not be disappointed at all.

I cracked my work phone and needed a new screen. I called Fix It Now and told him the phone and model. He replied quickly and said he had the screen with him. I dropped off my work phone with 5 mins before he closed. He told me he would fix it the next day since I got there right when he was about to close in which I was fine with. Recently was looking good phone repair service in Placentia and some of my friends living near by recommended this place. I needed my 12 Pro max Broken Screen to be fixed. Visited store and was happy with Customer Service i got and repair done. All took almost 30 minutes. Technician Anar (also owner) was very cool and they even gave me free Screen Protector as first time customer. Great Experience. Will come back for any other phone repair needed in the future.

Great establishment and is local to me. The owner is very personable and professional. Has a lot of knowledge in his profession and was flexible with working around my schedule since I need my phone at all times for my work and personal life. I stopped by this repair service store, feeling panicked after having difficulty charging my phone. It’s an emergency since my iPhone battery has gone dead. Though my port or the battery itself is badly damaged and need to be replace, turns out it’s just a matter of dirty port. He quickly cleaned my port and even charged my phone until it backs on. On top of it, he decided to give me a complimentary repair service(free of charge). I felt so relieved and appreciated his help so much. Definitely, give this store a go for a quick, professional, and honest technical diagnosis and repair for your smartphone.

I brought my phone in with a bad microphone. Anar gave it a quick diagnosis and said he could fix it. He gave me a great price and I brought it in when he got the part in stock. Ive waited to give a review to make sure that the repair held up. Indeed it has and Im very satisfied with his work. Anar even gave me a new back part of my phone because it was so scratched up. I asked him how much more and he didnt charge me. That was not expected, but very appreciated. I know where to get my phone fixed from now on. You should give him a try. Wow! That is the easiest way to start. I left with one of the best experiences. I needed to get the back of my iPhone XS Max replaced. And the owner here gave me probably one of the best quotes that I got along with some of the best customer service I could’ve experienced. I dropped my phone off around 4 PM and picked it up less than two hours later. This place is small and can be lost but keep your eye open for it if need for any of your cell phone needs or wants how long with any other electronica device. I will definitely be coming back here when I need new screen protectors or if I have any future damage to any of my electronica devices.

I cannot say enough about this place - My iPad battery was not holding a charge so I checked google and was able to locate a replacement battery on Amazon... once I received the battery and watched a YouTube video - I knew there was no way I could replace the battery.I called Fix it now and went to see them. Their price was fair given what I saw on YouTube but rather than replacing my battery and taking my money, Fix it Now suggested he check out the iPad first before I spent any money. My battery was fine...Turned out I need to update the IOS and now it is working great... He gave me back my battery, told me return it and get a refund and charged me next to nothing... I mean nothing compared to the battery cost!I was so happy I gave him my phone to fix and he again solved my problem without selling me a new phone or charging me a ton to fix it.. he is fair, upstanding and honest....When I was compelled to purchase some thing from him - I grabbed a pricey charger cord and he said wait I have a better one that is less expensive... who does that?
