2024-04-05 06:21:02I took my brand new Lexus to Fix Auto Yorba Linda and I could not be more pleased with the repairs. It looks perfect like nothing ever happened! From the minute I walked in and Myra greeted me and asked if I was okay through to my Estimator Zotero who was empathetic as I was very concerned about the repairs restoring my new car to perfection. I picked up my Lexus and you would never know I was rear-ended! Thank you so much for the easy process from start to finish. Everyone in this shop was great!! Obviously I want to give credit to the technician who did the perfect repairs, along with the clean detail they also did on my car!! Thank you everyone 10 stars to all! Teri C.

2024-05-04 18:54:48The staff at Fix Auto in Yorba Linda was amazing! Their customer service is beyond exceptional. The work they completed on my daughter’s 99 Honda Accord was outstanding. They are extremely efficient and communicative. Every morning I received a text on the status of the repair. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs auto repair.

2024-06-20 21:33:36Full details below, but quick summary first:-AVOID THIS SHOP. POOR QUALITY AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. POOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION.-Repairs took ~6 weeks longer than initially committed. Completion date was changed last minute several times.-Issues were found last minute which should have been caught earlier.-The car was returned to me with additional damage to finished surfaces (clearcoat overspray).-The shop test drove the car. Maybe thats part of their calibration process, I dont know. The issue is, they stalled it at a busy intersection (its a manual trans) and seemed to be stuck for a few minutes. They were also recorded driving 75mph in a 45mph zone. What a lovely way to treat a customers car!Full details:I was rear-ended in March 2024; my car had damage to the rear bumper and trunk. I took my car to Fix Auto in Yorba Linda because they were nearby and seemed to have good reviews.I dropped off the car on 4/10. On 4/12 I got an update from the shop that the car would be done on 4/19. Great! Over the next 6 weeks, the 4/19 date changed 9 times and often was communicated last minute.Fix Auto blames all of the delays on the trunk being back-ordered. The problem is, they didnt communicate a realistic timeline to me, and kept leading me on that the car was going to be ready soon. If I had known it was going to be a ~2 month process, I would have driven the car as-is, and brought it in when parts were ready. On 6/5, when I was supposed to pick up the car, Fix Auto called me to let me know they had found some additional damage that needed to be fixed (quarter panel buckle). This is damage that should have been spotted initially and could have been worked while they were waiting for parts to come in. Oh well, I was told they would be able to fix the car in two days, so again I waited.I believe this is where things went really wrong. In a rush to get the car done quickly, I think they cut corners and did not properly mask off the rest of the car from the area they were touching up (this is just my guess, of course they arent going to admit it)- more on that below. When I finally picked up my car on 6/7, I scheduled an appointment with my detailer to have the car detailed, looked over, and ceramic coating applied to the repaired surfaces (the full car was coated prior to the accident). When I dropped off the car at my detailer, they quickly pointed out several areas of the car that had clearcoat overspray (which isnt blatantly obvious unless you look closely). The detailer cleaned up most of the overspray as best they could, but one area they could not clean up was on the front end of the car, which I have a Paint Protective Film (PPF) applied to, to protect against rock chips, etc. The PPF finish was hazy and damaged (from the clearcoat overspray), and despite best efforts, could not be polished to its original clear finish. On top of that- there were deep sanding scratches left in the paint in the surrounding areas of the quarter panel area, which could not be polished out.I notified Fix Auto about the overspray issue, and they asked me to bring it in so they could have a look. When they saw it, they denied responsibility and really didnt provide an explanation for how the PPF got damaged. The only resolution they offered was for them to try to clean it up. I refused, because they are not PPF experts, which my detailer is (who tried to clean it up, but couldnt), and at this point I had no confidence in their work.So- Im left with finish damage to the PPF on the front of my car, which was not there when I dropped it off. Fix Auto refused to take accountability for it. They will say that they offered to fix it, but I have no doubts that they would actually somehow do more damage to the car in the process. How can I trust them after the terrible experience Ive been through? Please, please, please- avoid this shop if you care about your car. The lack of quality and accountability is disappointing and makes me regret ever trusting them with my car.

2024-06-19 16:20:10DO NOT take your car here if you have a car you actually value!! They RUINED my car! I took my car here for repairs on the drivers side tire area, they ended up scratching my ENTIRE CAR with their unprofessional, unlicensed and untrained detail crew. I paid $1,000 to have my entire paint fixed 2 weeks prior and now I have scratches around my entire car, even the places that needed NO repairs. On top of that there are now wires hanging from under my car that weren’t before, the hood of my car will NOT stay up anymore, and to really add insult to injury they parked my car in front of the sprinklers for SIX weeks so now I have water spots I can’t get out….take your car ANY WHERE ELSE!!!!

2024-05-11 01:55:34I went to Fix Auto for repair of my Rav 4 Hybrid because of a positive prior experience. After speaking with the insurance adjusters, I determined that Fix Auto was not one of their partner shops (so I would receive no lifetime guarantee), but its location was much more convenient.Fix Auto did a fabulous job repairing damage to the front right panel, bumper, and front and rear passenger doors. The actual cost was about $900 greater than the initial estimate, primarily due to hidden damage, which required additional parts and labor, and due to inflationary cost of parts.Fix Auto kept me informed of progress via text, and completed the work two days before the initially estimated completion date. The front office personnel were very courteous and helpful, willing to answer any and all questions.I had a very positive experience and highly recommend Fix Auto for your auto body repair needs!

2024-05-03 00:07:33After a bumper repair, I noticed lots of small debris in the paint. Then there was dripping of the clear coat from over spray. I brought the car back the next day and they apologize and said they would fix it right away. I get a call the next day and another aopology saying car would not be ready because it did not come out good. So they will work on it for the 3rd time. Very poor quality and workmanship. Not recommended.

2024-02-21 17:44:47Overall good experience, the people were all very friendly and the waiting room was nice. They initially had my wheel repainted with a noticeably different sheen to the other tires, but once I pointed it out they were active about getting it fixed and within a few more days I was able to take my car home. The other repairs were good.
