Fixit Signal Hill is an incredibly professional outfit. From the moment I spoke with my adjuster Jeffrey, I knew I was in good hands. He consistently stayed in touch with me to update me on the progress and even went the extra mile by including a detailed car wash after the repairs were done. The damage was fixed impeccably, and my car was returned to me in tip-top condition. Thank you for the excellent service!

Brought my BMW here to replace a damaged bumper. The service provided by Veronica was outstanding. She was quick and transparent with the estimate. The estimate and timeline was great compared to other local repair shops. Veronica made sure to contact me with updates regarding progress after the initial estimate. Just dropped off my poor baby for repairs from someone side swiping her. Got helped right away and everyone is nice. I am very hopeful based on the reviews that she will look nicer than before, so I took photos of her for a nice before and after! Initial confusion as to what needed to be fixed, what was part of the claim, and what was pre-existing damage. When I circled was to be fixed and explained what was pre-existing, it was ignored, and I had to step in and correct the information speaking to State Farm and Fix Auto to avoid State Farm totalling the car.

Lastly, there were unforeseen issues that were found and the team rapidly got the orders sent in and even though some parts would have taken months to get. Had someone rear end me and needed to find an authorized Tesla body shop (bonus they are USAA rated too). I also got a dent repaired (that I caused) while it was in the shop. I also had to end up paying 2 weeks out of pocket for a rental.Communication Breakdown: I encountered a significant issue when I called to check on my car after Labor Day. The staff seemed confused about the status of my car, which had been sitting in their lot for 6 weeks with no work being done. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and had to escalate the matter to management to expedite the completion of my car.Missing Charger: To top it all off, when I finally received my car, I realized that the charger for my Tesla Model Y was missing. This was incredibly disappointing and has left me suspicious about whether it was lost or possibly stolen during my cars stay at Fix it Auto. Fix Auto Signal Hill is like a little hole-in-the-wall auto shop! Their sign isnt that noticeable when youre driving down the street, so make sure you keep an eye out! All their staff was very helpful & kind from beginning to end. They answered all their calls in a timely manner & never made me wait that long. They addressed all my concerns making sure I was rest assured that my car was in good hands. This was my first time I had to go through this process since I broke my back tail light. Richy my service advisor made sure to keep me in the loop & that I understood everything that was happening. They were able to get my car back into perfect condition in only a week! This was aside from the one time I had to bring my car in just for a consultation to see what needed to be done. Came here after a I was rear ended. Met with the estimator Richy and he took care of everything. No hassle, less than a day turn around to get my vehicle back. I also had the privilege of meeting the painter Marty who reassured me of how he color matches and no one would ever know I was in an accident. The paint job came out flawless! The team here even buffed out a scratch I had on the side of the door. Overall great experience, I would recommend anyone who needs a paint/color match job to come to this spot.

I incurred severe hard water damage on my Benz. In addition, I had file a collision claim, as my car accidentally plowed into the parking lot wall. State Farm gave me a list of body shops to select from. I chose Fix Auto. The entire experience was superlative and the staff was quite exceptional. My Benz had a projected date of completion on June 2nd. My car was finished on May 30th. I was extremely pleased with the craftmanship. The Benz maintained a showroom finish. They did a really good job on the repairs and paint job. Looks brand new and they said their work has a lifetime warranty. The customer service was really good and all in all the experience was as nice as it gets. However, somewhere along the line my windshield got cracked right before I was meant to pick up my car. They provided me with a rental over the weekend while the windshield was repaired which was much appreciated. My only issue would be that when they put my windshield wipers back they were upside down and would not function properly however that was an easy fix. All in all I would recommend this shop for any body work anybody needs done

I had my tesla repaired since they are certified. I left the tesla charger in the car so they could charge it but the charger was not returned with the car. Gift cards were also stolen and when I contacted management several times, they gave me the runaround and said I shouldn’t have left them in my car.

Please read this before you take your car to this body shop. This is what they did to make me unhappy.1- At first they were supposed to inspect the car after my accident, they just showed me the observable damages. They did not check the dashboard or anything beneath the car.2- Initially they said the job was going to be done in 2 weeks, then they extended it to 3 weeks and then to 4 weeks.3-Meanwhile they lied to me by saying everything is fixed we are just waiting for the muffler to arrive. When I visited the body shop I noticed they had not fixed anything.4- They waited so long that my insurance rental car allowance expired and this way they forced me to accept installing the damaged muffler. I had no choice because they told me we cannot predict when the new muffler would arrive, and so I had to pay for the rental car for months of waiting.5- On the day of checking out I noticed the airbag light was on I asked them why they didnt fix it. First, they said we dont have the equipment to diagnose the airbag sensor and then they changed their position and said this is not related to the accident and refused to fix it. I had to go to Lexus dealer to fix the problem and they told me it was related to the accident.6- When I took the car home I noticed the back door window opener was not working. I went back to the shop and they refused to fix it saying it is not related to the accident.7- After they fixed my car I felt there is an extreme wave of hot air coming out from beneath my car I have no idea what they did in installing the muffler but Im scared to go there and ask before they said well call the police if you show up here. This is their customer service.

Wish I could give zero stars. they “fixed” my car after a hit and run. after I picked it up, there was a slow leak in my tire due to their installation and the “fixing” of my bumper. took it to a tire place only for them to tell me that the work fix auto did popped my tire and how my bumper was already falling off. went back to fix auto and they gave me the complete run around. they came up with a bunch of excuses on why my car was having problems as if i didn’t just have it checked out. gaslighting and manipulating!!!!!! save yourself the time and go somewhere else. poor excuse of a business.

Going to a car repair shop is NEVER on anyones preferred to-do list. I had a very unfortunate accident with my new vehicle. After the HELL I went through with the Carson Honda Dealership and not wanting to use their recommended repair shop, I went ahead and put my trust into Fix Auto - Signal Hill. I AM SO GLAD I DID. As a customer and consumer ALL you need to leave feeling satisfied is CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY WORK. This is what Fix Auto has given me. Natalie at the front desk will ALWAYS answer the phone AND will always either get you the answer to your question or she will refer to another specialist who will have the answer. And when they say they will call you back they mean it! Abraham was the estimator and service tech that gave me WEEKLY sometimes DAILY updates during the 2 week long repair job. He was extremely thorough in explaining each repair stage towards the end of the job to give me the best estimated and most realistic time in which my car would be ready for pick up. He didnt sugar coat anything and I can appreciate an honest person! I was hoping to get my car on a Friday but due to a delay in parts delivery and more extensive tests, I had to wait two more days. I was completely fine with it because this shop has never given me any room to doubt them or their services. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I am very pleased with their work. Well they kept updating the finish date no communication at all. They to took my car for test ride supposedly. with out letting me know cause the they changed the condenser and added cooling oil. I had the cooling oil come out completely a couple months ago the dealer picked up my car refilled it no test drive . On the paper work it shows how many miles the car went in with when you receive the car it supposed to to say how many miles it came out with. Abraham gave it a detailed analysis and estimated the vehicle would be ready by next Thursday. Sure enough, next Thursday the job was completed, just as he stated. And wow, my car was good as new! Heck even looks better than it did before the accident.Abraham and Natalie were outstanding. They talked me through the process. Communication was top-notch. I received a status text from them just about every day. Abraham phoned me a few times during the week letting me know status and that everything was going as planned,. On May 5th, the manager called and told me they were waiting on the fender to arrive, which was a surprise to me. Dislike this auto shop representative was unprofessional did not know how to handle the information in the computer from my insurance company I canceled everything.. going somewhere else I will not recommend this auto shop at all !!!
