This is the best place to get your car fixed in SanClemente! The staff & their help along w/professionalism is wonderful. The work to my car is great, & they’re very accommodating on how long it will take, along w/their estimates & pricing. Very pleased w/the service I received here both times, when my car needed to be fixed. The gentlemen at Fix Auto San Clemente brought my Ford Expedition back to life. Anton, Dylan, Connor and Erasmo and Anthony are all top notch human beings. Every level of service at Fix Auto is 5 star. They were referred to me by my insurance company. The service writer answered all my questions, they scheduled accordingto the availability of the parts, and the repairs were so well done, it doesn’t look like there was ever any damage. The continued contact via text kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. They helped me with my rental car in both picking up and dropping off so that I could get to work in the morning. I highly recommend Fix Auto in San Clemente!

I chose Fix It Auto San Clemente after reading all the positive reviews.The are an authorized Tesla repair facility, which I had to have for my leased Tesla (I think if I went anywhere else, Tesla would have given me trouble when I turned the lease back in.I am very happy with the work these guys did. The car looks like new and they washed the entire car for me afterwards.I will definitely use these guys again for any future work I need. The facility is clean (as body shops go…) But I was really impressed with the team - all are professional and looked after my needs, getting me a ride up to the car rental offices.I can highly recommend this shop for Tesla repairs.They only use Tesla OEM parts - which can add time getting parts - but they are well aware of the ‘Tesla’ process and get all parts in advance of the actual repair. In my case, that meant 3 weeks delay - but I was able to keep driving the car and avoid rental issues while they obtained the parts from Tesla. That’s on Tesla and their processes (or lack thereof) but Fix-it made that as painless as possible for me.Fix It Auto gets a big five stars from me.

Due to their busy schedule, it took a little longer to get in than maybe another shop, but it was completely worth the wait. The gentleman there were all very kind and helpful and I felt they were very truthful. They were prompt with all of the service! One of their names was Tyler I believe, just very courteous and even helped wipe my car down afterwards since it really needed it! They didn’t rush me at all either when I got there and when the car was ready and had to get my toddler situated, etc. I really appreciated how kind, efficient and informative they were with me. These guys went above and beyond what most body and paint shops. Not only do they do a quality job, but while I was away they coordinated with a nearby tire shop to get new tires,( different than ones I had previously), but also Aline me t and other work I found out I needed. After all the work was done they cleaned and polished my vehicle and dropped it off at my house. Did I mention that all this was done while I was away on vacation in Hawaii. I came home to a restored vehicle. Above my expectations. I will recommend them to everyone.

We had noticed that one of our tires had developed a slow leak in the weeks before the accident. We offhandedly mentioned this to them and we found out when we picked up the car that they investigated that leak, found a tiny screw in the tire, and had that fixed at no cost to us. Despite having logistics issues with ordering parts from distributors, they worked their best to get parts elsewhere to make sure my vehicle would be finished on time. They are very helping and good people. Their prices are affordable compared to other body shops in the area. And the work they put into my vehicle is far better than what my expectations were. I was in an accident where I was side swiped so when I was looking for a body shop I came to Fix Auto and one other place for an estimate. It ended up going through the insurance but I am SO glad I chose Fix Auto! They really went above and beyond to fix my car. Everyone who works there is just extremely friendly, explains the process and is up front about pricing. I’m sure many people know taking your car to the body shop is never fun, but they honestly made the experience enjoyable. They had my car back to me in just 24 hours and the work was honestly flawless. My car had a couple small unrelated scratches and they even fixed those small spots. My car was returned super clean, and honestly I felt like I was driving a brand new car. Cannot thank them enough for the quick turn around, and great work. On the freeway a rogue truck tire bounced on my car and left a few thousand in damage. I was preparing myself for a run-of-the-mill auto body repair shop but was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of Fix Auto. Caleb, who handled my claim at Fix Auto, explained the process in detail, lined up an agreeable drop-off estimate appointment, helped me get into a rental so that I could get to work, and kept me updated throughout the process. I truly felt like he treated my car like it was his own, making sure that it was delivered on time and fully restored to its previous condition. I stopped by to get a quotation for reparing a minor scratch on my new Mazda CX-30. I had attempted to do the repair myself using a paint pen that I got from the dealership but the results were terrible. I was very impressed by the curtesy and honesty of the manager who took care of me. He gave me a rough estimate of costs and I told him that I did not want to spend that much for the repair. I told him that I only wished I could have done the job better myself. He really surprised me when he volunteered to try to fix it himself and proceeded get a small amount of paint in a bottle cap and a tiny paintbrush. In less than five minutes he had removed the mess I had made and proceeded to make the scratch disappear with his skilled hands. I was delighted and I asked him how much I owed him. He totally refused to accept any money and told me that customer satisfaction and a good reputation are more important to him. I will certainly go to see him if my car needs any repair in the future.

Super happy with my experience. I had a golf cart full of 14 years olds smash into the side of my 1990 Ford E350 Econoline van 4 days into owning it. It is a rare gasoline color with a black stripe and its all original paint, so I was very bummed. Fix Auto took the job when most body shops wouldn’t want to touch a car over 10 years old. I had an unfortunate experience with my wife’s car - someone backed into her, refused to stay for the police, and later backed out of a deal she had made to pay a price 25% cheaper than HER mechanic had quoted. FIX AUTOMOTIVE not only fixed the original damage (they fixed it using a dent wizard - not perfect, but acceptable) PLUS they fixed a scratch that had been on the car previously - for $800 vs. the other guy’s $1200 bid. These guys are my new heroes. Sadly, the woman who hit us reneged on her deal to pay, claiming that, because I had chosen a way to use the money advantageously, she refused to pay more than $200. FIX handled their work beautifully, however, bringing the price down to $746. I would definitely use them again.
