My service manager was Grace. Grace did a great job and my car looked as if it never was in an accident. Grace was attentive and efficient. They gave my car back with a fresh wash which I really appreciated. I really liked the text updates on how the service was going or if any changes happened.The front staff are attentive and friendly. They even offered me water while I waited and kept giving me updates so you don’t feel forgotten. The office space is large and really nice. I liked the comfortable chairs and seats.The whole process was painless and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car repaired after an accident.

They blended the paint nicely on my pearl white 2021 Honda civic hatchback and they repaired my damaged rim all came out nicely even gave me warranty for both of for any reason I have any issues with them. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs any sort of body repairs on their vehicle.

When I took my vehicle to this shop everything started off really good. The receptionist Alicia was very helpful and great at her job. My car took 40 days to repair and David kept reassuring me they were almost done. When I saw that the color wasn’t a true match, David was very positive and reassuring saying it wasn’t a big deal and he would take care of it. He made sure I was comfortable and was able to get the paint fixed within a day and get my car back to me. David was very compassionate and honest and truthful and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I don’t want to focus on the negative. I would definitely recommend using this shop and just be clear on what you need and your expectations. Good customer service is so vital to a business. I am so glad I was able to do service with DAVID. I got my car back this past Friday and my car feels new like nothing was ever wrong with it in the first place. Everything they did came with a lifetime warranty and I hope I never have to take it in to them again because so far it’s good.

This is now my second time using fix auto because of the convenience with my insurance, Geico. Although they have guaranteed a complete fix on my car, the only negative experience Ive had was the fact that they kept pushing back the expected completion date. I have no problem waiting for my car to get fixed with a realistic date, but towards the end of the completion I was told that theyre picking up the car and then I dont hear for a week. Then they tell me to pick up the car last minute an hour before they close. I personally do not think that is ok. When I dont hear for a week and then they expect me to drop everything else in my life to go pick up my car, it seems very unfair. At least a 24 hour notice would be nice. Other than that, mostly everyone working there is courteous and will try their best to work with you. They even extended my rental because they took longer to fix the car.

I had small dents and hail damage. Not only did they not paint the car, they did paintless dent repair, and did not fix all the tiny dents. Found some dents when I picked it up. But they charged my insurance 10,000.00 dollars. In my opinion they defrauded my insurance agency. Didnt repair all the dents and were rude to my dad everytime he went in. They were never prepared for us it was not done in a timely matter and they have no customers service. No way was I leaving it with them again to finish the repair properly. Ill have to come out of pocket and hire someone else. From start to finish it took way more time than they said and they made 5 times what they should have charged. While I was there waiting other customers came in angry about the quality of the job and things that were not right. And since they got paid already they treated the customers I saw with very little respect. Use this business at your own peril.

I had to bring my car in because someone hit it parked on the side of the road. Bumper, hood, headlights, all messed up or broken, even the fenders were out of place. They fixed it up good as new. They even went as far as to get the custom emblem I put on the bumper prior to the accident.Everyone here was great from start to finish. I mentioned some concerns I was having and they went out of their way to double check everything. Everyone at the front desk was great also very professional and courteous. 100 happy with Fix Auto.

A little hard to find, back side of the last building on La Quinta.Met by Alisha and Edgar who were polite and friendly.Came in for an estimate on minor trim repair. They fixed it on the spot. I enjoyed a cold water and comfy couch while I waited. I did have the replacement part with me but so glad I didn’t have to return for the repair on another day.I stopped by another bodyshop yesterday and they were too busy to even give me an estimate.

From the moment we walked int the shop they were very friendly yet professional. Listened to what we were saying about the accidents. Each individually. Looked all over the car to make sure they knew it all. The kept on top of letting us know what stages they were in repairing it. When finished showed us pictures they took of the under carriage and what was damaged so we could understand they also buffed out as many of the minor scratches making it look like a whole new car. When all was done they told us that they extend a lifetime warranty on al the repairs they did also even if we sold the car.Bottom line they were wonderful to do business with.

This is a great place to go if you ever need your car painted or do any body work. The gentleman who walked me out to my car explained the paint shades and how perfect the were going to try to get it too. It came out amazing, like if it drove off a dealer lot. Fix auto also gives you a page with a link to check your car progress repair and your total cost breakdown. Its well worth the investment. Communication was terrible. They say they would call and no call. They say they would update you on certain days and no update. Got a text saying my car would be done as promised and then I get a call saying it will take two days longer. Not impressed. Fix Auto in PALMDALE is my new Auto Body Repair shop. Jose and his crew was able to fix my 2014 Dodge to TIP TOP SHAPE! I was very impressed how Jose and them were able to get EXACT Paint color. They did my Front n Rear Bumper along with both my fenders. He gave me an ETA of when my vehicle will be ready and he blew it out the waters in 5 Buisness Days. CRAZY FAST. Jose was very professional in what he was telling me which made me more comfortable to ask questions. Angelica at The Front Desk was REALLY helpful and knowledge on assisting me. She told me all have I to do is leave the rental keys on the desk and she will take care of the rest!
