Minor damage from being rear ended, insurance paid for everything. Was able to get in for an estimate same day with an appointment and took care of my car immediately. Tina was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Car was ready sooner than the time frame given and when I picked up my car it was brand new again. Inside and out. I’ve taken my car to the dealership and fix auto did a better job. Will definitely recommend.

Really happy I selected Fix Auto Oceanside to repair my Tesla. The entire repair process was a breeze, from booking the initial estimate appointment to completion of the repairs. Tina from Fix auto sent me regular updates on the status of the repairs and notified me of any changes to work or schedule. My vehicle ended up being ready a week early, which was a welcomed surprise. Most importantly the repair work was really stellar. I was concerned about paint matching, but my car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Very happy with the result and happier I selected Fix Auto to complete the repairs. Very happy I chose Fix Auto Oceanside to fix my vehicle. Initially, the reviews were the reason I made the decision to go there. And I was not disappointed. GEICO was able to schedule me an appointment with them the very same day my vehicle had gotten hit. I dropped it off that day and they started working on it the day after. They estimated the process to take about a week and indeed it did! They left my car looking good as new! Definitely recommend 1000%!

Fix Auto is amazing. Tina was pessimistic when she quoted 4 days to fix my car because she wasnt sure how long it would take to get the parts. The parts came right away and they got my car repaired in one day! The repair is beautiful. Everything was so easy. They worked directly with my insurance and car rental companies. I could even leave my rental car with them when I picked up my car.

My experience at Fix Auto USA was exemplary from my first phone contact to the moment l picked up my car.After a seamless initiation of the process, l was immediately provided a rental car and left the shop sensing that my car was in good hands. I was consistently updated on the progress, which was reassuring. But the crowning moment was when l picked up my vehicle, which looked better than it has in years.They do remarkable work and everyone with whom l came into contact was professional and courteous.I couldnt imagine a more satisfying experience immediately after being rear-ended on the freeway.

If you never want to see your Tesla again, take it to Fix Auto! They will drive up the 💲 of repair beyond which your insurance will pay. Your Tesla, like mine, will be declared a total loss. Who knows, maybe you want that? I wanted my car fixed. Also, do not agree to let them take anything apart if you are still set on going through with taking it there for an estimate. They will break things during the estimate process, rendering your ability to get a better estimate impossible. My car had minor cosmetic side swipe damage and a minor front end bump. Please find some other company to get your estimate.I hope this helps someone out there.

Paula was amazing while assisting throughout the process of getting my car reacted following an accident to my front right bumper and headlight. The front desk was very welcoming upon entering the office each visit. And the work was exceptional on my car. Not only did the fix the headlight, but Paula was able to get my front bumper replaced. The car looks great. I had an odd experience. Twice I was told the car was ready and then called back an hour later because someone had over buffed and ruined the paint so it had to be done again.The first time, I thought it was refreshing a company took responsibility for a mistake and apologized instead of lying or making excuses.The second time was a bit much, especially as I was told it was the same guy. It seems like they realized how ridiculous it sounded, because unprompted they immediately offered a good discount on the work and promised it would be ready the next day.I picked up the car the next day and the work was good. I would use them again, but maybe that intern needs to find a new line of work. 😜

Got into an accident that caused my door to be stuck open and the car was dropped off after hours, i was worried about leaving my car unlocked overnight and they sent someone to open the shop on a day they were closed to bring my car in. They are by far one of the best mechanic shops ever. They got my car ready in a week earlier than estimated. They truly do value service and put the customer first. Shoutout to Yogi for being so communicative and making this bad situation a good experience. Highly Recommend.

Took my car in to get a whole new door. Long story short, I felt very out of the loop throughout the whole process. The mechanic and most of the receptionists gave me attitude every time I would call to ask about my car (I called a lot so thats probably why). Overall the customer service was BAD to say the least. When I got my car back, the electrical was messed up. I took it back and the mechanic couldnt fix it.Insert: ANDRE, the general manager. The mechanic was implying that the electrical was already a problem before I brought my car in, when we both knew that was not the case. Andre knew I was telling the truth and promised hed make everything right. I brought my car in 2 days later thinking I wouldnt have it until the next day, it took him literally 30 MINUTES to fix the electrical in my car. If it wasnt for him I definitely would not have my car fixed right now, his customer service skills are 10/10 along with his mechanical/technician skills.5 stars for the GM, 4 stars overall cause my mechanic was rude & condescending as could be.Thank you Andre for turning a horrible experience into a great one :)

Jennifer M was the customer service rep assigned to oversee the repairs to my vehicle, and she was simply outstanding. She kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle, and also dealt directly with the insurance company of the liable party. My vehicle is 17+ years old, and Fix Auto was able to procure the necessary parts and effect the repairs in relatively short order, once given the green light from the insurance adjuster. Fix Auto in Oceanside was easily the best part of having a car crash. My service advisor was Tina P and she communicated with us from start to finish.The car insurance company got us off to a painful start and the first 3 collision centers I met for estimates only increased my headache.Then when I met with Tina and she looked at my car with me and very knowledgeably explained what the repair timeline would look like. Once my car was dropped off for repairs, she called me regularly to provide updates. They also handled everything with the insurance company from there on, alleviating that headache for me.So obviously an ideal situation would be to not have a car crash, but if you ever do, have confidence that Fix Auto in Oceanside will make you whole again.

This shop is fantastic! Fast, accurate, friendly, and the job was done in a fast, efficient and definitely satisfactory way. My car’s front bumper got crashed and damaged. The bumper and light needed to be replace. I took my car in on Tuesday. Jennifer had an inspection and estimate on it. She called me on Thursday to tell me they have got the estimate to the insurance company for approval and got the parts in. Next Monday they got the approval and started working on it. On Thursday before you know it, they have got all the work done. Called me at noon and sent the shuttle to pick me up round 4 pm. Jennifer showed the repaired/replaced parts and an original bumper from the factory. Everything was beyond the expectation. Paints are great. The car looks like brand new now. They also touched up some other little spots. Jennifer is super, very efficient professional and hand. All their staff members are friendly and professional. If you have body damage with your car, take them here. You are in good hands! They are also Tesla certified body shop. Clean professional place.

I brought my car there for esthetic repairs and they returned it to me with my breaks not working. My car was hit from the back and required a bumper change. I brought it to Fix Auto and they were very friendly, so I trusted them to fix it. They ran pre authorization with my insurance and then proceeded to fix the damage. Then after they changed the bumper I got a call from them that there are errors popping up on my screen. Sure enough - several errors I ve never seen before were popping up. They stated that they only deal with physical repairs and for anything with computer they use a third company. It turned out car required recalibration after they fixed it. Also turned out that they did not preauthorize for that because their company does not do it. I ended up having to pay both my $500 deductible to them and then drive my car in hazardous condition since breaks werent working to Toyota dealership for recalibration where I was charged additional $300.Toyota clearly told me that if I would have had my car fixed with them it would have been included both into preauthorization and fixed without any extra charges. I was also told that this happened because there is a button in hybrid cars to turn off the battery which Fix Auto pushed which caused the reset of the computer systems.If you have a hybrid car - beware of using this store.

Fix Auto Oceanside was incredibly amazing in every single aspect and service provided, from customer service to repairs and communication. They even went as far as helping with damage and cosmetic issues that weren’t covered in the insurance claims. I had two accidents needing repairs after what started as a cross country vacation turned into a two year trip because of covid. I wanted to wait to fix the repairs from both accidents until I was back home in San Diego. But due to the odd nature of my situation, I was initially treated like a liar and a fraudster by associates at another autobody shop my moms coworker originally recommended. I decided to bring the work to a shop that i felt more comfortable with. I found Fix Auto on google and decided to try them out based on the number of locations in San Diego County and their amazing reviews. Tina was amazing and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the repair and parts order process, and kept me updated throughout the process. And the ladies working behind the scenes were very polite and understanding! And the final result was absolutely unbelievable!! My car looked like it had when I saw it at the dealership! I wasn’t expecting it to look anywhere close to as good as it did (due to the severity of the claims and roughly $10k in damage!) I seriously cannot recommend them enough! I always appreciate a company that will fix mistakes and have a great customer service. I had my bumper painted after a tiny accident a few years ago, and I noticed the paint was chipping. When I brought it back to fix auto, their manager immediately apologized without me having to say anything and said that’s on us, we will absolutely fix it for you.I will take a company any day that will take accountability and fix things without a hassle. Horrible customer service and zero communication. I went to ask for a estimate: first, the girl in the front desk was not the friendliest. She wasn’t rude, but no smile, no greeting. After getting my estimate, I was informed that I would hear from them in 3 days. I called the insurance company in 7 days thinking that AAA had not approved the estimate yet, but was informed that the estimate had already been approved, so I called this business to ask when I could drop off the car. My representative wasn’t in, but was promised a called back within 1 hour. Nobody called. I then decided to just take the car to Caliber Collision. It was obvious the my business was not wanted, so I went with the company that not only gave me an estimate on my first appointment, but texted me during the whole process of getting my car fix.

I would have rather NOT needed to use Fix Auto to repair my car after being backed into at a red light and dealing with insurance companies, but Felix and the team at Fix did a wonderful job. Outstanding repair work. Brought my 2020 Silverado 3500 high country in for damage done by a blown rear tire. They had to completely replace the drivers rear quarter panel, all the trim work in the wheel well, a parking sensor and repair the tail gate. What seemed like a somewhat basic incident quickly turned into around $10 grand worth of worth. Although it took some time, communication was constant and I always knew what the status was. At the end of the day they returned my truck like new, even getting the bed liner completely re-sprayed. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied despite the amount of time needed.

Fix Auto did an excellent job. My lift gate of my Tesla had to be replaced due to an accident and they were able to replace this and fix my bumper ahead of schedule. It looks brand new and I cant say enough of the quality job performed. But now I think there’s too much turnaround of workers and it really slows everything down. I am currently going to Have to call them back on some repairs that were not done correctly. Does adding more time to the repair.They really tried to step up their game after you call them out on their poor customer service. But they still failed to hit the mark. I was really at a zero for a review but at least I gave them a three. Figured if you were going to take a chance to go there it’s on you. Fix auto did a amazing job at fixing our 04 sequoia after someone rear ended it while not paying attention, the rear bumper and tailgate looks like new again and the paint matches great. Olivia was very professional when I visited. She called to give updates. My car was involved in an accident and Geico sent me here. I was able to also pick up my rental. They made sure everything was done correctly and my car was done on time.

These turkeys gave me an estimate for a fender bender repair on 2016 Ford F-150. I had an appointment to get the estimate and had to wait about 15 -20 minutes. They ate obviously more important than the customers, not even sorry to keep you waiting. Told them it would be a couple months before I would get it fixed. Calls started a week later to schedule the repair. Each time they said theyd note that it would be a couple months. So after a couple months I make an appointment for repair. Drop truck off and about an hour and a half later they call to say they cant fix it because they cant repair alluminum and all they did so far was right some numbers on it. So I have to go get the truck to take it some place competent. Again, not even a sorry. Its now at a local shop not one of the big chains. Almost 5 hr to get the truck to a body shop 10min from home, missed a day of work.Go someplace else to start.

Tina at Fix Auto Oceanside was excellent at following up and keeping us up to date during the entire repair process. She had us back in our Model X in short time and it looked good as new! This is a great company. I would trust my car here.Hit and run in a parking lot along the rear passnger side. People were professional. There were great snacks. The work went very well. The paint was matched perfectly, like nothing had happened. Actually, the right side looked better than the drivers side with the details that they made (it was an insurance job, though, so that is why they werent able to do it on both sides.)They communicated well. I was very hands off. They respected that, too. Les is a great guy.

My son is a Marine stationed in California. I live in Texas. Everyone at Fix Auto was great! They kept me updated on the progress of my sons car and they kept him updated. The went above and beyond to get his car fixed and back to him as soon as possible. Fix Auto is a 5 star body shop. I have had my car in for body work, extensive body work after a hit and run driver destroyed the passenger side of my car last year. Then a month ago another driver backed into the same side of my car causing 5000.00 of damage. Tina at Fix Auto worked with the insurance company to keep from totaling my 2005 Audi. Somehow she was able to get approval to not only fix the damage but restore the hood of my car which was not part of the damage. She is highly organized, respectful, and knowledgeable.My car looks brand new again. The initial estimate to do repairs on the damage visible was increased to 3 times after discovering the AC condenser tubing was damaged.Although the front bumper and AC was fixed the shop did not bother to make sure the front bumper was fitted properly on both sides!On the right side it was not installed properly due to so called prior damage!The measure of good service was to exceed expectations and make sure it was installed properly considering the amount charged to the insurance!

Honestly they did a fast repair on the car, but they didn’t replace the clips in the bumper and every time I wash the car I’d had to put it back, they said they replaced one of the tail lights on the car and they didn’t they just buffed the paint out and said it was “new”, I found out when I got aftermarket ones and the clips were painted over. The other that found that was totally unnecessary was the fact they painted all the way to the door edge which was totally obvious that it was painted. No doubt they had my car put quick which I honestly like that’s why I’m only giving it 2 stars.

After getting into an accident, Fix Auto was the only easy part of the process. While my car ended up totaled and we didn’t obtain repairs here, just dealing with an office that returns phone calls, answers questions and does a thorough job was refreshing.
