If you have a car crash, I highly recommend going to Fix Auto Fremont to get your car fixed.Snehal made the experience great! He has a great sense of humor and was very honest with me through the process of evaluating my car, securing parts, and making the repairs. In my car’s case, the repair was getting close to the value of the car. Snehal listened to me, understanding that I love my car and wanted to keep it despite the cost of the repair. We ended up being able to bill the whole cost to the insurance, but I do appreciate Snehal’s honesty and professionalism though the whole process. This shop is very organized and has text alerts set up to keep you informed. Making an appointment is easy! I was choosing between two different car shops and I’m glad I went to this one. My car looks sparkling, like brand new!

Car came out great the paint job could have came out a little better I noticed a couple very slight flaws, yet it was nothing to complain about with the factors of my car. Just make sure after your done, before picking up your car check the details of the repairs to make sure it was repaired properly and nothing else was damaged during the fixing process of your vehicle.

I had such a great experience with Fix Auto. The whole process went so smoothly. I was constantly updated via text on the stages of the repair. So nice that they clean the car before I picked it up which I had been meaning to do. Really appreciated being able to drop off my rental at the location too. You can tell that the staff really cares about their customers. Snehal was super understanding and stayed after they closed to let me pick up my car which was greatly appreciated! He was super knowledgeable and I had a great conversation with him. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs repairs in the area.

I got my car scratched and was very upset… but I am glad that I found this place to fix my car. My parked car was hit and I felt so bad about it, took my car here as per my insurance recommendation. It was inspected here and gave me an estimate of 5 days to fix, to my surprise it was fixed in just 2 days and my car looked like a brand new one. This was the epitome of under-promising & over-delivering!...I was given a two week ETA but picked my car up 4 days early! My headlights were filthy but looked like new when I arrived! Most impressive was the fact that I brought the owner out to ask about another scrape on my right rear 1/4 panel (and what I thought was going to be a separate claim), and he told me that Alan buffed everything out! Thanks to these guys, my lil 2012 is looking good as new! I really appreciate you guys and I will HIGHLY recommend you to my friends and family!

Not only were Bobby & Snehal very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of my car repair, they delivered on time and the job was done very well.I had a little lucky charm on my car keys that I had bought at a church. At some point it may have fallen and I had requested Snehal to look for it and he said yes very kindly.But just now I found that it was kept safely in the cup holder of my car!Whoever was working on jt, an extra special thanks for the integrity on not just the work, but the overall delivery! A bear got into my car and ripped door frames from inside and also damaged roof from inside. Several other things broken from inside wrt all 4 doors. ive been to multiple auto body shops, most of them were not responsive nor informative. Fix Auto Fremont staff were very much caring and always gave accurate estimates. Their craftsmanship is really superb, cant even figure out if something really happened to my car. They have very good technicians and the owner of the Fix Auto Fremont is also highly knowledgable and always encourages and praises his team. So much satisfied with Fix Auto Fremont. Hopefully You never need car repair, but if ever needed then Fix Auto Fremont is your best bet.

I was completely impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff at Fix Auto in Fremont. Every step of the process was laid out in detail and they made sure I understood where we were in the process as we moved along and what the timelines were for each step.I was able to get in earlier than expected and my vehicle was ready ahead of the provided timeline.The color on my vehicle isnt an easy one to match but they did an excellent job with all of the repairs and you cannot tell that there was ever an issue where I was hit. The same goes for all the trim that needed to be replaced, every piece was put back they way it came from the factory (even better than it was from the factory).I would not hesitate to use Fix Auto again for any of my vehicles and will keep them in my list for any future work I need done.

He is very honest and upfront, and no pressure. He provides the information and lets you decide. It is very refreshing to know that a business truly cares about their customers. Second, Fix Auto consistently keeps you informed and lets you know how your repair is trending. I like being aligned to the process and having line of sight. Third, they dont talk in auto jargon. Every team member explains things in easy to understand terms. They truly want you to understand and feel empowered to proceed with repairs. Fix Auto Fremont did an awesome job in fixing my car which got damaged after an accident. I initially found them via google and called on no mentioned in google, My great experience started from that point onwards, when manager their gave me a quick appointment and was very professional in handling my case. Later Allan started working with me and He is amazing. He very nicely and transparently educated me about the full process and even advised me on how I can make it hassle-free. He completely worked with insurance to go through inspection and estimation and he always kept me in the loop on these discussions. He kept updating me on the repair progress and truly honored the deadline he gave me initially to give my car back. He managed to pull off a complex repair, which required multiple video inspections with an insurance estimator and getting some parts in less than 2 weeks time period. Overall I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend Fix Auto Fremont for any fast and genuine repair work.

I became very impressed with the professionalism of the estimator. I did not need to shop around. I had a day off work for a doctors appointment. Very pleased with Fix Auto and their team!!I had a bit of a nightmare experience with another body shop after getting a bullet hole on my roof fixed. Because the weather strips and other parts were not properly reassembled, I was left with water damage on the interior of my car after a heavy rain. I was so upset and bothered by the year worth of run-arounds they gave me that I was finally able to get State Farm to help find a shop that would fix the problem once and for all. Thankfully they referred me to Fix Auto in Fremont that made sure the job got done. Alan did an amazing job keeping me in the loop every few days and getting all the correct parts for my car and checking to make sure all previous things were done right. They helped fix the water damage, the air coming from the sun roof from improper installation, and some rattling noises from the visor compartment. The body work was amazing and they even buffed an old wound on my girl for FREE! Super friendly and thorough staff and service. I will continue to take my car here should I ever need anything in the future.

Auto Techies was an amazing experience. Before calling or visiting this shop, I purchased new wheels, tires, and a 2 inch lift kit for my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 truck from the internet. I did not feel confident installing the lift kit myself so I called Auto Techies to see if they were capable of working on trucks.They told me to stop down anytime so they could look at the lift kit. When I arrived, the owner greeted me and was one of the nicest guys I ever met. While his tech looked at my truck, the owner showed me all around the shop which I thought was pretty cool.The tech then came back and said they could do it. I dropped my truck off the next morning while I was at work and the install of the lift, wheels, and alignment was done for me when I got off work.The quality of work was fantastic but most importantly their customer service was the best I ever experienced in the auto industry.Thank you Auto Techies and I will be back!
