I met with Leo back in 2023 to see about some body work to one of our fleet Chevy 2500s pick up trucks. We were not able to get the truck in until due to scheduling delays on my end. Leo still honored his price and his team were very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that still stands behind their word.These guys are the real deal !! I recently had the pleasure of working with FixAuto for body repair on my 2021 Honda Civic Sport, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional.Firstly, I have to give credit to the entire team at FixAuto for their exceptional customer service. Did a great job on my truck. Cant even tell there was body damage. They even cleaned out the inside of the truck when I picked it up. Great customer service and communication. Would definitely go back.Update:Took my truck in for a second issue after a dog scratched my truck. They were able to get me in the same day and had the work done by close of business. From start to finish the experience at Fix Auto was amazing. I made an appointment online for them to look at my bumper which had been hit. They were quick and thorough. I brought it back in after they got the parts. They had to replace the bumper and the sensor. It was ready in 3 business days. They did a wonderful job. This is the first time I use Fix Auto to do bodywork on my car. They gave me an appointment time/ date and a date that my car would be done. They worked with the rental car service so I would be picked up when I drop my car off and when I picked up my car.My car was done on the day that they promised me. The work looks really good. Needed a front bumper skin replacement after a piece of road debris created a hole. Stopped by because it was close to work. I emailed them my insurance claim and they booked me an appointment.I asked for a ballpark ETA of how long it would be in the shop when I dropped it off, and they gave me a timeframe. Sure enough, the timeframe was right on point. When picking up my truck I noticed they completely washed it inside and out, certainly was not expecting that!Overall, the work they did is great. Service was super quick and stress-free! I had my catalytic converter stolen from my Honda Element. I called around to so many shops in town to see how quickly they could replace this part and fix my car and every shop I called gave me at least 1-2 month estimate. Fix Auto Chico gave me a ONE WEEK estimate, but I got my car back within only 4 days! They worked directly with my insurance company (State Farm) and made the whole process super easy for me. They were friendly and helpful. I’ll absolutely be returning to Fix Auto for my future auto mechanic needs!

Fix Auto handled the body work on my sons car after some kid without insurance sideswiped him. I have USAA insurance, and they partner with Fix Auto. The experience was totally seamless, and they did great work! Unfortunately, my son got hit by ANOTHER kid about 2 weeks after we got the car back, so guess who is going to handle those repairs? Thats right, we are going back to Fix Auto. Cant think of a stronger endorsement than being a repeat customer!!!

I had some dents and scratches on the hood of my car so I took it here to be fixed. Everyone was really nice and my car was done earlier than they told me. When I brought my car in it was covered in sap and dirt and bugs (sorry to whoever had to deal with that mess) and they cleaned it inside and out. It was sparkling! They also did some extra work on a problem Id been having with my windows and only charged me for half of the labor time. They also send text updates throughout the whole process so youre in the loop. AND, in about a month or so they will wax and polish my new paint, free of charge. I took my truck to Fix Auto for a full body paint job. I had scratches up and down both sides of the truck from brush. My truck is dark blue, but came out purple for some reason. After I shared my concerns with the manager, Garrett, Fix Auto completely re-painted my entire truck...and it came out perfect! Both times the QUALITY of the paint job was outstanding. It looks better than the factory paint did. I cannot say enough positive things about the crew at Fix Auto. I would happily take my truck back to them should the need arise. Great job!

A few months back i got into a wreck and my truck looked unfixable. Then i had it towed to Chico Collision Center because my insurance highly recommended them. They were helpful and kept me posted on the status of my truck. They were finished with the truck on the day they said it would be done and i have to say it looked better than when i bought it. They had to paint just about the whole thing and the suspension they put on it had a nicer ride than before the accident. I highly recommend this shop. I hope i dont have to but if i do i will return.

We have taken our vehicle to Fix Auto Chico twice now and both times have been less than phenomenal. The first time was for a bumper replacement, and while their quality of work was acceptable, they were exceedingly late on their time estimate and well over their monetary estimate. They wrote down our contact info wrong and failed to keep us informed on the status of the car and when it was ready, not to mention an attempt to collect holding fees for the vehicle. This being a nuisance and not a real issue, we brought the car back when we were hit a second time. This time was the culmination of everything bad of the prior experience made worse. We ensured they had our correct contact information and handed the car off for repairs. To their credit, they repaired the vehicle in the time they estimated and at budget. We received the car back and found they had left paint transfer on the vehicle. Due to this being a sub-par repair job, we brought the vehicle back. Without issue, they took the paint transfer off, but had damaged our tail light in the process (and failed to fix it). We, at this point, are exceedingly frustrated at their lack of professional quality. We take it back a third time to discuss the light. The gentleman was fairly understanding and said he would have to order another light and will give us a call within a week to have us bring the car back in to replace it. It is at this point that Fix Auto has fully lost our business. We will not be bringing our vehicles back to them. The reason for this review, however, is that when we called more than a week later to get an update on the light, we find that this gentleman has not communicated with anybody about the status of our vehicle, he (as far as we currently know) has not ordered the light. I am appalled at the waste of time they have bestowed upon us, and I hope that this review can help others avoid our troubles and Fix Auto to fix themselves.

My husband was directed to this business after he was rear ended. He went to get an estimate, and was treated very rudely. The woman at the front desk asked if he was even going to get the work done! My husband is disabled, he wouldnt go through the hassle of getting an estimate if we werent going to get the work done. They wouldnt even look at our bumper! Down the road, at Miracle Auto Body, they were quick, courteous, and MUCH better!

When I accidentally dented one of my rocker panels, my insurance company recommended I go to Chico Collision Center for the repairs. This was the first time I actually had to have body work done to a vehicle, so I didnt really know what to expect. I was mostly worried about them being able to match this dyno blue color that has a metal flaked pearl finish thats on the newer Civic Si models. Im extremely happy I took the advice of my insurance agent because Chico Collision Center did a phenomenal job and their painter, who Im told has over 10 years of experience, matched and blended the colors perfectly.Recently, my car was backed into which caused a decent amount of damage to my front end. I called CCC right after the accident and they had me come straight down and get a quote for my insurance agent. Kim Addington, the shop foreman and Sharon Stephenson, the office manager really helped me with faxing all the proper paperwork to each insurance company, as well as keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs. I have to throw out a big THANK YOU to all the shop employees that made my car look even better then it did before the accident. Mr. Addington had all my new parts ordered, repainted, reassembled and back to me in just ONE week. I recently took my VW Passat to Chico Collision after a minor mishap with a semi-truck...I lost! Everyone was extremely professional and they kept me informed of what was happening throughout the entire process. My car looks great; you cant even tell that semi hit me.
