These guys are great. They arrive on time, do solid work, and are really helpful. They even cleaned some of my gutters for me without me asking. After calling around many places, these guys had the best prices in town with the highest quality work. The only trouble is they are so popular. It’s hard to get a hold of them. Definitely recommend.

I made an appointment with 5 Star Gutters to come look at my new home for a gutter project. They were booked out quite a few weeks in advance to even give me a quote, but I booked with them anyway. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived early and finished promptly. He asked relevant questions and was polite. He indicated he would email the quote to me later that day. I have since called and left voicemails regularly for over two weeks and have heard nothing from this company. No one has sent me a quote, no one has answered the phone on any of my many phone calls, and no one has returned any of the many voicemails I have left. Not only have I found them unresponsive and unprofessional in this regard, but its been a complete waste of my time. Anyone who lives in North County knows how hard it is to get home repairs done, and its frustrating to waste so much time on a company only to have them ghost you halfway through a project.

Five Star Gutters have installed and repaired gutters on 3 homes for my family, including our own. We highly recommend them. Quality work at very reasonable prices. We will continue to use them. Five Star Rain Gutters, Inc is a professional company providing installation of premium rain gutters which are functional and attractive. From out first communication to the final step of our project, they were responsive, punctual, fair and accurate. I would recommend Five Star for any job relating to rain gutter installation and maintenance.When we needed an extension for one of our downspouts, due to the exceptionally heavy rainfall, they installed it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business and their excellent service!

Since 1998 we have had three houses serviced by Five Star Rain Gutters and have been very satisfied with the work done and the materials used. The people we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating including office staff, estimators and workman. The costs involved was reasonable and fair. 5 Star Gutters deserves a 5-Star rating! We just discovered a problem with 2 of our downspouts. They had been somehow crushed. We had a few other items we needed to have looked into. From the first call made to 5-Star Gutters they were friendly, competent and came out quickly to do our repairs for a reasonable amount. Especially appreciated in our Covid World. They previously put in leaf guards and cleaned our gutters also, and have done emergency storm repairs for us; all with professionalism and integrity and excellence. Put 5-Star Gutter on your call list, and don’t bother with anyone else. They are the best!1 Year Ago I wrote: 5 Star Rain Gutters of Atascadero CA came to our rescue when we were out of town for my moms funeral. We had a big rain and wind storm that took down the gutter by our kitchen while we were away. A neighbor alerted us to the damage. One call to the very compassionate and professional staff and our damage was repaired before we even drove home. They did the repair quickly and forwarded pictures of our house repair so we could drive home in ease! This is a company I will recommend to anyone looking to have new gutters installed or have help with any repair issues. Very satisfied! Truly deserves the name Five Star!

They came with this great machine that cranks out the gutters and downspouts. They were efficient, quiet, did what they said they would. In other words they were not like many people who come to work on your house. They were a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to the finished product. We love our new gutters and downspouts and would recommend 5-Star to anyone.

I have to say that Five Star Rain Gutters was definitely 5 stars for sure. Everyone there is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Melissa was great! She made sure everything was set from the estimate to the scheduling of the install. They got the estimate done quick and I had told them that Id call them when it was time to install. After my roof and fascia boards were replaced, I called them back to schedule a day to have them install the gutters. From that call, they were able to come out in 10 days! Wow! Thats fast! The installers arrived exactly on time. Andy (the foreman) was fantastic. Before they started, he took me around the house and showed me exactly what was planned per estimate. He was spot on. He said they would finish up at 3:30 p.m. and sure enough, he was spot on again.They installed the gutters, downspouts, gutter screens and it all looks 5 star beautiful! Cleanup was 5 star, and they even went and cleaned off any smudges from gutters making the gutters sparkle. The guys did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to do your rain gutters. Did I mention they were very quite on the roof and property. No stomping on the roof which I really appreciated since it was a new roof. I did observed them carefully walking on my roof. As a builder, I have been using Five Star Raingutters for many years and have always been very appreciative of their high quality work and first rate service. Dave and his team come on time and are very knowledgeable about gutters and they are very helpful in choosing style and color choices. We have done quite a few Copper Gutters and while many companies use caulking to seal the joints, Five Star solders the joints, which looks Old World and will last a lifetime.

Five Star Rain Gutters has put up gutters for us on three different houses, starting in 2018 and continuing into this year. Their estimator met with us on schedule and was cooperative in arranging some fairly complicated downspout designs. Their color matching was very good. Their installers were efficient in getting the gutters and downspouts up.

5 Star Rain Gutters is a very professional company. I just had a new home built in Atascadero, CA. 5 Star did a GREAT job. Quick and flawless. Cleaned up and were gone in one day. The whole house! AMAZING! The gutters are solidly fixed to the house and a quality installation. NO SEAMS to leak!A few months later, an oak tree fell on the house. The new gutters were torn away and smashed to bits!I called 5 Star to come out and make the repairs.I spoke to a real sweetheart on the phone. Out they came; made the repair, and were gone! I came home from work to find the job well done. It looked like nothing had happened!Thank you 5 Star! You are an example for many Central Coast contractors to follow.

A very flakey company. I setup a measure in mid-December which went off without a hitch. Since then it has been crickets. I was told the install would be the second or third week in January. The first of February came so I called, was told that there was a delay and my install should be the next week. Now it is the end of February and no call, text, or email saying, we are sorry for the delay. It has been nothing but silence. My job is quite small so I assume that it isnt important to this company. They must be harvesting only the big jobs which make the most money and the little guy is thrown on the back burner until further notice.I have since found another company which came out, measured and installed in a 3 day period and did an amazing job!Five Star Gutters needs to be renamed One Star Gutters unless you have a big money making job for them. Shame on them!

Five Star is a great company. They make a site inspection and are willing to create whatever you need to solve your rain issues. I had an area that required a special flashing to serve as a drip edge to prevent water from hitting the walkway railing which then splashed onto the walkway. Saves the handrail and the walkway. Thanks to Five Stars, they get my five stars!

Had them install some rain gutters on our new metal shop. After 6 weeks of waiting the made it out and did the install. $1000 later all looked good. Then we noticed there was a bunch of rattling in the wind. Gutters were solid but it was at that time we realized they had removed all of the roofline wall screws where the gutters were installed, and never re-installed them. This caused our new shop to leak water through the open screw holes and the top of the wall panels to vibrate as there was no longer anything supporting them. Called about getting some warranty work done, they said they couldn’t come out to just take a look for almost 4 weeks, during December and January during our Wet season. They also took the screws they removed so we had to go buy new ones. Will update review as needed

(This work was back in 2017. Adding this review from another site) Things were pretty good. Got an estimate within a day or two, and they were able to install within a 10 day window (they actually came out within 6 days). Prompt responses. Just two complaints: 1) They had to move a cable off of the eave and they didnt replace it. Its on the second story and I dont have a ladder to go up there and fix it, so it just flops around there in the wind and looks stupid. 2) When the wind blows a good bit down the side of the house, the gutters and downspout tend to groan. Not sure if this is because of the design, or poor installation.Cindy saw my review on another review site and responded by sending out a crew to fix issue #1. They gave a 2 week window of when they could be back at my place to fix it, and instead they were there the next morning. Very great team!

I called Five Star Rain Gutter because I thought I had a clogged gutter. They came out and discovered that a section of my gutter had become dislodged, letting the rain run off the roof and behind the gutter. They were able to reposition and reattach the gutter and then recaulked the areas around the gutter so that the rain wouldnt leak behind the siding. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.

Initially, the guys left me a mess of muck to clean up along with screens that were reinstalled crooked and bent.
