It’s hard to find a place that you not only can trust, but also is reasonable in their cost. Although we have to always understand, the price we pay is because they know how to fix the problem as with anyone in any certain profession. With that said, this is a place I will be taking my vehicles to when needed. The owner is far and the staff is great. They will tell you the truth and get your vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Give them a chance and you will see!

Joe runs the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. He is friendly, funny, and a master at diagnostic and repair. I brought my Subaru in to check for leaks and Joe and his team quickly brought me in, identified the issue, and began repairs. Where Joe’s service really shined was when the auto parts store was not responding to his calls to order transmission fluid, so he sent one of his guys to get it! Came back in 15 minutes which could have been a 2 hour ordeal. Definitely coming back for future repairs and would recommend 11 out of 10 times. Thanks Joe!

Joe is definitely experienced, honest and provides exceptional service. I went to another car mechanics to check the reason why my engine light is on; they listed several codes and showed me an estimated price 5k. While I wanted to double check so I came here for Joe. He simply replaced the MAF for and it resolves all the other side issues. The total cost is 300 for me. Really appreciate the service!!!

I visited Five Star today, and I completely understand why this place is reviewed so highly. Normally, when a company advertises Free AC Diagnosis, it often means theyll have you wait in the lobby while they write up an estimate for replacing the compressor/drier/valve kit. However, Joe at Five Star is different. He spent an hour meticulously inspecting my vehicle with me to ensure he ruled out all possible reasons why my air conditioner wasnt blowing cold. After careful examination, he recommended a very reasonable and fair-priced solution: replacing my condenser.I am impressed with Joes honesty and expertise, and I will definitely return to this shop for any future automotive needs. Moreover, I wont hesitate to recommend it to anyone who asks for an honest and reputable auto repair shop.

He has been the family mechanic for years and has always maintained his integrity and honest work. He stays jam packed with cars lined up outside the establishment because of his popularity but has still managed to get cars repaired same day! Regardless if your a walk in! I just want to thank Joe the owner because you were very nice in taking me in without an appointment or a courtesy call ahead of time before I showed up to check my sons car a/c because it wasnt working properly. Now, its very hard to find a very good shop that does that and take care of customers needs. My son gets out of work at 17:00 and most shops close at that time, so he just dont have the time to go. But now, a/c is working great thanks to Joe. Im sure my son, his wife and my grandson are going to feel the difference with the nice cold a/c. I highly recommend this shop because they really take care of customers. Came to this shop after looking at reviews for several other shops in the area and decided on 5star. My truck needed a new transmission and this shop had pretty good reviews. Upon coming to 5star, I met the owner Joe. He came across very honest and trustworthy. I left my truck in their hands. MY TRUCK NOW RUNS AMAZING!!!! Five Star diagnosed my Service Engine Soon light by staying 30 minutes past closing time. Joe, the owner, ordered the parts and his mechanics began working on my car the next morning. Greatly appreciate the help I received from this shop. Car battery’s cords gave out down the street from their shop. I called them and they offered to drive to me and give my car a jump and do a free diagnostic. They quickly identified the issue, replaced failing parts and got me out of there fast.

Found Five Star online with great reviews, so decided to give them a try. So glad I did. Its hard to find honest, caring and fair priced mechanics who know what theyre doing. We were shown exactly what the problem was very quickly. My car was making a scraping noise in the front wheels. I did need brakes and rotors. Although it was a Friday, they were able to get the parts and do the repair the same afternoon. We even got a warranty which you dont always receive. Great service! Thanks again.Anita F

I bought a car for my parents, seemed like one problem after another. Just moved them to Moreno Valley and the power steering went out. I called and talked to Lee and Gus. They were great! They got my car in and fixed same day. They were really busy but made time for me. Finding an honest mechanic is hard. Joe, the owner went above and beyond, fixed the check engine problem and helped me with my hood (wouldn’t close). The car needs more work so I’ll be back! I’ll post my next experience as well. I needed an oil change and my check engine light was on, so I stopped by because this shop had really good reviews, and let me tell you, Joe definitely lived up to his five star reviews! His shop is a little hard to find, so look for the unit B1 on the window, but he was so nice, offered free diagnostic (which is over $100 value at other shops) and helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car. Truly my blessing of the day. Id recommend him 100%.

I usually get everything for my car’s need done at Chelbana Auto Repair but they are hard to get through to with appointments and walk ins just end up being scheduled appointments for the following week. I had taken my day off at work and was turned down again by Chelbana for an oil change, I searched for a mechanic with good reviews this placed was at the top. I called and Joe informed me they were busy but if I could arrive in 10 minutes they would take care of it, they totally did!! They sure were busy, people coming in and out every other minute. All the staff was kind and helpful, one of the gentleman’s kept apologizing for the wait, but I assured him it was fine. My car was serviced and I was informed of my choice’s for oil, they were honest and didn’t try to put in other charges or issues. Busy location but I believe that speaks for how good they are. Ladies if you are like me and going to a mechanic freaks you out do to you knowing little about car’s and scared to be told lies I seriously recommend this place.

I randomly called this place and spoke with Lee, trying to find a cheaper quote. Lee was very kind and fast to get me a quote that was very reasonable. Ended up towing my car from another shop to this one. They were able to fix my car and get it running the same day. They didnt try to upsell me, and answered all my questions. My husband has an 07 Mustang GT. He bought some under drive pulleys to have them installed. Found this shop online. He was very happy and satisfied with the job. Took my Mercedes E350 in for brakes. Joe decided I also need rotors which didnt suprise me because I delayed the brake service. Brakes and rotors were half of what I would be charged at Mercedes. I love this shop. We as a family have taken several high end vehicles here. Service is always fast and efficient. Joe is communicative about everything needed. I will never go to the dealer again. I replaced the fuel pump on my Nissan truck at home and it ran well for a month, after which point it stalled completely and wouldnt start. Had it towed to this repair facility and was met by the owner, Yousef (Joe). He immediately performed a diagnostic and determined the cause; fuel pump. He advised that the culprit was either electrical or a faulty pump. He provided a labor quote to remove the gas tank and said hes an honest business owner and wont replace (and charge) for a replacement fuel pump if he didnt have to. 4 hours later, I received a call saying that the truck was ready and that the problem was only wiring related, which he fixed and backed with his shops guarantee. Only paid the very reasonable labor charge.Overall, this facility is incredibly honest, respectful, fast, and reasonably priced. Ill be recommending Yousef and his team to all my friends and family in the future.

And when they have never just told me that there was something wrong with my car and that wasnt the problem, Every time what they told me the problem was it really was that problem and when i tell them that somethings wrong with my car they check it out they dont just say no thats not the problem. I have been to other auto places and i have told them that i hear a ticking noise and that my car keep on acting like it wants to cut off they have told me that the ticking noise is nothing and they dont know why its trying to cut off, So i took it to five star and they found the problem and fixed it.
