I was very please with the prompt and quality service I received from Steve at Fitness Machine Technicians. He fix all the issues on my Bowflex Max Trainer and it is running good as new. He also did a complete clean on it when he was done. I highly recommend Fitness Machine Technicians.

I contacted Fitness Machine Technicians for a quote on my old Golds Gym smith machine. I was greeted by Steve, who helped give me an honest and accurate quote. He was very patient in explaining all the cost that would be involved in this repair. I decided not to move forward with their services because of my budget and despite that, Steve continued to offer his help in finding me a DIY option to save some money.I cannot deny that their professionalism and customer service is top tier! Steve was a pleasure to talk to. My review is based solely on the customer service I received as I cannot comment on their level of work. I’m sure it is excellent as well!

My husband and I decided to put together a home gym and ordered a Sole F80 treadmill from the manufacturer. The treadmill came in a HUGE box on top of a long pallet - definitely too much for us to move and handle on our own, much less assemble by ourselves! I googled fitness equipment assembly services and Fitness Machine Technicians came up as a local (SoCal) business. A quick look at some of their reviews assured me that they seemed to be a solid, reputable company. I made an inquiry about their service area on their website and received a quick, personal response via text. We set up a date/time for the installation and their prices were quoted to me up front. Fitness Machine Technicians are the BEST! From the moment of calling to schedule an appointment to coming to my home to assemble the bike. The company exudes professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and working to accommodate the day and time you would like for your appointment.Steve and Jason were great in setting up my bike. I wasn’t sure which was the best direction for the bike to face. They did not hesitate to turn it around after being fully assembled. They cleaned up the packaging material after they were through. They are also very COVID aware in using masks and sanitizing. I highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed. Their fee charged is very reasonable.

Not only is Steve Chapman patient, kind, and helpful, but his technician Chris is equally courteous, timely, and professional. We have a LifeCycle RS 3 Recumbent Step Through Bike that is over 5 Years Old and out of Warranty by the Manufacturer, Life Fitness. We use it 5-6 days a week. It developed a problem where it would slip as you pedaled and was uncomfortable to use. I found Fitness Machine Technicians of Orange County via an Internet search and reached-out to them for repair help. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment for a Technician to come to our house and diagnose the issue. The Technician, Chris, arrived on time and determined the Generator/Brake needed replacement. He was very courteous, explained the issue and needed repair clearly and told me they would have to find the part and would get back to me with a Repair Estimate as soon as possible. He explained what to expect and what their Labor Cost would be. Just a few hours after Chris left I got an e-mail from Steve, the owner of FMT, with a PDF providing the cost of repairs including Part Cost, estimated Shipping and Labor. I accepted the work and Steve told me they would order the part and contact me to schedule the work. Just a few days later Steve called me and said they had gotten the part and wanted to schedule the repair. I said, What do you have open?, Steve stated they could do it the next morning. I agreed. Chris arrived the next morning and the Repair was completed within the time estimated.Sorry if this seems overly detailed, but my point is...This Company is very good to work with! They are pleasant, professional, honest and deliver! They provided me with detailed documentation of their work and estimates as we went along and their costs were right in line with what I expected. This is a family owned business and one of the BEST I have ever dealt with! Fitness Machines are expensive investments for us Consumers and become important parts of our lives, but they can break down, particularly when no longer covered by the Manufacturers Warranty (Murphys Law, I suppose). Finding Fitness Machine Technicians to repair our Bike, and working with them to get it repaired was a positive experience and more than a stroke of good luck. If you spend money on a home gym, dont waste it by installing it yourself. Call the pros at Fitness Machine. I ordered a 3K home gym and thought I could handle it. I am relatively handy. However, when I saw the instructions, I thought twice. They were able to schedule an appointment within 72 hours (crazy these days.) I was so pleased with Chris professionalism. He came masked and gloved and worked hard to get the job done right. Best investment I could have made. It works perfectly... He even suggested I rotate the machine to give the garage more space. He was right about that as well!

I had an issue with my Sunny indoor bike and Fitness Machine Technician Jason was able to fix my bike super fast. Aside from the great customer service, I really appreciated that all Covid protocols were met. Jason came into my house with mask worn as well as gloves and all equipment was wiped clean. Fitness Machine Technicians are professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I wasnt sure what to expect since my treadmill was an older model that we purchased in 2016. It had stopped working and I was resolved in having to purchase a new treadmill; which was going to be expensive. I gave FMT a call and was told over the phone what the problem might be. They gave me an estimated repair cost over the phone (which was a lot less than purchasing a new treadmill). They were spot on with the diagnostic assessment and a week later the technician came to our house and repaired my treadmill that now runs like new. Fitness equipment is expensive and if you need repairs these technicians really know what they are doing and they will save you money!

We had a Sunny spin bike that after only three months began making loud and unbearable noises. I contacted Fitness Machines Technicians and they sent out Jason Campos.Jason was able to diagnose the problem within a very short time. He told me which parts to order from Sunny. We were impressed with his competency and professionalism.Two weeks later, Jason returned to installed the new parts. I was so impressed that I had to drop a quick review. The guys showed up, on time, wearing masks and got to work putting my treadmill together right away. They were finished within the hour and cleaned up the packaging! The owners wife is very friendly and helpful and the technicians were awesome and also very knowledgeable. I arranged for transport of a used spinning bike to my home with FMT and Im very happy I called them, They were responsive and arrived at the pick-up point and at my location exactly when they scheduled and performed complete maintenance on the bike at my home, professionally and safely. In these times both Steve and Chris came in and worked with a mask and gloves the entire time. These guys are honest, fair, good at what they do, and actually kind. They fixed my Nordic Track treadmill when the motherboard failed and Nordic Track would not honor their warranty. A year later Nordic Tracks manufacturer part failed (again) and these guys helped me again! I bought an expensive elliptical machine 2 years ago, and the thing squeaked and squealed from the very beginning. I had a repairman come out last year, and he attempted to fix the problem. The metal-on-metal squealing noise improved a little bit, but never completely went away.Over time, the screeching noise became worse and worse. I was about ready to junk the machine, and buy a new one, when I saw an online ad for Fitness Machine Technicians. So, I decided to give them a try.Chris came out and completely disassembled the elliptical machine. He was quickly able to find the cause of the noise, and he fixed it on the spot. He also cleaned, lubricated, and calibrated the machine.A few days later, I got back on the machine and was very pleased that it no longer made any noise at all! Also, the action of the machine was much smoother than it ever was before, even when it was brand new.I cannot say enough good things about Chris, or Fitness Machine Technicians. I was ready to send this elliptical machine to the junkyard, and now it is like a brand new machine. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the service that was provided, by the professionalism of the technician (Chris), and by the very reasonable cost of this extensive repair job. I will definitely have Chris come back for all future routine preventive maintenance, and any other needed repairs, from now on!

So glad I found Fitness Machine Technicians. Im a single woman and always afraid of being upsold or taken advantage of. I called several tech repair people and narrowed it down to two. I chose Fitness Machine and I am happy I did. My Star Trac treadmill was working just fine and then I went to turn it on and it wouldnt turn on...I thought oh boy...turns out Chris looked under the HEAVY treadmill and saw that the under plug had wiggled loose and wasnt making a good connection. He simply tighten the cord, did a general over all maintenance check and was on his way. Nothing else was needed and he didnt fabricate maintenance or repairs that were not needed. Was professional and honest. Steve was very helpful over the phone and didnt loose patience with me. Would recommend and use again.

I first contacted Lifefitness to fix two broken parts on my treadmill and they were not helpful at all. I was frustrated so I googled a place to fix it and Fitness Machine Technicians came up. I am so happy I called this company. Their prices are very fair, (and much better than Lifefitness) and the technician that fixed it was on time, and did a great job. My ten year old treadmill runs like new. I cant recommend them enough! And I am so happy to now have a company I trust to call in case it needs to be fixed again.

Awesome experience!!! Very efficient communication for scheduling and they assembled equipment that would have taken my days (or weeks) in hours. They left my house clean and with a working home gym. BONUS: during assembly, one piece of equipment had a fault screw so Steve called the OEM and they agreed to ship a new screw. This didnt stop Steve from heading over to home depot and return to my house to correct the problem with a purchased screw. This was above and beyond and resulted in me not having to wait for the OEM part to arrive and have non-working equipment while I waited.

I called Steve and left a vm. When he returned my call, bc I was anxious to get the knocking sound from the treadmill fixed, I already had someone else coming. However, after 6 weeks from “so called repair” the problem came up again. This time I called Steve. His technician Jason came next day. Jason diagnosed the noise from the handles and NOT the back rotor which was diagnosed earlier.Cut a long story short, call Steve for any fitness machine issues. His price is just about right.

I hired them to unassemble and reassemble a Precor Elliptical machine for our home gym. We needed to get it from the garage to the second floor of our house. i previously had 3 technicians out and none could do the job..
