I kid you not, I just got a phone back that I brought in for a screen repair in July of 2023. It has legit almost been a whole year. Tried charging the phone when I got home. It doesn’t charge once again. I posted a previous review that explains everything. I’ve been trying to be very patient but at this point I’m genuinely over it. All I could say is I hope you customers don’t go through what I did. I was really hoping I didn’t have to post this review up but it’s too ridiculous not too. Quite frankly I was surprised I even heard back from them again, but I did and these were the results.

Never again told me wrong date. told me 5 days to a week. took over a month with no communication came in and they pawn if off on a new person who ordered the wrong part etc. very un professional. they need better communication period.

Went to Fox Phone repair today and was fortunate that my dead iPhone issue was resolved easily with a combination of a few presses of the power and volume buttons. I could have easily been charged for a repair I did not need. Instead, I walked out minutes later with a working phone free of charge. Nice to know that we have an honest phone repair shop nearby for future needs. I wish this place could work on my car.

These guys are top notch! They explain everything to you and keep you updated on their progress, if they have to keep your phone/tablet, etc longer than expected. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend!

Amazingly clean store! Great customer service and you can’t beat the prices ! This is my go to place to buy a new phone ! Never disappointed! I have been buying my phones here the past few years and am thoroughly satisfied every time !

Came in to replace cracked phone screen. Once it was finished and I picked up the phone. The phone no longer charges on my end. Bring the phone back, get told a bunch of reasons the phone might not be charging even though it literally charged before I brought it to them. Made it feel like it’s somehow my fault the phone doesn’t charge because I decided to charge it after picking up the phone. I was definitively puzzled by that conversation. They keep it overnight and somehow find a way to charge it. So I’m optimistic that it should be working now. After picking it up it’s the same issue. Tried different chargers on my end to ensure it’s not faulty chargers, but to no avail. I even tried a brand new type C charger as well. Just confused on what’s going on with the device and frankly I’m annoyed about bringing the phone back to the shop multiple times especially after paying over 100$ to replace the screen . I feel like I’m going to get charged extra for something to “fix it”. My trust is spiraling down at this point. Going to leave this review until something changes or if not then it’s staying. I was really hoping for this to be a smooth process, but so far it isn’t for me.
