2024-05-25 16:32:37One of the best experiences Ive had in the service automotive industry. Christopher was A+ with customer service. He explained with detail what my vehicle needed and was not pushy to sell at all. I had the pleasure of meeting him and Jordan, the Service Manager, who also is a wonder of a person.The ambience and respect amongst the employees is something you dont see very often. This is my second visit to the service dept and they always deliver. Very glad I have them in Simi.Come by, for all your service needs. They will take care of you.

2024-05-10 19:54:38At first it felt like I was being up-sold a transmission service I did not think I needed. I bought it anyway after Christopher explained what it is and why it most likely was a good thing to do. Not much pressure, though he did emphasize that it would keep problems from developing. Turns out accepting the transmission service did wonders for how my XTerra now drives. The clutch doesnt make noise, and the shifting is easier and smoother.He also tested the battery and recommended replacement. I agreed, though I know I can buy a battery elsewhere and install it myself. Having my battery replaced by First Nissan solved a slowly developing slow cold cranking I had noticed. That too was a very good recommendation.In all, the service I got was well worth the price paid.Because of this kind of experience, I drive from the San Fernando Valley to First Nissan. I know of two Nissan dealerships quite a bit closer to my home. I take the extra time and distance because First Nissan takes outstanding care of my XTerra.

He went above and beyond to help me with my car, my issue was resolved, and was fixed in a timely manner. I will always have my car serviced at Simi Nissan.

2024-05-14 00:08:04I appreciate the friendliness and no pressure approach of the salesperson along with the friendliness of the staff. I felt heard regarding my needs as a potential car buyer and all my questions were answered. My experience was very positive and in the end my needs were met and now I am enjoying an amazing car. I am new to driving an EV car and was provided great information about it and all my questions were answered. I felt taken care of by First Nissan! I would definitely recommend First Nissan to anyone out there looking for their next car! and if you are considering an EV vehicle- do yourself a favor and get in an ARIYA! WOW!!

2024-06-03 22:43:43Real scammers at this service department at first nissan they don’t put an oil change windshield sticker reminder or reset your maintenance reminder for oil change on you cars computer so that you can play the guessing game when you’re vehicle is due for an oil change, they didn’t even inspect and correct tire pressure on my car with one tire at 29 psi and another at 37 psi . That is the most simplest task a mechanic should inspect and correct especially at the dealership and they didn’t honor a manufacture discount after agreeing on a price they jumped it up before charging me and added other fees and it took several calls, and frustrations and complaints to get refunded. Be CAREFUL and think twice before you bring your car to this dealer and save time and money somewhere else, very unprofessional .

2024-01-22 20:37:54I have rewards to use and they were showing me it was not showing on their end so to contact customer service to get it posted to their end so they could apply it to the work I was getting done that day. I called and they informed me that there is nothing they can do and that it was on the dealership guys to fix it. When I informed Martha what was said to me she took my information and said she would call but she never did and was not even going to bother bringing up the situation and was just going to have me pay. I brought it up and she said she tried to create an account for me and it was showing I already have an account so she wasn’t sure why its not posting to the account. I told her how I have been showing her from the beginning I have an account, it’s for this dealership and that I have $63.77 in service points and $250 in Sales. She responded to that saying, “Wow you have a lot in sales I wonder what you can do with that.”. I responded saying I don’t know but I want to use all my service points, she said she would go talk to the manager and see what they could do. This already was making me feel as though she wasn’t listening to me let alone even trying to help; Why create an account if I already have one and then when I show it to her again, avoid the issue at hand. When it came time to pay, she said my original total was $171 but was able to get me a “great” discount so now my total is $138. Reality though my original total was not $171 and I was not getting a $40 discount how she claimed and only got a $23 discount. Apparently that was the best they can do is give me a 15% off but that is not true by any means my step mom works at a Nissan dealership and told me they should have been able to honor it for me, could have taken my information so then it could have been removed from my account. Martha wanted to say next time I come in that just means I will have more rewards but this is now my second time coming and having a terrible experience. First time I was overcharged for something they never put in my car and when I questioned Martha again was the one that helped me, she assured me that it was all correct. I found out it was wrong when I sent the full receipt to my step mom and her service manager went over it and caught how they did over charge me. So I went and got the refund, but now this whole dilemma makes me never want to come back. I came in solely to use my service points, in the end I spent more money then I was planning to since I came with the intention to use my rewards and ended up only getting 15% off and Martha wanted to make it seem like it was the best deal ever and oblivious to how she made me feel. Not appreciated or valued at all as a customer. Never coming back, rather drive all the way to another dealership than to ever have to deal with the chance of being overcharged or not valued.

Quincy, my service advisor, took the time with me, to compare what I wanted done to my car, to determine if it really needed to be done (because it was covered in my last service and there was time to wait to do it at my next service), and also looked at what would be the most cost-effective package for me. He recommended some items that I wouldnt have normally done, but because he was helpful and honest, I took his recommendation and still remained in the budget I had in my mind when I walked in. He was a total gem! You need to keep him!

2023-10-21 18:55:11Overall a great experience. I really appreciated our salesman Francisco. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and was very willing to explain and help with anything that I may not have understood. He was also very easy-going and easy to talk to. I also really appreciated the sales manager Hamid. He was really willing to work with us to get us the best possible deal on the vehicle. He even introduced a college graduate program to us which was awesome because we were able to get a little bit of the discount on the vehicle as well. I also really appreciate that he was very patient with me and my family. The financial officer, Paul Woo, was also very helpful and was able to explain the financials well as well as help us with insurances and overall he was able to get us in and out quickly. Overall, this experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend. Im glad I came her smooth process.
