Just took my iv certification class here and the instructor was great and very informative. We got hands on learning which really makes a difference and helps you understand what your doing. The small class size was nice for learning as well. The company is well organized and the whole three days of training went smoothly.

I took my bls training here it was around 90$ for the book and class. The class was 65$ and the book was 25$. Great class great instructors. My instructor was Leslie Alvarez she was very professional and extremely easy to understand.

You will get a certificate if you do the work. Great for adults on a tight schedule who need a medical certificate.They will help you if you need it, just be up front if you need some help. Its not like a traditional community college or education center where they have DSS and help for students who need it, so that could be challenging for some folks.They could use a more staffing and better equipment. We were given broken sager traction splints to work with.

This school is not prepared enough to provide an LVN program. They don’t have any clinics on site, they postponed the program 6 months later and require students to attend more than 2 (mandatory) orientations for the same info. They weren’t approved for loans and financial aid. They are not organized and not well prepared, I wouldn’t risk spending all that money and time. It’ll be their 1st time teaching.

First Lady Permanente is an amazing school, they have great instructors and give you a very easy and nice environment to learn.Editing my review because I want to give a genuine review about First Lady Permanente and my experience. I started the CPT program in September 2022 and was in the program for nearly 11 months, after you finish the class portion of the program it is mandatory that you attend weekly “labs” to become eligible for your externship. After 9 months of attending weekly labs I was finally offered my externship which First Lady rescheduled 4 different times, I finally got my official externship date and once my externship was completed First Lady emailed me the steps to apply for my license, I followed all of the steps and California Department of Public Health sent me an email saying one of my documents needed the school address and a code changed, I informed the school and it took them nearly two months to fix this matter, they told me they were going to reach out to California Department of Public Health to figure out the problem and told me they would get back to me within a few business days, weeks went by with no update or response, I had to continuously reach out and after 2 months they finally changed the two small things on my document which probably took less than 5 minutes . I don’t think First Lady permanente prioritizes their students, they are more concerned about getting the next batch of students in so they get more money. They can barely get their current students externships, they are taking on way too many students than they can handle ….. I have a friend that started the program in sept 2022 and is still in the program waiting for an externship which it’s now January 2024 ( they have rescheduled/ cancelled her externship numerous times now, it’s extremely unprofessional especially when people are requesting time off of work to fulfill their externship for it to be cancelled on them last minute)if you join this program expect to have your externship switched multiple times and cancelled on you last minute, also expect to make sure everything is paid on time no exceptions, First Lady seems to be fine taking everyone’s money right off the bat but when their students need help they do not prioritize it and everything is on their time.I can also confirm that they bribe their students with a tumbler to give a good review …. I attended this school because of all of the great reviews I was reading, little did I know majority of the reviews are not genuine…..

I completed the EMT program today and I can say this program was great. In the short 10 weeks, I learned a mass amount of information. While overwhelming at the time, I was able to push through and successfully complete the class.Mr. Wagner is a great teacher. He is extremely helpful and cares about all of the students. I felt comfortable asking questions during class time. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in becoming an EMT.

I have high respect to Jo who have been so kind to teach us during the past three days. She never pressured us since inserting IV is nerve racking. In fact she gave us more confidence. Wonderful school & excellent teachers. They have a wide variety of instructor personalities for every person to feel comfortable in class. I know multiple people who have attended and they have all passed not only the course but the national exams as well. Currently, I am enrolled in the phlebotomy program and I love it. The instructors are so full of energy and radiate positivity. The energy of the class is extremely welcoming. Nice & clean area & environment. I would highly recommend this place. I feel she would make a great Instructor as she is very familiar with the current ways of doing skills. Overall good course however the communication between students and upper management could be improved. It was very difficult to contact them.

Amani was an amazing BLS instructor for the CNA course over the summer. She was clear, detailed and entertaining. Diane was courteous and was diligent in answering our questions as a CNA instructor. Glenna was sort of confusing and not my teaching style but i liked her hands on approach.I believe that COVID restrictions affected our understanding of the material so they still did the best they could. Would recommend this course to anyone wanting an advantage or experience in nursing.
