I always get the cheddar brisket on wheat and a large it is so amazing. The guy that took my order today was really helpful he split it in two containers for my daughter and I. We both loved it ..couldnt wait to take a pic .. lol its so yummy. I love the sauce.

I recently visited the Firehouse Subs Palm Springs location next to the FedEx store, hoping to grab a quick bite.However, my experience was marred by poor service and unprofessional behavior from the staff. As I walked in, I was holding a FedEx package since the store is right next door. Realizing I had left my wallet in my car, I turned to leave and retrieve it. To my dismay, I overheard one of the servers preparing sandwiches make an inappropriate comment, laughing and saying, Haha, this is not FedEx.Given this negative interaction, I decided not to proceed with my order. If the staff is comfortable making such unprofessional remarks openly, it raises concerns about their overall attitude and the service quality.Overall, my experience at this Firehouse Subs location was disappointing. Professionalism and customer service are crucial in any business, and this incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to this location and would caution others about the potential for poor service.

The employees are always nice and respectful. The good is expensive, but for the quality, it is definitely worth it to treat yourself every once in a while. Also, the Cuban NEEDS to be a staple sub🙌

Firehouse subs used to be one of my favorite sandwich places to go. The food was always good and affordable. Sadly, last night my son and I went there and ordered two large sub combos and a little sandwich for a friend. We were charged $51.00 for what used to cost around $30.00. I was shocked. Today we were both hit with some unpleasant repeated trips to the bathroom. This is disheartening to pay that much for a mediocre meal and then get the runs to follow it. I am disappointed in this trip to this location. Also, since this was the only thing I ate all day, I know that was the cause of the repeated bathroom trips. I am very disappointed to say the least.

This was my first time visiting Firehouse Subs and I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the fast service that I received. I have to admit that the cost of Subs has gone up substantially and Subway is known for having great coupons and daily deals. I would like to see Firehouse Subs do something similar so that there is an incentive to return and enjoy their delicious food

This was my second time coming here, I wasnt impressed the first time but I like to give places Second Chances. The place is dirty and the staff is really rude. The food tastes like hospital food, actually Ive gotten better food at the hospital, and I think that says something about this place. With how much they charge for a sandwich here you would think the ingredients tasted fresh, but the bread was stale and the meat lacked any kind of flavor. But what really put it over the top for me was how rude the staff was. I was sitting there quietly eating my food and was told to leave because theyre closing in 10 minutes. Usually places clean up before they close up, but I was surprised how early they closed and left the place a mess.

It was really busy but the staff was so pleasant we didnt mind waiting. Food was fairly portioned, not big portions, but enough. Sandwiches were hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. We didnt mind paying a bit more here than at other similar places. You can tell the quality of the meats used is better than what other chains are serving. It is a bit too quiet haha but its all good we enjoyed our meal thanks firehouse!

This place is fantastic! And I’m not just talking about the food! They are unbelievably helpful with food allergy issues and made up for their system not being very helpful. The gentleman who helped us(Kevin I believe) was great and put a lot of effort into making sure we enjoyed our experience! Fantastic! Will eat here again!

The meatball pepperoni pizza sub was spectacular! This place is super fun with Dalmatian print table tops, firefighter hats for the kids or the kid in you. The coolest thing of all it is owned by firefighters!

Person in front of me takes 10 minutes to order and asking to taste meats before she orders a sandwich. The cashier is most likely new. The other two people that make sandwiches have literally stopped working and staring at the entire thing while I wait.This place seriously needs some attention.

A decent sandwich, fresh. I had the hook and ladder for the first time and found it to be too sweet. Im not sure if this is normal or it was not made correctly. I have other subs and found them to be very good and why I gave the 4 stars. Today I was at the palm springs firehouse and found the service to be friendly and food quickly served.

Very good but messy sandwiches. Lots of choices on the menu that can be customized. Plenty of parking. Reasonably fast service. Friendly staff. MUCH better than Subway. Eat in or take out. Be sure to check carefully any to-go orders to make sure you get everything because they tend to be in a rush and sometimes miss stuff (based on my multiple to-go orders).

Stopped in for lunch by accident. Was planning on going to Panera (next door) but the line was too long. Anyway, the service was prompt and friendly. They listened to my requests (had a small Italian sub combo) and delivered accurately. Food quality was very good and plentiful. Prices were reasonable as well. Place is immaculately clean as well. Will go again and again.

I ordered through door dash, I tried calling and no one answered. I was missing the drinks for the kid’s meals and one cookie that came with the kids meal. I blamed the door dash driver for not making sure everything was inside. Do better because we pay for these things. First and last time ordering from here. Plus the sandwich was very soggy.

Firehouse never disappoints. Every location Ive been to is consistent, and has some of the best subs and sandwiches compared to most other franchises. Staff has also been well trained and friendly in my experiences. Their Captain Sorenson sauce is among my favorites in its category. I buy it by the the bottle on occasion and use it on eggs, tacos, or anything needing a little tangy spice.

Ive only gone to thise store twice. The first time the workers were rude and not really wanting to help me. The second time the worker literally took the cup out of my boyfriends hand and made him walk across the store to get a cup on a table instead of the cup he already had. He rolled his eyes and was just rude the whole time because we didnt know the online order pickup process. The foods great but the workers make me not want to ever come back.

I always come here and get the same food. sometimes I will add 1/2cheese or no cheese to my order. few days ago, I ask for no cheese and got my order with cheese. I called once I found out and I was inform to call my next visit and I would be taken care of. Ordered the chicken salad to go. When I got home and opened the salad, the lettuce was so bad that I couldnt eat it. Had a problem with Uber Eats; the carrier forgot half of my order. Called the restaurant and explained the mix-up and long story later I left a happy customer. I like to thank them for their professionalism. Also if anybody is thinking about using Uber Eats to order a meal, dont use them. Use GrubHub instead.GrubHub has software superiority in comparison to Uber Eats and until Uber Eats fixes the software issue use GrubHub, unless you want the wrong order.
