Rick has been a great manager of our credit processing. At first we used Costcos Credit company. It became apparent after a few weeks that his fees were so much lower on our statements. The rates of transactions were close to the same. But the fees added to to be a large savings at the end of the year. His personal service on any issue was also timely. thorough and accurate.
