Let me just start by saying the food was great. I enjoyed my meal very much but the price just does not match the portion of the food we are receiving. Especially for a sandwich & burger. Service was great they kept checking in on us constantly which I loved. The ambiance is great very chic & great for a fancy birthday lunch/dinner meet.

45 minute wait for lunch today, my first time here. We were a party of 3 arriving before a larger group and still had to wait for simple choices, and we had an appointment to get to. That disappointed. Pricey but appetizing and well presented. I ordered potstickers and only got 5 which I shared with my lunch partners, so I only got 3 and went away hungry. They were tasty though it was more of an appetizer than a meal. I’ll come back as I’m in the neighborhood but will select something more substantial.

My boyfriend and I went here for anniversary. I’ve been here once before and it was his first time. He ordered the ribeye and I got the finch dip. He loved the ribeye! He really enjoyed the flavor of the steak and the creamy sauce that he loved dipping the steak in! The potatoes were delicious too! My finch dip was tasty as well! The fries were perfect and there was a good amount of meat on the sandwich! The waitress was so friendly and helpful too! We will be back!

This is such a great little spot to enjoy great food and a wonderful ambiance. My friend introduced me to her local favorite restaurant, and I can definitely say that I can understand why. The server was attentive and kind, the ambiance was relaxing and unique, and the food was excellent. I will be back soon.

Endless mimosas with a flight of juices and the Brunch Hash was fantastic, but EVERYTHING else looked amazing too. There was such a great selection to choose from, it was hard to make a choice. Great cocktails! Perfect place for brunch! That dinner menu looked good too. It looks like a fun place, so well be back for trivia night.

One of my favorite restaurant for sure I always get the caprese chicken panini and its so delicious! Thats what I always get and my Husband alway gets the Finch burger and he says its amazing as well! Definitely recommend you try this place. The price is definitely worth the amazing quality of the food. The fries here so crips and made to perfection! I must include their ranch here is one of the best ranch Ive ever tried and it compliments the foods so well!

I ordered the eggs benedict the avocado was very old tasting and very discolored my fiance ordered the chicken and waffles the chicken was very overcooked and dry the potatoes in my dish tasted horribly they did replace them with sweet potatoes and the sweet potato fries tasted much better but overall I will not be returning to this spot the food was just not good and I dont recommend it to anybody everything was so lackluster bland

This is our favorite restaurant within 25 miles of where we live. The menu changes seasonally. The food is creative and fresh. The service is fantastic and they have happy hour with discounts on appetizers and drinks. We visit regularly and have had nearly everything on the menu. The Brussels, Shrimps Tagliatelle and Heirloom Chicken are probably our top three...along with the house cab. Always a good meal and experience.

My husband and I finally got to step away from our 8 kids and have a lunch date at the The Finch. I first heard of this restaurant from my Father in Law that said it was really good. We literally have been living down the street for almost 5 years and I kept seeing it almost everyday. I am so glad we finally got a chance to visit this restaurant. It was such a cozy restaurant with its very unique look, all its own. The staff of ladies were great and always had smiles and extremely friendly, the food was so good! I got the panini, along with this sour drink (stay away from the salt on the rim if you want to keep your taste buds-sour) and my husband got the burger with a beer. I loved the way the menu was set up and it was so simple without a limit of food items and drinks. Most restaurants give you so many choices you get lost in the menu. Keeping it basic and simple, appetizers, salads, entrees….drinks on the back made it simple. There menu is a little pricey, but getting away with my husband is priceless. Having a great atmosphere is key. Thanks so much girls, we had a great time!

Love, love this restaurant. I checked it out on the recommendation of my youngest daughter. She generally provides good info on new places to eat. The decor while eclectic, is beautiful 😍 I felt very comfortable eating there. Also, the food is divine. I had the Eggs Benedict with smashed potatoes and honey bacon jam. 🥓 😋My food could have been a little warmer, however Finch will definitely be one of my go to restaurants in the near future.

Great atmosphere, good food, nice service. Went on a Monday night and it was slow which was great for us (more attention and attentiveness haha.) Found Beef Wellington in the menu and so wanted to try it, but the menu said it was only served Fri-Sun and was so bummed. But I asked and pleaded (just a little) and to my surprise they were able to make it due to leftovers from the weekend!!! Yay it was amazing the most tender piece of beef I had ever tasted! Be warned though if you are not a mushroom fan then this is not the right fit for you! Everything we got tasted awesome, the server was amazing, and the atmosphere made you feel homey. Loved this place and recommended to try if your in the neighborhood for sure!

This was a bitter sweet experience. There were many great things about this restaurant. We loved the shabby chic environment with books on the wall, love plants, and pillow back rest bench. There was a lack of comfortable seating to make the dining experience comfortable. The customer service was great and have zero complaints about the service. Where the stars fell off in my experience include the extremely overpriced foods that did not live up to expectations. Granted we only ordered two item’s because it was so expensive. I did not personally care for the burger with the sweet flavors of the bacon/caramelized onion and the flat bread packed too much heat to enjoy without warming. I would give other food a try if not for the price.

This place has been on our list to try out for a while. While I’ve been to Finch 5 or 6 times in the past few years I’ve got something to say. The wait time was a little too long today. Granted, there were 5 of us, and we came in at 11.Your house dressing is not good. Too much vinegar. The food often times has too much cayenne pepper or too much pepper to begin with. I love the ambiance of the place. I love the servers who take care of us. I love the view of the local mountains. But the food! Not loving it. You need better chefs.One more thing. My granddaughter loved your chicken and waffles. Why don’t you bring those back? That’s a winning recipe. And I would have liked your shrimp and grits more if the chef had not over seasoned them with pepper so much.

Had dinner here tonight. Our server was really nice. The food was delicious. We tried the cheese curds, short rib fries, potstickers, braised lamb, finch dip, and shrimp pasta. Loved everything. Also had the lemon mousse for dessert which was just ok for me. I think the lemon would come through more with maybe a little salt added to the crust. Just my personal opinion though. I like my lemon things to be tart and bold. I could barely taste any lemon. I would definitely go back though and try their other dishes and desserts.

Tried this place for date night. We started with the short rib fries as appetizers. This was ok. I would say the serving is small and the meat is a little on the bland side. Just ok. We ordered the tenderloin filet and the chicken Marsala. Both dishes were delicious! Meat cooked perfectly and not over-seasoned. The serving size was perfect. The chicken Marsala was huge and my husband needed a to go box. The ambiance was great as well. Staff is very friendly. We’re adding this place on the list to come back and try more items.

I never put in bad reviews but I just cant let this one go...We had high hopes, tried finch for the 3rd time.Service is just horrible. You have to ask for a drink, wrong orders, dirty floors, absolutely no management running this place.Its a shame because the food is really good and its literally down the street. Unfortunately we will not go back.Take notes from Tresinos up the street. The manager walks around, greets tables, just a good eating experience with the price of restaurants these days.

Oh how I love love love Finch! I hate to admit I don’t come here often. This place truly is a hidden gem.I got engaged on 11/11 this month ❤️ the plan was I was so get dressed for a nice lunch. When the time came to 11:11 am my now fiancé proposed and we actually had no lunch plans for after. I did a quick search for lunch ideas and when Finch popped up I knew it was the place to go. The whole vibe and energy is just a beautiful thing to be around.From the service to the mocktails to the food, everything was perfect. We shared a bean soup that I wish I could remember the name of, the Creamy Seafood Carbonara and to end, the ube cheesecake. The pasta sauce is so good you’ll want to bathe in it, you’ve been warned.I can’t wait to be back again. It was a perfect celebratory proposal lunch/early dinner.

Food here is excellent. Its always a culinary delight to dine at Finchs.Service is pretty mediocre! The bartender finally came and seated us. None of the others bothered even though they saw us.The atmosphere is extremely loud when its filled. We had to talk in very loud voices even across the table, to be heard. Very annoying for an environment that involves dining.

You will not be disappointed. Fresh ingredients you can taste. Price match the quality. My mother had the Caprese sandwich and I had the Muffuletta sandwich. We were greeted and seated right away. I didnt get the greeter name. But she was very welcoming. My mom and I arrived right at opening and were served by Jules. He served all the tables. Very attentive server. Worked really hard. It didnt take long to get our food either. There is a patio with a view. Will be returning.

We went during happy hours and got a few dollars off of the bill to use towards the tip. The cuban beef dish over rice was full of flavor. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a larger portion. The chicken wrap was tasty but those fries were perfectly done. We called and made a reservation on Saturday for Sunday for 8 people. This was our first time there. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time and they had us wait a couple minutes as they put a couple tables together. From arrival to leaving we he stellar service. Summer was our server. She cracked a little joke before seating us. She made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there from refills for our bottomless mimosas to the food. She had awesome customer service. I asked her what drink she recommended that was more on the tarte side and she recommended the Irish Cowboy. I ended up ordering it and Zanders brought it out...he was such an amazing person too, great personality. He came out and explained the drink and what all was in it and how it was one of his favorite drinks. He had a smile and happy spirit the entire time. Sure enough, the drink hit just right. It was tarte/sour enough, exactly what I wanted. This place was great overall. The service, the atmosphere, the food. Our servers made a great impression on all of us. There was 8 of us total and we spent a little bit over $300 on food, appetizers, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and tip! My friend and I came for brunch and were extremely pleased with every part of our experience! The decor and atmosphere of this place is so awesome, fun, unique, and very inviting and comfortable. A place I can totally see going to with friends, a date, and even with the family of all ages. Oh and the views are amazing, which you can also enjoy when sitting inside.And the important part of a restaurant review...the food and drinks were delicious! I cant wait to go back to try more. And they offer vegan options (not that Im vegan), we had the vegan cinnamon sticky buns, so light and oh so good! The Bacon Bloody Mary...mmmm 😋 Now, a very important part of a restaurant is the service! Every single staff member was great! I was there for a cocktail contest with bartenders competing from Temecula, and afar, and was able to try some imaginatively creative drinks using tequilla and mezcal as the main ingredient. I didnt eat there so I cant comment on the food, but I have viewed the menu and intend on going back for dinner. The atmosphere was wonderful. I loved the roll-up doors and creative decor. I had a Vanilla Crème Ale and Chicken and Waffles.The food was made pretty well. This is one of the more upscale restaurants in the area, so do expect to pay a bit more.The food selection is a bit lacking. Only one half paper sized menu, but sometimes that’s better than more options.The vanilla crème ale was a very good beer. Had a heavy vanilla flavor to it and was in a decent serving size.The chicken and waffles was okay. Thing I didn’t like was that it was smothered in a spicy gravy sauce. I’m not a fan of gravy and the name of this was a bit misleading as I wasn’t expecting the gravy. I really wish they had said “chicken and waffles in gravy” or something to that effect to let me know they had gravy, or at the very least, had the gravy in a container on the side. Also didn’t like that it was a bit spicy. I wasn’t really looking for a spicy dish this morning. It wasn’t overly spicy, but there was a noticeable kick to it.The food was still good, nonetheless, prepared well.The wait is a bit longer than expected, there was no hostess available when we came so we stood around for a few minutes waiting to be served. The server didn’t come around too much and I’m glad we made up our minds as she was getting drinks because I think we would have been waiting a little longer had we not done that. After eating, we waited about 10 minutes before getting the check.

Ive been critical of Finch in the past, not for their food but the rejection of my service dog. Last night was a 180 degree turn-around. They were no issues at all with my service dog. We were greeted immediately and seated promptly. I ordered the Finch burger. I like it rare, few places cook it perfectly, Finch did. The fries are awesome. They could us a little work on their duck confit, but otherwise everything was perfection.

Super cute place in a great location right off Clinton Keith! The decor is adorable. Food is pricey but they serve GREAT portions and the food is obviously excellent quality. Our service was great, too. Don’t expect a bargain place. But definitely a nice place to take someone special. We ordered the hummus platter and calamari. Delicious! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. However we were disappointed with the shrimp and grits. In the center of the plate was a mound of corn, the shrimp was bacon wrapped with a teaspoon amount of grits stuffed inside! The taste was ok. I’ve never had, nor seen it served this way! When we first saw the dish we thought that the waitress had given us the wrong plates. This dish should be called Shrimp & Corn, not Shrimp & Grits. I had a cocktail, and it was decent. The Bloody Mary, and Michelada needs work unfortunately.

I have a unique review to post … not only was the food and service terrific but I called with an unusual request. I had taken a Client as well as my boss to lunch back in November. I was working on my expense report and realized I didn’t keep the itemized receipt. I spoke to Lauren and shared my predicament. She kindly took my information and said she’d research it to see what she could do. Not expecting a call back, she reached out and found it! Not only that, but she offered to text to text it to me as she could tell I needed it right away. THANK YOU Lauren for going above and beyond! Again, the food and service was great but this experience just elevated it over the top! I’ll definitely be back and will share this place recommending to others!!

This place is super trendy and very nice. It is a little bit more on the expensive side, but its really worth it. I got the pasta with shrimp and the pasta was made in house. If youre looking for a nice place to go, perhaps a romantic dinner, or even a place to go with the family, this is a good option. Just keep in mind the average meal is about $25. So the core is very trendy and the staff is really friendly.

This was my second time at the Finch, and I enjoyed myself even more than the first time. I believe I had the pierogis last time, which weren’t on the menu now so I got the Benedict instead which was absolutely delish. The bacon jam had such a great flavor and complimented the hollandaise well. Our server was very sweet and attentive. She was even courteous enough to let us know she was going to have a large party and apologized if she wasn’t as attentive but that all servers would be happy to help us if we needed anything. Will always come back when I am in Temecula.

I love Finch. A great meetup place with your bestie or Family.. the Gin Blossom is my favorite cocktail and Im obsessed with the Thai Chicken Salad, the Cesar Salad & the Yam Fries. I believe this could have been prevented with adequate training from management.-Our server had long pointy acrylic nails. I cant imagine how they could keep bacteria/viruses from under their nails at all times.FDA Food code has these laws set in place to prevent foodborne illnesses.FDA Food Code (2022) states that fingernails of foodemployees should be trimmed, filed, and maintained;unless that food employee is wearing intact gloves. And thatfood employees should NOT wear acrylic nails or polish.-The hickey on their neck was not covered. I dont mind what people do on their own time... but just thought that was unprofessional too. And my mind went back to the long nails and hoping our server made every effort to sanitize under their nails before coming to work and handling peoples food.-Lastly, our server didnt notify us that we would be charged with 18% Service Charge; was this gratuity? I tipped 20% gratuity, not knowing I already paid 18%.I wanted to leave after I saw our server had long nails and knew it wasnt sanitary or safe or legal for our server to handle our food with long acrylics. We had a party of 8 and everyone was hungry and we already waited for 20 minutes to be seated, so we stayed.It is the responsibility of food employers to educate and train their employees properly to protect the health of their customers. I cant help but wonder, what other FDA food codes are being violated here.

This place has some really good brunch options along with lunch. I enjoyed my meal very much. I got the chicken pesto with salad and fries and my wife got the avocado toast and a mimosa. The prices are pretty much the same hyped prices that you would expect in a California brunch spot. We ended up spending roughly $60 on just the two of us. Sides are heavily priced. I sat at the bar, the female bartender was AMAZING! Our food was perfect, service was prompt and friendly. A hesitant 5 star review. Its a lovely place with a great view from the patio. Service was good and the food is serious. For the quality, the price is reasonable. My quibbles are entirely a matter of personal taste. I think the flavors might have been TOO bold (something Ive never said before). The Peruvian fries were delicious, the fries themselves were perfect and the shredded short-rib showed careful preparation, but I dont think the green olives were necessary and they over-powered the rest of the dish. Came here after seeing all great reviews. Upon entering the restaurant you notice the nicely decorated space. We where seated and quickly waited on for drinks and order. The drinks water and coffee came back quickly. The refills weren’t fast matter of fact our server disappeared for 20 minutes and after the other servers walking by several times and ignoring our empty coffee cups we finally stopped one for a refill of coffee. Waitress finally came and stated she was sorry but she had to tend to a large group of other diners, there was only about 40% occupancy in the place. When we had to physically approach him for a refill he facetiously told us he did last call, which he didnt. He just didnt like us for some reason even though we told him it was our first time there and we loved the ambiance and wallpaper. Asked for food, he said the kitchen closed at 9:30. No problem with that at all. We asked to glance at the menu just so we would know what they had available for our next visit and his demeanor was just awful. He didnt even charge us for our drinks when we tried to pay. Dont think well be back there again. Try the Hive for better service is my suggestion

I wish I had a place like this closer to me. The decor was top notch and the music playing was my Playlist to the letter. Menu was next level I had the benedict and gin cocktail. Im not sure what Finch is trying to be. I came here on a Monday afternoon for lunch for the first time. I would call it a casual elegance in its decor with lots of wood and mismatched chairs. Kind of quaint with piano bar music playing overhead. It wasnt very crowded but I could see with the openness of the restaurant It could get quite noisy with people talking. There was only one server and a bartender and service was quick and friendly. The place appeared clean but I thought its strange there were two keys for the mens room which was locked but the womans restroom was unlocked. Just goes with the quirkiness that I found of this place. I started off with the pierogies and a cold blonde beer. The pierogies were very bland and the beer could be colder. Next I had the muscles with string potato fries which were quite tasty and the mussels were very good appeared very fresh and were cooked just right. The mussels were plump large and quite tasty. This is something wildomar needs kind of an upscale casual dining area that has a bit of elegance to it. Im willing to come back and try something else on the menu.

Fun place for brunch. Bottomless mimosas and the Chicken Waffle was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food. Also enjoyed looking for the 2nd hidden finch....1st one is at the bar on the nose of the stuffed antelope...the 2nd one you have to find on your own...only a few of the servers have even found it! If you like dijon, this place is for you. Its in basically every dish and can be a bit overwhelming. Ordered the short rib appetizer and they were delicious. Spinach salad was blah and nothing special. I would skip that entirely. Salmon with quinoa and veggies with the sweet maplely glaze (with dijon too) was absolutely wonderful and I have been craving it since. The Finch burger had a delicious and and had a juicy and flavorful pattie but was messy and over-constructed. Too much lettuce and tomato, and again with the dijon. We had the dessert sampler and enjoyed the bread pudding and smore tart but the lemom creme brulee was not great. Total check was abour $85 before tip. Cute and quaint atmosphere but very loud. Not easy to enjoy conversation with our table. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt.

I was there for a special event so maybe had I bit of different experience than most, what I can say is its a cool place a little different than the places we usually go, the finch burger was good but make it a little more rare than normal cause it was a bit dry, the fries were crispy and hot but way to much salt, could not eat many the strawberry margarita was nothing special, the price was comparable I guess just would not have another. The food taste spoiled. I ordered the chorizo flatbread and the flatbread was hard and I couldn’t even bite into it. My sister ordered the spinach quiche and that was also disgusting I can’t believe they still are open selling food.
