My realtor recommended Stephan Wiederkehr when I bought my house more than a decade ago. Since then, Ive refinanced two or three times using Stephan and recommended him to countless people. Im sure he has refinanced my friends and family into millions of dollars of savings over the years.The mortgage process is stressful. However, Stephan is present throughout to ensure it works out. He always remains calm and on your side. Theres never a reason to worry when Stephan is your broker.I always encourage everyone to get more than one mortgage quote. However, I guarantee Stephan will match if not beat the other offer. I have no idea how he does it, but he always does.Honestly, Im not that positive about most businesses I use, but Stephan is the best. I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks to Stephan, I now have such a low rate locked in that I might not have a reason to use him again, which is excellent but also a little sad.

Working with Stephan was great. As a first time home-buyer, he was very direct which I really appreciated. I bought my first home last year (2021) when the market was competitive and interest rates low.
