IRS sent me a notice that they did NOT receive my taxes I filed here 6 weeks ago!?maybe uncle Sams mistake, but I doubt it.probably my mistake by getting my taxes done by a car insurance place. In my defense it was conveniently close to home. I should have looked for reviews on this place before, smh. I wonder if the insurance sucks this bad. I was helped by two different employees, maybe they dropped the ball. they were nice, but theres only one person to help customers at a time. so you might have to wait even though its dead in there.

I bought my mom a brand new car and the dealership referred us to fiesta insurance which made me feel good about my insurance because i already have these guys so thats cool that the dealerships say that too so came back to see them but this time I brought my mom in to get insurance. We were helped by Stephany she was quick and very friendly. My mom always takes me everywhere to speak for her and ask questions because she doesnt know much about insurance or what to ask, but Stephany was very thorough and explained everything to my mom she gave her a lot of examples and told her exactly what covered and what didnt. I didnt have to say or ask anything actually. & My mom actually understood what she was applying for. Shes very smart young lady Im a teacher and i gotta say she knows what shes doing. She took care of my mom and found her really good price for her insurance.
