Don’t do your taxes there, if you do pay the same day because they charged 300 dollars something to to take out my tax refund & its false advertisement, Lupita gutierrez is a liar & very unprofessional ! Lupita Gutierrez never even told me how much she was taking out either in which is wrong. She wanted lie and said it was IRS fees but didn’t know how to explain to me how it was that and if it was why would it be that much shes seems like a scammer !Even on there contract there it says most take out is 150 dollars so there is no reason she took that much out. she was unprofessional couldn’t tell me reasons why didn’t know what to say she was no help just smiled and laughed.

My first experience was great Alexandria helped us Get set up with auto insurance that a great deal..She even said I could come get my tags done. So I came today to get them done and Jackie said she “didn’t know how to” add that someone that did it would be there later on..poor customer service from Jackie,other than that would have been five stars!

Not only do they rarely answer the phone their hours are incorrect and i’ve driven there just for them to be closed numerous times. I keep having to come back because of them not giving me the correct paper work and now the issue is them not putting my lein holder on my policy. extremely frustrating.
