This was our first time using anyone but our neighbors to take care of our animals while on vacation so we were a little apprehensive at first. After meeting Suzie we were impressed with her genuine care for our two dogs as well as her professionalism and attention to detail. The Fetch app provided us with the opportunity to list any special needs, emergency contacts or any other instructions we felt were warranted. Suzie provided daily update to the app including several pics along with a narrative describing the activities of her visit. She was also very responsive to any message we sent to her. This provided us with reassurance and peace of mind that enabled us to fully enjoy our time away. We will definitely use her for future trips and recommend her to our friends.

We recently had the pleasure of having Fetch take care of our pet Sahara to be apart of our wedding ceremony and care for her the day of our wedding.From the moment we first contacted Suzie I knew our dog was in good hands. She was professional, responsive, and showed genuine enthusiasm for taking care of Sahara. Suzie and her team took the time to get to know our dogs routine, preferences, and any special needs, which immediately put us at ease.During her care the team provided regular updates, including photos and videos, which were a wonderful reassurance that Sahara was happy and well-cared for. It was clear from the updates that our dog was enjoying her time, getting plenty of exercise, play, and affection.The house was just as we left it, and it was evident that they treated our home with respect.We are incredibly grateful to Suzie and her team for providing such outstanding service. We were looking to find a pet sitter close to home, and we did it! Our dog Rylee is 14, we did a daycare trial, then an overnight trial. We were happy with these 2 visits, so we did a 5-night stay. Its such a great feeling when you can leave your senior dog with confidence, knowing that shell be taken care of.Everything went great, and now we know Suzie is our go-to person. Suzie accommodated our family within the same day after learning that our original car sitter is not able to care for our two cats during our vacation. Maria took care of our babies, updated us daily through pictures of how they are doing, and we felt peace of mind. Will definitely use them again when we travel!Updates: Suzie is AMAZING! She is taking care of our fur babies while we’re on an international trip. Even our reclusive cat who never likes anyone but us allowed Suzie to pet her. Suzie is so detailed and trustworthy. Suzie is amazing, and she takes great care of Benji! Benji stayed with her for two weeks while we were on vacation, and then we returned to a house remodel, so he has been with Suzie for daycare (5 days a week) for the last month. Benji cant wait to see Suzie and his pet friends every day, and he pulls us to the front door every time we drop him off. I highly recommend Suzie for all of your sitting needs.

This was my first time using Suzie to watch my two dogs Charlie and Coco while I was out of town. She was so great to work with and made sure I was kept up to date the entire time with daily photos and journals about how they were doing. Suzie and her wonderful staff took care of our 3 dogs while we were away at the holidays. They were amazing. They took the time to get to know each dog and adjust to their particular needs—my senior girl wanting gentle pets and attention, while the younger energetic ones wanted their walks and playtime. They sent us pics and updates after every visit and really put my mind at ease. I would use Fetch again without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

This is the 3rd time weve used Fetch Pet Care of Santa Clarita and both Suzie and Maddi took excellent care of our cat, Wee. Suzie did the morning visits and Maddi did the evening visits. Fresh water, fresh food, clean litter box, and some playtime. Glad he didnt feel so lonely with their visits. They always uploaded pictures of our baby boy and really took great care of him. Professional company with excellent service. You cant go wrong hiring Fetch Pet Care of Santa Clarita for your fur babies!

I cant begin to describe just how wonderful and easy it is to work with Suzie and her team! She was able to take my last minute request to watch our dog while we went out of town. The website was easy to use scheduling services, adding a form of payment, uploading information about our dog and seeing the updates and status of every single visit.At first, I had reservations because our dog Sumo gets nervous around others, but luckily the experience went very well! Ben, the pet sitter was so great with our dog! Sumo was a bit skiddish but eventually warmed up to Ben and even offered him a tennis ball to play catch. Our dog was happy, calm and even playful! We were at ease during our trip knowing our dog was taken care of. His food was filled and his water bowl was changed. We are so grateful!! Thank you Fetch pet care, Suzie and Ben! You are amazing!

I am thrilled to have found Fetch! I always felt guilty and worried leaving my sweet golden retriever Everest in the past and wondered if he was being taken care of. Now I have peace of mind! Cami was prompt, responsible and even texted me cute pictures on their walks together and an update on how the visit went. I can tell that she treats my dog well because whenever he sees her he wags his tail and gets so excited. Thank you for your amazing service! Suzie and her team are easy to work with and always willing to watch Everest when I ask. I will use Fetch again without hesitation in the future.

I had a short weekend vacation planned & needed to find a kennel/boarding for my dog. Suzie @ Fetch met with me & explained their in-home services. My dog stayed in Suzie’s home which was just a few miles from my home. She kept in contact with me throughout the weekend writing in a journal & sending pictures. I cannot say enough about Suzie & would highly recommend her to anyone.

Weve been using Fetch! for many years to check on our cats, now kittens, and fish while on vacations. Suzie and her crew are very professional, handle everything requested, and give us the piece of mind needed to enjoy our time away. She even updates us with daily texts and photos. Incredible service and we highly recommend them!Update: Everyone at Fetch! treats our two cats like family. Veena recently visited our house for a pre-visit meet and greet for our upcoming trip. Our cat Slater followed us around the house after smelling her hand (so she was accepted) while I showed her where everything was. Suzie is absolutely wonderful. I’ve used her twice now, the first time for a 14 day trip out of state. I was never worried about my precious dog, Dallas, she cares for him like he was her own. She sends updates daily, including photos. I know he is well taken care of. He gets walks and lots and lots of love. I will continue using her services as long as she continues to offer her services. Her prices are very reasonable as well. I would not hesitate at all to recommend her. She takes care of only 4 dogs at most in her own home. I love he is not being boarded with a whole bunch of other animals for many reasons, but mostly because I know he is getting so much attention. She even lets my boy sleep in the bed with her son and he loves him just as much. Thank you Suzie. So glad I found you!

We have used Fetchs services several times this past year. Each time, Suzie has provided exceptional TLC to our almost 16 year old cockapoo. She provides us with a daily log and photos, in addition to communicating directly as needed. Recently we had a home repair crisis and she took Maxwell with very little notice. Mobile App is great because after each visit we immediately get a notification that includes a summary recap from the dog walker, photos, and a GPS-map of their walk. Highly recommend.

My first time using Fetch boarding for my dog this past weekend was a great experience! I have never felt so comfortable and at ease knowing she was safe and happy while I was out of town. Multiple times a day I received a message and pictures of how she was doing. When I picked her up, I could tell she had been very well taken care of. We absolutely love this service! Suzie does a wonderful job with our fur babies and they love her for it! Weve used other services in the past and would sometimes return to very anxious pets. But with Suzie and her crew, the pets seem very content when we come home. She always sends me pics of each fur ball several times over the course of her visits. Suzie was able to have two of her sitters (Omar and Adrianna) to our house 3 times over the time of about 12 hours. My wife and i had a meet and greet with the 2 the day prior and instantly had a good feeling. And for good reason, they were fantastic. My small dogs had never been boarded before, so I was concerned for them and the caretaker.Suzie only boards 4 dogs at a time in her home. Everyone gets plenty of care and attention in a living situation they are used to.My dogs took to her attention pretty quickly. I also got at daily updates and pictures.Ill be back.Update-Suzie has taken care of my little dachshund two times this summer. My dog can be a little stubborn at times, but Suzie has the skill and patience to bring my dog around.

Suzie and her son Anton take wonderful care of Sky when she goes to their home to visit. I travel several times a year so it’s important to me that Sky feels comfortable when I am out of town. I am able to focus on my work because I know Sky is in excellent care. Suzie’s home is Sky’s second home. This is the best place she can be other than at home with me.

Outstanding !We are traveling in a motorhome and unexpectedly had the opportunity to see a live taping of a favorite TV show. Initially I passed, because we are traveling with two large dogs who couldn’t be left that long. It was the weekend, and on a long shot, googled dog walkers and found Fetch. Susie was wonderful arranging for Aimee, one of her walkers to meet the dogs on Sunday. Aimee was great and very good with the dogs. She send me pictures of their walk and how they did. Excellent customer service, great people. I will now look for Fetch in all of our travels.

We had to find a cat-sitter after we lost contact with the person who was supposed to do it. We were going on a week-long vacation and were scrambling. We came upon Fetch! doing a quick search, and they were a life saver. The owner of the company was able to come immediately to our home to get all the instructions for taking care of our cats. One of them has special medications and routine. She took very good notes, walked me through the app to make sure everything was clear for Maria who would take care of our cats. Maria was great. She came on time, feed the cats and even went above and beyond to clean and take trash out. I told her she didnt have to do that. Every day, she sent us photos and message updates on how everything was going. I know we will use Fetch! again in the future.

Suzie is a wonderful pet sitter. We have a large yellow lab that doesnt like strangers. Suzie was willing to spend extra time getting to know Jake and let him get to know her. She is extremely flexible with times of day and how long. She is able to do anything needed. She also sends pictures every day. She is very trustworthy with your home and more importantly your extended family members. She is a life saver and a way better alternative to boarding.

Definitely recommend!My boyfriend and I just moved to the Santa Clarita area about 4 months ago and, with none of our usual friends/dog-sitters to turn to, stumbled across Fetch in an internet search...SO happy with the service and HIGHLY recommend. We have used 3 times and once upon really short notice. I think our dog (Rocco) actually likes when we go out of town now (lol)! Suzie took the time to do an initial consultation with Rocco and get to know our house and the area for walks. Suzie is, not only a great pet sitter, but very considerate/patient with Roccos quirks...offered to eat her bfast at our house with Rocco cause he will only eats when humans are around. Suzie is very quick to respond and also VERY good at communication/updates while we are out of town which we really appreciate. Rocco always seems so happy when we come back. Couldnt be more happy with Fetch services!!

I brought my dog Jetty here last weekend for a last minute day of doggie daycare while I was taking a continuing education course nearby. Susie was very accommodating and reliable. She made Jetty feel at home, took him for multiple walks, and entertained him well all day. She texted me and sent pictures throughout the day to show that he was having a good time. We like the professionalism and the peace of mind we had while away. It allowed us to enjoy and focus on our vacation more. I found them online and was a bit hesitant because of a horrible past experience with another pet care company but after reading the reviews and looking into the company, I thought to myself let me give them a try, and I have nothing but great things to say. The walkers were great and tend to my dog like their own. Not based on the pictures & videos they sent me while me and my family were on vacation but through my home video cam.
