Fenix Consulting Group is an absolute amazing company and they are also amazing to work with! They are always looking to help individuals grow to achieve their goals. I worked with Sandra to get training on my new recruiting role and she was nothing but super helpful and made the experience really fun and interactive! Now, because of her awesome training and coaching I am now able to confidently take on my new responsibility as a recruiter!

Great company to work for especially if you want to move up and get promoted at your pace. Not only will you move up in the company but they teach you skillsets to move up in life. My first year working here I was a student working part time and they taught me how to make more money in 4 days then Ive made at my previous job in two weeks! With no sales experience! Last year I made over 100k just by applying all the skillsets they teach here as an entry level sales rep. Not only am I making money but Im learning soft business skills along the way to really know what it really takes to run a profitable business.

I worked with the team on setting up a personal brand for myself, and they were amazing to work with. Molly is incredibly insightful and has a great methodology for working through all the details. I’d highly recommend them! One of the first things Sabastian taught me was “The best time to start a personal brand was 10 years ago. The second best time is today.” He wasn’t wrong, and I’m so glad I finally started!

If you work for them they’ll send you to Walmart or Target/Costco to scam people into signing up for internet or phone service.The people training you will call you at 11pm asking if they can use your credit card to sign someone up who didn’t want service two weeks into the job. Will show you shady ways to make sales that you don’t end up getting paid for.

Absolutely amazing company to work for. The sales training is TOP notch. They dont just teach you the art of a sale, they moreso help you become a better person through the implementation of good personal-development information. They teach a good business mindset and show you what path you should take if you want to move up in the company. Ive utilized much of what I learned here in starting my very own window cleaning business which is successful. Im thankful for my time at Fenix. Sabastian should be a motivational speaker and I currently follow his amazing Instagram page for daily motivation

You will never regret the knowledge and skills you will obtain from Fenix Consulting Group. Specially from Sebastian the owner a great friend and mentor still teaching me everyday through his social media. I admit I’m not there anymore because of my owe doing!But again I Do not regret any day I spent there! My success my drive started with them and I recommend anyone looking to train with the best to gain communication skills, sales, accounting, marketing, you name it when it comes to starting a business from the ground up they teach you and help you.Or even if it’s your first job I definitely recommend. I think of Fenix as a university for business but they pay you to learn and give you all the resources to succeed but you have to put in the work. Company is a pyramid scheme. You basically sell cable in Walmarts. They fire you on the spot if you dont make the sales numbers (no 2 weeks notice lol). Anyways. Terrible company to work with and the work environment is very very toxic

To be very transparent, its a pyramid company. Yes, you can make money, but realistically its limited. The opportunity is there if youre into outsourcing sales (standing in big chain stores third-party selling their products, usually cable or cellular contracts). Companies like this wont be fully transparent because its good business, its how money is made.With companies being less and less focused on their management and employees, it suffers. Aside from CEO Sebastian, nobodys name is known unless youre one of the pretty ladies up front that is usually doing administration or a responding recruiter (Katherine C., great example).Statistically speaking, its a male field to get into because its better for business. Unless youre willing to put forth a hard drive for third-party sales, a lot of standing in big chain department stores for a few hours a day trying to make sales, theres really no room for anyone in the company. The products being sold *ahem*third-party*ahem*, are usually old products that have been seeing failing numbers for a while, making it nearly impossible to sell in the first place.Nobody wants cable sales in person anymore. As of 2018, 87% of U.S. television product sales(Hulu, Netflix, Cable/Sat, AppleTV, etc) were done over the internet. Telecommunications(T-Mobile, AT&T, etc) gets even worse for name-brand store fronts seeing almost a whopping 94% of sale agreements for their services. All this being said..... to save breath and your eyes from reading this.. its probably best to see what other options are out there first before defaulting with Fenix, unless you absolutely just need a paycheck or two. Average pay for a Fenix consultant is roughly just 45k-65k a year anyways. Consultants for any law firm, bank corporation, networking group, easily make close(if not more) to 100k a year.

Ive been working with this company for almost two and a half years. My background was programming and that was my passion. I went against the odds and did my interview with Sabastian. I had a job offer in my field but I decided to take the entry level position with FCG. I can tell you one thing, it was well worth it. I grew as a person and I grow everyday.Im obsessed with this business. You cant be successful by yourself, you have to bring people up with you which I love the most. Seeing people around you getting better and giving them the opportunity to explore their full potential that Im addicted to.This whole company is based on your personal growth and building an awareness mindset that sets FCG apart from anything.There is only one con about this position is that at the end of the day I have to go home.
