I had a great experience working with Felice! She was very responsive and able to quickly help me get much better rates than I previously had. Her communication was great on keeping me posted on the process through every step. We ran into a hiccup on one of my policies and Felice was able to come up with a solution to fix it. I highly recommend working with Felice.

Felice has been so helpful every time I need to add/delete a vehicle from my policy. I have worked with Felice for the past 20 yrs or so and she has always been prompt to assist me with updating insurance policies or expediting any changes I need. Any issues I encounter, I can easily reach out to Felice when I need a person to talk to and not a computer. I have moved from San Jose to the San Joaquin Valley and I am still able to work with Felice without any delays.

Felice Iglesias has been helping me with our insurance needs from home, automobile and pet insurance. Shes very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. When shes not in the office, I leave her a message and she gets back to me in a timely manner. I was very much satisfied with Felice Iglesiass excellent customer service. She was very thorough on explaining different aspects of homeowner insurance. She displayed very knowledgeable in her line of work. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to my friends and relatives if they ever need some assistance on insurance.

Felice is our go to agent (over the last 20 years) for our various insurance needs. She has 1/ saved us thousands of dollars in our annual premiums over the years by finding all the discounts 2/ Great eye for detail. She has proactively found gaps in our insurance documents and corrected them. For example she found our kids names were not listed on one of the insurance.We highly recommend her.
