Went to return Walmart online order as instructed by Walmart. When I get there the guy behind the counter told me I need to print out a return label that Walmart has sent me, otherwise he cant take it. After I leave and check my email there is a clear intruction to show the QR code and just hand the package, so I returned to this location and explained that I dont need return label, and the guy changes his story and saids yea I said that. QR code or return label Which hes lying because there are now other people he need to look legit for. HE NEVER MENTIONED QR CODE WHEN I WAS THERE FIRST. This foreigner has no idea what hes doing and how the return works and he shouldnt even be working there

Worst location, slowest employees, no scanner for receipt. Expect even the smallest task to take you at least 15 mins even dropping off 2 packages that should take 2 minutes.

I was just there and their exemplary customer service just earned them a lifetime customer. I had two pdfs to print out; however, there was a customer already getting a bunch of help at the lone copier. I patiently waited a bit when one of the team-members offered to print mine from the computer while I waited. She printed my two docs and I was off.A. Great customer service helping the other customer at the printer who was having issues.B. Great customer service helping the waiting customer (me) with an alternative printing solution.Great Job Folks!
