Personally took a package of 4 boxes shipping overnight. Package was received and scanned at this location. Tracked the package the next day and it was still at the location.For the first time in 8 years, i was told that the max amount of Boxes that can be taped together is 2. Ive never heard that since shipping with Fedex.What does it matter? Package is paid for and well taped and packaged. A rep scanned and received this package and even asked if i wanted a receipt which i refused.Why wasnt i informed right there at the counter? instead of taking the package why not refuse it at the counter?They also did not call to let us know there was an issue with the package. The project was canceled due to this late delivery.They need Training at this location. other locations accept the same packages that they refuse at this location. They make things difficult for customers.

Using FedEx is a total waste of time. I never got the delivery this past Saturday and I never received a notification until way past the delivery time, which was a WASTE of an entire day . Now the delivery is supposed to be here by 2:10pm which is an hour before I leave for work and I just called and spoke to a young lady named Sunshine who assured me it was going to be delivered by the 2:10pm today promised. If is not. and it is left for porch thieves than Fedex is going to owe me a great deal of money. Because this item wasnt cheap. The website and the chat is a waste of time and is of NO HELP TO ANYONE. Trying to reach a human being is impossible with the phone service or I should say LACK of Phone service. NOTHING about this experience would make me ever want to use Fedex. How do you stay in business with the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE policy you have???

When I came in a lady helped me out and I had my own box and wanted to ship it. She told me for the date I wanted it to be there it would be more expensive, but helped me unpack it put it in a new box and helped me stay in the budget I wanted and get it there by the date I wanted. She was very kind and super helpful. Highly reccomend

We cant say enough about Mark at the State College Anaheim location! We were moving out of state and had to pack and ship 11 boxes of our belongings that the movers had left behind. We were tired and angry by the time we arrived at FedEx. I spoke with Mark and told him we had 11 heavy boxes and my husband has a heart condition and couldnt help lift them. He didnt hesitate to help and grabbed a hand truck and went to our van. Mark brought every box in - most 40-60 pounds, 2 over 80 pounds. He then carefully checked the boxes to make sure they were taped properly and processed them. All of this was done with a friendly disposition and a smile on his face. He made 2 very tired and angry people smile! Mark is awesome!

The people working here have an admirable tolerance for people who are simply unpleasant to encounter. I was having “a day” and I felt like they were kinda giving me the attitude. But when I finally came out of that mood. I realized they were chill and I was stressed and rushing because I had other things on my mind. But they printed my shipping labels and after a quick weight check on my cargo. I was on my way Keep up the good work

Hidden spot as its in a business center. Walked in at 4pm with no line. Went to the nearest employee who scanned my pre-labeled package. Got my tracking number. Left within 10 minutes. Theres also a FedEx drop off box outside.

I needed to pick up a small envelope, the overweight guy by the Name of Duane ask me what I needed, I said I need to pick up something and tell him my Name, he ask me for my I.D. I show it to him,he says he be right with me, gets on his Computer and then prints out some Label, working in slow motion,I ask if someone else can help me, he says no, but then walks over to another guy and tells him my Name to get my Envelope, now this guy ask me for my I.D. again, I told him the other guy already seen it,he says it doesnt matter. Mind you, nobody else is in the Place, just these two very unprofessional Clowns. Now it becomes a joke to them. With all the hardworking unemployed People out there looking for a Job, these two should be fired and replaced by Customer Friendly People. I already contacted my Vendor who uses this Facility to ship too and told them I will not use them anymore if he uses Fed Ex. Very bad Customer Service and unkept looking guys in there. He should stop feeding his Face and maybe then he be a happier Person.

The gentleman was nice to me and offered me a receipt, other locations are bothered when i ask for one. He was kind to my 4 year old that kept trying to go behind the counter and worked as fast as he could for us.

Horrible support and the guy name Scott is a jerk. Are these people for real? anyway, they didnt take one of my packages and all the 4 useless imbeciles just walk around saying no to everything. After opening my package for inspection they didnt even have the decency to tape it back up, horrible. I will never ever go there again...I did read the other reviews but I thought I might give them a try, big mistake. If I could do it myself I would just to avoid talking to ignorant lazy and useless personnel.I went to UPS and they were extremely supportive and fixed my package to take it in. That is customer support not like this FedEx facility.
