Im not saying all the workers, but there are some that have integrity problems, no pride in their work whatsoever, and should probably work at a junkyard or something.

I had a great experience with Jeff today. I placed an online print order this morning but they didnt have the necessary supplies at this branch. Jeff went above and beyond to coordinate with other branches to make sure my order is printed and ready on time. Thanks Jeff!

There were more customer inside that the allowed limit. The wait was very long and customers in the queue were too close to each other. Person behind me had his mask below his nose but no one seemed to care.

As usual the worst service by Fedex. No surprise they never treat their customers well. Simply the staff here just dont know what they are doing. I had to drop off one my Walmart package. WIth my surprise two of the staffs there said they were not sure whether Fedex take Walmart return. After spending few minutes they did find the order details and then they said I need to pay for the return box item which I did not agree. Because Walmart clearly tells return through Fedex is free and drop off is free as well. But these Fedex staff said its not true. Since I was there and I didnt want to get their pathetic service again I agreed to pay for the box. They gave me return label copy and tracking details. Story did not end here. This morning I discovered that Fedex delivered the same package to my door step instead of sending back to Walmart. Now I am speechless what else one can do it make it right. I really really feel Walmart should cut the cord to Fedex. These pathetic company Fedex don t know what they are doing. I wish I could give them BIG ZERO star. Please stay faaaaaaar away from Fedex. The worst service ever.

After reading reviews, I was bit skeptical. But experience tuned out nice. The person with whom we spoke was informed and also made suggestions that saved us some money and time. Parking is free and easily available. You can spot the place from the road.

Service goodThis location has no pc to take prints instead by sending a mail of through pendrive.So better to be prepared with pendrive or have the documents mailed so you dont have to wait

They dont even deserve that one star.I had my passport photo on my USB but they didnt know how to resize it-so i resize it and go back and they say they dont have paper for passport photos. WHAT THE F??So i am all confused why they had me come back if they cant print it in the first place and they say some people print their passport photos to keep to themselves so i thought thats what you are doingWELL YOURE WRONG YOU DUMBASSTHANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME

Incredibly terrible service.I got a message on Wednesday(12/11) saying that my package will be held there for 5 BUSINESS DAYS and they dont open on weekends and when I tried to pick it up on Tuesday(12/17). The package was already returned to the shipper. They didnt hold it for 5 BUSINESS DAYS as they said. When I called the representatives, they were just full of lies saying that oh this is an express package so it will only be held for 2 business days oh it was returned to the shipper upon shippers request blah blah blah. None of them is true. And the staff at the station hung up on me after I asked why the package was returned.Worst! Avoid!

Terrible. 1 guy helping one person for over 5 minutes. The other guy sitting behind the counter refused to even answer simple questions. Gave up and left after waiting. Rude and lazy.

Dont do their pack n ship from this location unless you know the person is good. The person that packed my package had no clue how to pack an expensive fragile vintage stereo receiver. Cost me hundreds because of him.

Do yourself a favor and dont ship from this location. I dropped off a package with a prepaid label and thinking this was a Fedex storefront, they would be trustworthy and have their **** together. Its been a week now, and I go to check the status of the package: low and behold, they didnt even scan it in. Ive talked to Fedex customer service for over an hour now and there is little they claim they can do about it. Im now out $900 because of some lazy and sketchy local employees.

Shipped 25 kg international shipping box...only location which knows what they are doing and fast service....pleasant experience....Michael center manager was amazing....others at different locations were very slow and unclear what they were doing....and we wasted our time by visiting them...
