The staff here is so friendly, welcoming and helping. I had already packed my box and went to drop it but box was not right so I had to repack it in new box. Ricardo and Jullie helped me to pack again and they even removed shipping label and everything. I have never experienced this generous ness in any other office. Keep up good work guys, you are best.Thanks a lot.

DO NOT get your packaged scheduled for pick up here. The staff is rude and have been holding my OWN package from ME. They are refusing the give me a package that is MINE. DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF. IF YOU CHOOSE TO GET YOUR PACKAGE PICKED UP HERE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT. The workers WILL NOT give you a package that is listed for YOU at YOUR OWN ADDRESS.

I wasted my time in here. Literally they couldn’t even help me print something. Inform your customers what they need to do before you walk away to help the counter. I stood there clueless for 10 minutes. “Did you convert it to a PDF?” No, because there is no instruction guide. Help your customers and don’t waste their time.

I just came in to ship three packages. Walked in and the place was a mess! The girl stopped in the middle of my transaction to receive a package and enter it into her system (because of she doesnt within 15 minutes it wont go in). She had no idea what she was doing. Put in a zip code as 4 digits. Told me a small box would be 27-dollars to go one state away, when a flat-rate is around 10. Overall, a terrible experience, and Im not one to post this sort of thing. Walk in and youll see instantly what I mean.

Poor customer service. The female staff were more interested in flirting with with guys that came in than helping. I’ll will never go back. They don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them

They take orders for business cards for same day delivery but don’t actually do business cards- they send them out- 24 hours after your order is supposed to be available for pickup it still won’t be ready- and they will tell you that they couldn’t get them from down the street any faster than their driver could get there. They are FedEx, they get packages across the world overnight, but somehow they can’t get a package from down the road in a timely fashion.

Clean and friendly. Dont listen to the ONE negative Nancy reviewer who says that I never write stuff like this, yet ALL that persons reviews are just negative minor complaints that shouldnt be a 1 or star review! Some people just love to complain about every little thing.Ive used this location many times and every time its a fast and pleasurable experience.

Greats custom services. But pricey printing services . Over $3 for 2 standard size letter from my email attachment. Other location charge $0.40 cents each

They even apologized for the inconvenience, therefore did not charge for the print out.~ Awesome staff ~
