I came here to print some forms on legal paper for my business. My file was too large for self printing so Don helped me print it from One Drive. I’m not very tech so I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help me figure it out. Also, I personally didn’t have any interactions with the manager but I heard him helping other guests and he was wonderful as well.

This review is long overdue. I drop several packages daily and weekly, this is by far my go to - first choice location. The flow in this office is usually pretty well managed.A big thank you to Ann who is always on point with customer acknowledge and multi tasking. She is excellent at crowd control and always finds the time to say Hello and let those waiting they will be with them for service as soon as possible. A great example of what and how customer service should be. I appreciate her friendly attitude each and every time I am there to drop packages.Some of the faces have changed but there are several long time very nice employees that take care of business. In todays situations it truly is nice to know you have a location and people you can count on. Thank you again to Ann and the team at Manhattan Beach Fedex.

Great Customer Service -- At 10:30 pm after going to 2 store and not finding printing paper for my sons homework, I went to this store. There was already 2 people before me but a tall gentleman in the back (I think his name was Timothy) noticed I walked in and took me at another register to not keep me waiting. He pointed at the paper and told me that it was on sale for a great price (and it was). He was extremely polite and in a good mood for the late hour. He rang up the sale and told me, Thank you for coming in, we really appreciate you business. I was happy to have found the paper but mostly its nice to be treated like a valued customer, something that seems rare nowadays.

Best location I’ve been to so far in California, very clean and comprehensive, and Lupe was super helpful with a complicated printing task!

This location is great. However, 1 Star is due to the Fact that the delivery drivers steal your packages. I have cameras around my house and 2 days in a role I received a confirmation of delivery. And NO PACKAGES. Nothing on my cameras showing a Fed Ex delivery. But, they have the audacity to send a text stating that my items are on my front porch. 😤 This isnt the first case of thievery with Fed Ex. I Do Not Recommend Shipping with Fed Ex. Preferred shipping would be with UPS, never a problem. Fed Ex needs to hire people that have at least a 20 year background check. Not just anyone because we are in a Pandemic. I am so not pleased with their drivers. I hope whoever Stole My Packages is FIRED.

I Really like going to this FedEx Kinkos there always willing to help with any project, any print out ..Most of all there Smiles and All the Staff and The Managers are Amazing People. I been going up there since 2009 when my kids were small on school projects the employees go out of the way to make sure our experience was great. Keep up the great work ✌️

Are you KIDDING me? a print job promised in 2 hours was not finished in 9 hours. thats after 3 of their copy machines had error messages, so I couldnt do it myself. they had no explanations. AND they told me I have to come into the location with receipt to get a refund from my credit card payment. sounds like ANCIENT way of doing things... broken down equipment and cant refund a credit card for a print job that never happened? insane...

Typical fed ex. Open 24 hours is a big bonus. The late night staff needs to drink some coffee or something so they can be a bit more observant and helpful. But they do try. All in all Im happy with this location. Its close to home, and serves all of my shipping needs .

The person taking the passport picture for my 1 year old refused to take the picture.1- she said baby needed to stand by himself without anyone holding him and he couldn’t seat on a chair either. We put the the baby standing agains the wall and she refuse to take the pictures because baby was moving .
