Complete rip off!!!!!!! I thought they charged me for my passport. It was just for the service. They charged me 253 just for paper I literally prepared myself. Don’t fall the scam. Go directly to the post office. I had to pay 200 at the post office for my passport. The postmaster said I’m not the only one this happens to. Shame on fedex for this!!!!

They seem rude and slow. The middle aged gentleman was in glasses was passive aggressive. Never greeted me and then made me wait a while just to hand me a dropoff receipt while he packed. Could have just handed me the receipt before packing.

No commitment to delivery time. I paid almost $70 for a check for an overnight delivery, & theyre behind one day so far, & its still pending.Their phone has an option to talk to a representative, but thats also fake. No matter what, no human picks up the phone.

Carlos helped me with my TurboTax ptinting needs for 2023 Fed and State returns step by step. Carlos gave me world class service! 4/3/2024 Brian gave me 6 Star level service today. He suggested and took me to the copy machines and accompanied as well as assisted with 10.00 of copies. I love Brian!

I’ve been at this location multiple times and it’s always the same. None of the employees know how to even say hi, or maybe even welcome. They look like they hate their jobs or just being there. I can say the same thing for anyone dealing with FedEx overall. Customer service on the phone is ridiculous. Customer service is actually nonexistent. You get much better service at UPS. If any of the management or executives read this review maybe something improves.

So I had a package that needed to be sent to me overnight. These were pretty important documents and I waited the entire day to get the the package and it never came. The driver didn’t deliver my package and delayed it which meant I had to go all the way to the fedex center to get my package. Even though i spoke with customer service many many MANY TIMES before and they told me they were “going to deliver my package the following day” they never did it! They’re lazy and completely unorganized, what kind of store are they running? Close it down and get better customer service. 0 stars to these people who can’t do their job.

Talk about terrible service. I was trying to find information about how to ship my stuff back across the country. And the employees were complete a**holes. They had no answers and made me feel like a burden. He insulted the contents of my packaging insinuation I could not around what was actually inside (I WAS IN LA AND SPENT 2k+ on shoes and fur) the proceeded to open my package and toss things around. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will NEVER be going back! When you visit avoid Andy at all cost!!!!!

This place has the WORST customer service. The female manager that is usually there in the evenings is so rude. Not just to customers but to her coworkers. She is as slow as molasses too. The rest of the staff just tries to do their best. They also charge too much for EVERYTHING.

Came in to this location after visiting a few other print shops to get some artwork blown up in size to be framed. Cameron was working at the back and was able to take the images that I wanted to frame and Print them perfectly. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and made sure that my work was done perfectly. The artwork that I got framed looks amazing.

Don’t bother coming here, just do it online. It’s a shipping center and they don’t know anything about shipping. I had to talk to the shipping then the print then shipping for them to tell me to do it online anyway. All my questions went unanswered. It was a waste of time to ask people who don’t care about you nor know about shipping.

They are open 24 hours, thats great. This is larger store with most of the resources that you need. As with just about all FedEx Office stores, its the service.They were nice enough bit the one guy, George, insisted on bouncing this ball on the floor. I dont know why it bothered me so much. There was only one other couple in the store so it was extremely quiet.That ball incessantly pounding on the floor while I was trying to research something was almost torture. It was a steady reverberating, irritating, constant thumping that was driving me bonkers. It was rude and disrespectful. No I did not ask him to stop. I broke camp. I did mention it to him as I was paying for my water. He may have lost my business but gosh darn it he has all the room and privacy he needs now to play with his balls.

If you absolutely, positively need it to get there overnight avoid this place like the plague. I needed to get a package containing medicine out to my kid who is away at school and waited in line for 25 minutes while all three workers helped one customer and showed no concern whatsoever when I explained that I needed this package to go out for tomorrow. Whats worse is the women explained that the guy about to leave and wouldnt wait. Isnt that what Fedex built their while business plan around? Maybe it is just malaise at this individual store. I wont use them ever again and youre crazy if you support them.

This location needs some diversity in staff or the staff needs diversity training. Consistently after several visit experience I have concluded, your experience will not depend on how much business you are trying to give I had 25 small box shipment so good enough business, your education I am an attorney, your politeness. It depends only on your color.If someone in Fedex is reading this please enroll this branch staff members for diversity training urgently or put up a board so those of not the right color as determined by the branch staff go somewhere else.

On the contrary to what some customers say, the service is impeccable and thorough in a professional manner and provide you with their best. It just takes time for certain processes to undertake. The customer impression of negativity lies within their own lack of patience. Negative vibes initiate with that! I have been submitting sustantial work at the counter, which the service people pay careful attention to. They aim to please!

I went to Fedex to return a product that I bought online. The return was free from the sender and I had my return label and the prepaid label. When I went to Fedex the worker that helped me was the assistant manager and his name was Kevin. He said I had to pay $57 and he also took so long to assist me. I took it back because I’m wasn’t going pay more money to send it back than I paid for the product. I went back the next day to try again. A different worker was there. Her name was Jessica. She took barely 10 seconds to help me and it was absolutely free. I told her what Kevin did and she was shocked. I’m very satisfied that she helped me. The 5 stars are for Jessica. If you ask me they should make her the assistant manager and get rid of Kevin.

I dont know why one FedEx office have great service, while others have such terrible service. This is one with terrible service. There are over 10 people employees wearing FedEx shirts walking around, but one one guy is helping customers at printing area. I just need a cut for postcard in half, but he wanted me to come back 3 hours later to pick it up... his explanation why I needed to come back took longer the get one cut for 100 sheets, I can cut them myself in 3hours using scissors.

As far as one could like a document printing and shipping center, this is fairly likeable. The reason I stopped in was because I found myself connected automatically connected to AT&T Wi-Fi, as I am an AT&T wireless customer, outside the establishment, and I was in need of charging my devices. Amazingly, staff didnt harass me for plugging into their computer for electricity, and I was pretty much unmolested the entire visit! This is invaluable, for I am often on the go, and most places I stop in to merely charge my phone either immediately chase me off, or pester me constantly to make a financial contribution in order to charge up. Theyre also open 24/7 and have clean public restrooms! Amazing!

I dont usually write reviews but this.... this calls for one. By far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountred. How does this woman still have her job is beyond me.This older blonde lady, i didnt catch her name but she was in the packaging department, was beyond rude, commanding me to do things rather than asking. Gives smart a#$ answers to your concerns, and best of all she leans my item on something behind her and it drops, doesnt even flinch and pretends it didnt just happen....I swear on everything this woman looked and acted like not only she hated her job, but she definitely hates interracting with customers. I dont think she smiled once,nor used words like please and thank you. Just a terrible face, terrible attitude, terrible work ethic. Terrible experience at a respected and succesful company like fedex. Will never give that store my business again. If you are a customer Stay away from the older lady with blonde hair and just ask for someone else there to help you because you WILL be shocked at the level of carelessness.

I agree with one of the comment the staff (older lady) very rude. No patience, you can hear from her voice that she does not have the patience. She seems also racist and prejudice. One time a Filipino customer was there weighing his options and mere just need a bit of help, the way she treated the man was like, the person can not understand english and like a six year old boy scolding him... Im pretty sure that the Filipino customer has more education than her. Poor choice of staff here. All other staff here were very HELPFUL. She needs to be not working is this kind of environment/ or industry.

Very convenient 24 hour FedEx facility. They have good free parking in he back structure. It can be a wait if you need to talk to and work with someone there. But if you plan to use the copiers or the PC stations there or printers, its a real breeze and no-hassle place.

The shipments aren’t made in time, you’ll be charged for 1 business day payment and 7 days will pass and the package isn’t delivered yet and no one will know about its status. I shipped official documents to an Embassy and the manager said that “FedEx deliveries aren’t guaranteed”. Pick another carrier and save the trouble. And calling the costumer service won’t make it any better by the way, the shipment is lost and the official documents are lost.

I rarely rate any company good or bad but this made me so furious .. I felt I must !!! I was working on a project as a gift the first part of it involved a enlarged laser print ... Which I asked before they made it if they were sure it was laser, because otherwise if it wasnt it would ruin the project and cost me time and money . I asked the man who helped me to please double check with a manager and he went to a back room came out and assured me it was indeed laser . I could see that he wasnt pleased I had him check to begin with . Got back home and began on my project come to find out after several steps into that it WASNT LASER !!! My project was ruined and I had to start all over again ...IM SO UPSET !!!! Its time consuming and. costly !!! If you dont know something why pretend and mislead people !!!! I didnt want to leave 1 star but its set up that you cant leave any comment at all unless you leave at least one !!! That sure figures !!!! Horrible !!!!!!

I went it to print a portfolio; I had my file setup in PDF and for some reason the color black was printing red on their printers and not mine at home.From 2:00 to 3:30 a guy was helping me, but couldnt figure it out and admitted that he wasnt knowledgeable in this area. He told me to come back at 4:00 and a guy named WAQAS would be on his shift to help me.I left to get a bite to eat and returned at 4:00. Waqas was there and was already briefed on the situation. He was very motivated to help me with my problem and got everything sorted out in a super professional manner. I could tell this guy at patience.He knew exactly what was causing this problem with the color inaccuracy and fixed it himself on their super slow computers. They were very busy but, Waqas knew how to handle multiple customers and customer problems efficiently.Long story short I got all my prints out PERFECT! because of Waqas!

Review review review. You have to review your pickup order before you go. I was in a hurry and our order was finished so I decided to pick it up and head to the airport. Big mistake. All the paper was the same when we had in fact order a wide variety of thicknesses. Each was the thinnest, see through, laser printer paper they have. It was unreal how disappointing it was. Waste of money.

Bought their guitar boxes, go back to ship, the lady helping cannot read an all caps spelled out name. To make matters worse not only she has no explanations for her wrong measurements entry (which is printed by FedEx on THEIR OWN BOX!), she starts to tell me that there’s a policy by which she needs to measure the box because the size changes! She measured and it was the same as what is printed on the box so she reentered her measurements into the system and the freight charge went down! What a way to be uneducated beyond a 5th grader & have attitude.Prior to this and still dealing with FedEx is their inability to update an address on a shipment. Been calling once a day to make sure someone did it and they still got it wrong on the day of the delivery! What the hell is going on ?!
