Clean place. Its not great parking when its busy. Employees are helpful. There always seems to be a line, but they are fast.

On my way to town on 299 this morning I saw a female fedex driving and talking on the phone !! Very dangerous and against the law !!was laughing too !!

I visited the UPS store here locally first and the service was so poor that I left and came to the Fed Ex Office here on Churn Creek. Bob is in training and was so polite and patient, trying all different options until he found the least expensive way for me to ship a birthday gift for my brother. The service was excellent. He should be commended. I will come here first next time.

A very professional and helpful establishment, though the individual I spoke to on the phone was immensely rude and blunt.I come into the office for clarity on what we had spoke about, and was interrupted by the same gentleman while speaking to another employee. He stated that he already told me that he cant help over the phone multiple times and that I need to understand how copyrighted media works.I can understand that there are rules and regulations but instead of snapping, I would have appreciated a better explanation. I hesitate to return because I truly do not enjoy shopping in a hostile environment, but hope When/If I do I can be treated with much more kindness.

We needed another batch of 500 forms printed for our trucking business (these are specific, expensive, triple truck tickets) and the big brand store that had done them previously no longer had our file and were just not very user-friendly for us low-tech people. We walked in there, asked if they could do it and they said “no problem!” We got a quote (before we got home) that was almost HALF what the big name store had charged us for the exact same thing! They had it printed within two days. Friendly, patient, customer-service-based and quick! Thank you! We will be back for all of our needs!!!

I have had two unpleasant experiences with the white-haired woman behind the counter there - once she was very suspicious of some art work I had printed out - my own original work - and seemed to imply I was committing some sort of crime - copyright infringement? Today she “helped” me again, and was again almost hostile toward me. She asked me if I wanted another copy of something I had printed out, and I repeated the statement to myself: “DO I want another copy….” Just ruminating! She responded nastily with “”Well I sure don’t know!” Will need to go elsewhere if she’s the one I have to deal with!
