People who work here are knowledgeable, willing to help and friendly. There are so many things you can do here, including make photo copies of different sizes, black & white or color, one sided or two. They can print flyers, letters, documents and make signs. They can put images or your personal photos on paper. They can print things from your phone or you can email them something and they can print it. If you just want photo copies, you can go to a copy machine and follow the instructions. You will need a credit card or if you dont have one you can put money onto a temporary card they have there and use that. If at any time you need assistance, just ask. Often there is someone nearby who is knowledgeable about the department or machine.You can also mail packages Fed-Ex from here. Bring your package ready to ship, buy the packing supplies and pack it in store or pay them and buy shipping supplies and have them do it!Great place with great people!

Great experience today shipping a few items. The girl who helped me, Brooklyn, was super nice and got me in and out so quickly. It’s so easy to ship via FedEx now that l now prefer it over UPS and the post office. It’s just so simple and convenient to drop by the FedEx store and then to be helped by someone that is friendly like Brooklyn was today. It’s a yes for me.

Customer service was trash, i’m not surprised that they’re store rating is low it would probably be zero but you have to choose one star so I’m assuming between myself and the rest of the community that has reported it adds up to a three-point four stars which is actually upgrading the store customer service rating

This place has outstanding customer service, assistant Veronica was very helpful. I went in to get some printing and laminating done and she basically took the job right out of my hands and offered a easier way then how I was originally going to do everything. I will definitely be going back for more projects in the future. And highly recommend this place to others, such helpful customer service.

I have been going to this FedEx for at least 20 years before it even was FedEx I just email my documents and they print them for me. Veronica today couldnt find my email an instead of just resending it she wanted me to go print my own which then I would have to re download to my phone along with go self serve when Im in a hurry just wanted to pick up 5 pages to be printed but since she didnt want to be inconvenienced she made me go to self serve. Veronica is lazy and dont want to help Customers she wants you to do it yourself. Thats fine I will self serve going forward because why pay her when we could do it ourselves I would just eliminate that position.

Hello, I was here to print photos from my phone. I had some issues trying to get them right, so I was there quite awhile. An assistant at the store, Jackie, saw that I needed help. She took the time to assist me and my photos were great. This is a good place to go for a variety of services; I highly recommend this business

I would have gave a zero star..My package wasnt delivered and they REFUSED TO REFUND ME my 10.67 cents..they said recipient refused order .But they should have compensated me anyways..its GOOD BUSINESS to refund..now Im OUT 10.67..BUT this company has BAD REVIEWS anyways.. DONT USE FEDEX..Save yourself your money..better off using USPS

One of the reasons I keep returning to this FedEx location is due to JAKIE. I first met her at the Modesto location and when I learned she transferred to Turlock I decided to transfer all my business deliveries to her store. She truly gives top notch service which is hard to find in this day and age, she always goes over and beyond in a timely fashion. Her services are well received and much appreciated. If I could give her a 10 star I would.

This place really makes it difficult for you to make a quick trip in and out. They have a total of 2 copy machines for customers to utilize on their own. At times when I have been here Ive had to leave because the staff had to use both customer machines because all their machines were busy with large orders. One time the staff was actually using both customer machines while their machines sat unused. I had to go to them to make my copies since I couldnt make them on my own. This place used to have more machines when it was just a Kinkos, but I guess FedEx is more concerned with turning copy machines space into retail space. I could sure do with more machines and less self help books and fancy stationary.

Although the product I ordered online then picked up was very nicely done, I was disappointed with the service. Not only did I not receive an email confirmation showing that they indeed receive my order. But when I called the following day to see if they even received it, the guy who picked up on the phone was very condescending about my concern. Then he said he would call when my product was available to pick up and they never did.

I do not use the services of fedex often. When I do I am helpless. I try to use the machines on my own but, luckily, there is Jacqueline. She is the employee that any business would be very fortunate to have: Always, unfailingly willing to help. Knowledgeable, quick and as professional as is possible. I hope that FedEx appreciates this kind human being as much as I do!

I came in to drop off a package with a prepaid label from the company to ship back some defective products. It was and apple box where the 2 halves slide over each other completely. I had used packing tape to strap 3 times on both ends and 4 times on each long end. There is approximately 1” or less of space on the bottom where the boxes didn’t fully overlap. Almost nothing. The lady (she wasn’t mean about it or anything) said technically I have to strap this box at an extra charge because it doesn’t close all the way. Seriously? So I said thank you very much, and took my package down the road to the postal place next to papa Murphy’s. Dropped it off no questions asked.

Nice staff. There seems to be inconsistency in pricing. I printed something last week and came back a week later with the same format just a different presentation and they were going to charge double. Should work on consistent prices.
