I had a package delayed for over 5 days because they found an issue with the address (even though I watched them pull in and leave from my window) and when I called I was told that the package was being sent back to the shipper and there was absolutely nothing to be done about it. No, I wasn’t allowed to pick it up. No, I couldn’t change the address. Literally nothing. We called this local store and Nellie was able to assist us almost immediately. She went out of her way to call the location that had our package and worked with us to be able to pick it up. Awesome customer support.

Spent a painful hour in here the other day to get some photos printed. The man who helped us was really pleasant and working really hard. The reason for the negative review and saying it was painful was because of the store manager. 1 employee asked the store manager to help him with the next customer explaining that the man needed to access some photos to print them. The store manager was so rude to the employee, he clearly didnt want to help the employee OR customer and said to the employee that what the customer needed to do was not necessary. The customer was a technology challenged senior and could hear everything the manager was saying. It was such a bummer to witness. That store manager really needs a reality check, Im sure no one would ever want to work for him. Hes so unpleasant and has awful customer service. We had to ask him about the photo scanner because it wasnt working and he just said i dont know and walked away. I seriously hope fedex/kinkos reads this and speaks to that man.

I spent almost 45 minutes calling several institutions about my package being delayed. I called the local shipping center and the guy on the phone was absolutely no help, so I figured I could call the other center and see if they could do anything. The associate I talked to, I believe her name was Nelly? She helped me more in like 10 minutes than anybody else has today. She didnt have to call them for me but she did and got it sorted. Give her a raise. What a saint

But their program for small business doesnt end there with their support of small business business is secure with staff helping, with information and problem solving.

Each visit to this store has been a success. Most of the time these tasks require an associate to help with the process. From what I have seen, the staff here has a good attitude and is able to assist customers with the variety of options here. At times, this location tends to get rather busy but isnt that the sign of a solid business in operation? Thumbs up.

Staff is great and very helpful. The front printers, however, are pretty buggy (UI doesnt let me choose the custom paper tray half the time) and the print quality on those things is awful. Comparing those printers with prints done by staff behind the desk, the former looks awful while the latter is great.

Employee couldnt handle simple directions given and wanted to have a conversation about my life while taking forever to finish the simple task of printing a file.Wrong receipt handed over when having to request one from a simple transaction.Never returned my work USB Drive used for printing.Service was slower than normal for San Luis Obsipo, so thats pretty much a snails pace.

Went to pick up my package after receiving a comfirmation email that it was there. Staff member Harmony was incredibly rude and told me that it sat on the counter for 6 hours and the manager sent it back to the sender. Rediculous they are supposed to hold it for 5 days. This place screws up constantly and the staff treat you like garbage as soon as you walk in.

Came into the San Luis Obispo FedEx off of Chorro this morning and was met with great service. A man named George answered my questions about labelling and when there wasnt a label that fit my needs hand cut one. The service was prompt and he also helped me with my other questions. Would definitely recommend!
