Always a good spot - free parking in the back. Fast service for shipping. Their copy machines work great - theres a whole fleet of copiers in the side room.And, shout out to Amber!! She knows where its at.

I had a super-rushed order first thing in the morning and Amber helped me figure out how to email the print order to their store. (The online ordering system kept resizing my order, which did not work for my project.) I was printing candy bar wrappers for some allergy-free pea not butter cups my daughter is handing out today - she is running for school president. First Amber, then Joe helped me with the order. Joe had to make some changes, because the wrapper was slightly too small for the candy bar as it was designed. (I used an Etsy designer.) Joe managed to get me the right size, then made it possible to print two on a page because the cost for 120 candy bar wrappers was pretty high. So he managed to get 2 on a page and I only had to print 60 pages, and then he cut them for me right away, and made sure they fit. (I bought 2 rolls of double-stick tape from FedEx as well to attach the wrappers.) All was perfect. My daughter will be handing them out today. Fingers crossed, she wins some votes, but she will have fun handing out the candy either way. Sending my thanks to Amber and Joe for their combined talent and kindness.

Don’t even bother with this location. I was quoted $300 just to pack (I.e. not including shipping) two computer monitors versus $75 at FedEx. And - rude is an understatement for the man at the front.

Were a tech startup, which means we dont own a color printer. I visit this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location at least once a month to print collated, color presentations for meetings.The experienced, friendly staff here is exceptionally helpful at correcting printing issues that may not have been detected when submitted online. One stand-out staff member is Nick who is consistently patient and even complimented the cover design of the presentation. Selina and Brenis were also super helpful today!Its nice to know we can count on them in the neighborhood for our businesss printing needs!

Tony was extremely nice and helpful. I needed to ship an expensive piece of jewelry to another state. Tony answered all my questions and explained how to pack it. He gave me the boxes and then I went back after a few days to ship it. The package arrived safely, and on time. Thank you Tony!There is free parking at the back. Easy to get in and out.

The print option on the self-service pc computer terminal is difficult to navigate. An hour prior to closing time, this was the second visit which I encountered an issue with simply pressing the print button for a two page document. Employee Joshua, indicated that he would visit the cubicle in a few minutes -he never appeared-nor did he apologize for not assisting-very disappointed in FedXs employees customer service. After a third attempt by leaving the computer cubicle and asking across the counter for help, I am not sure of is name, however, employee Geraldo attempted to assist, however, he was not familiar with the print option on FedXs self-service computer-he too was unable to gain advice from his co-workers. The best part was after ten minutes, Geraldo suggested forwarding the document to his work station cue and he would print it out for me and compensate my services. I have been going to this location for a few years and it seem that evening the customer service was very unresponsive, slow like the computer terminal which I reported and the employee confirmed they had been having an issue with that terminal, and it was initially a horrible customer experience. The staffing before 3pm is competent, however there is usually, two employees that are in-training mode, which seems to delay your project while they figure out how to navigate their own equipment. This unsatisfactory customer service experience and the computer system difficulty to print has led me to explore FedXs competitors to spend my valuable time and resources as an alternative option.

They get the jobs done pretty efficiently - and have all your ship, print and copy needs. Only downside is the homeless population meandering around - which makes for a bizarre experience if you are using a computer terminal.

I just want to shout out Angel who was kind, patient, and answered my questions in a timely manner. I was frustrated after calling the FedEx customer service line and being directed to robots, no matter what I said or chose on the phone menu. I called the store, Angel picked up, and was quick to help. Angel, this store is lucky to have you.

This is hands down one of the BEST FedEx Locations I go to. Ive jumped around to a couple of different locations based on accessibility but i always find myself back at this location. for context, I put in an order online on 4/13 around 2:45 PM and my time to pick up was 5PM. I called because i needed this order expedited and they had two of my orders done within the hour!!!!!!!!! The customer service at this location is unmatched, the people who work there are some of the best. Thank you guys again for your help with my order!!!!!!!

Usually I dread having to mail packages, because it always ends up to be time consuming and a hassle. And I leave in a worse mood than when I came in. But NOT HERE! Look no further to have all your shipping taken care of quickly by the friendliest staff. I have now been back to this FedEx 3 times to ship items, and every time I left feeling happy. I am not sure how this is possible, but it’s true!Big thanks to Leo who helped me today. Sorry, folks, but it shouldnt take over an hour to print one sheet of paper. I think I know where the fault lies, though: The manager, Oscar, who couldnt be bothered to get off of his phone and address his customers. Apparently the printer needed restarting, but when it was finished restarting, Oscar flat-out forgot about us. He seemed annoyed when I asked what the status of the printer was; he was pretty eager to get back to his phone. Sorry I bothered you, Oscar!

Real bad service!!I asked for help cause fax machine jammed on me!I asked one of the staff / Laura to help me and she proceeded to use one of their own fax machine and while she was processing each page through fax machine.. her Manager Louis!!! Asked her to take another assignment / help another customer while she was helping me and he told her that he will keep an eye on my project which he never did!!The Fax machine jammed and he did nothing cause he was on the phone! I was waiting there until I called Laura again and she used the third fax machine but could not send it!I simply asked her to give me her manager name and she refused to do so until I went to her manager and he gave me his name ( Louis )He did not even bother to check why am asking him for his name or what’s seem to be the problem.Both Manager Louis and Laura from help desk are very disorganized, unprofessional and doesn’t give a crop about customer service!I wasted 30 min inside for nothing and still was charged but at least they refunded my money but it still will take up to 3 days to get my money back!!What a waste of time and money for nothing!!California in general has a low rating on customer service cause Californians don’t care much and they’re used to it and also because no one is taking real action to change it!Unacceptable!!!

I have used every FedEx location in West LA, Santa Monica, and Marina Del Rey for personal and work- this location is by far the best location to ship packages from.They take COVID precautions seriously and make sure to limit the number of people in the store, and regularly check. I believe the manager is making sure people in line are in the right line and expedite those than have labels and personally goes to help, making the line go quickly and smoothly.I would highly recommend using this location if you must, the only downside being the parking lot can be a bit tight when busy!

This Fed Ex location is the best! I have been meaning to write a review about my last visit. Robert, Nicole, Tristan...all fantastic. It is really well managed. The people this manager has picked are all very helpful, upbeat, etc. I go out of my way to come here vs. other locations. They really have it together. I have sent things via Fedex that I would ordinarily do by post just because it is such a superior experience. Highly recommend this location.

Go somewhere else, I just wasted 45 minutes here. Made color copies that had giant swathes of toner missing so copies were useless. Used a (seperate) color printer to print color copies of a presentation and the toner in the printer was so low/bad that the copies came out comically awful. People come here for quality prints, this was a joke. Counter people were helpful with my refund but a complete waste of time.

These folks did an amazing job handling my requests.My heart goes out to Jeannette, who put up with my lack of a phone or time to make sure my business cards got made.She was also willing to make difficult decisions, and was very responsible.I highly recommend both this store and Jeannette. They also really helped my friends with their business presentation at the Santa Monica Bitcoin job fair.

Josh helped me pack a fedex international economy package to NZ cost me $193.Somewhere down the line fedex charged me $359.After going back and forth wit fedex customer care, the Manager of this Branch Henry Gonzales helped me correct this situation by looking up the original transaction.Im again happy using fedex to ship my international packages.Thank you Josh & Henry at this 1006 Wilshire branch.😊

Worst print shop on the planet. Half of the machines never work, the other half take 10minutes to load a 1100kB PDF. The stations say you can print 11x17 but then only print 8.5x11. The person who initially took my usb drive said shed never printed anything on the larger format printer and didnt know how to. Other staff were unwilling to help so she said Id have to come back hours later after sending it in as a print job for later.Just go to another location. These people and their equipment here are incompetent beyond words.

And still with no customers in the store, the FedEx person on the custom print line - well apparently she really didnt want to do anything today.With unhelpful service such as this, well fairly soon we will all be using VISTA PRINT instead of FedEx Office.Its a damn shame too because: (A) Santa Monica store used to be so awesome; (B) these really are some of the only skilled printers and machine reproduction people left in the business.On a very sleepy Friday morning well youd think being helpful wouldnt be all that hard. Takes forever to pick up a package. One person was ahead of me and I waited 30 minutes due to incompetence. There was another employee named Corrina who I asked if she could grab the package for me and she said there wasnt another register, which was a lie because I can see the register sitting 3 feet from the other one. Then the other employee started using the 2nd register when the other one broke down, so it definitely works.

There is one woman in her 50s who is wonderful. But everyone else is very nasty and rude. No one in my building or my office will go to this location. They seriously hate their customers. I dont know why. No one does. We just go to another Fedex, or even to UPS so we dont have to interact with the people working at this location.

Was going to print out some photos. Waited by the counter for five minutes and no one bothered to greet me so I went to self-serve counter, took me another 10 minutes trying to figure out how to print photos. Then I realized it wasnt photo printing, it was just regular paper printing.So I went to the counter again to talk to this gentleman. I dont have a USB drive or CD (left the drive at home and who still uses CDs?) as a media carrier but he told me its the only way to print out photos. Otherwise I can buy one for 10 bucks.I dont get how people will still carry USB drives or CDs with them. CVS does a better job and you can order online and upload photos from your camera roll.
